About Not Forgotten - Letters from the Border

Written by Dave Rivas and adapted by Teatro Nagual, "Not Forgotten - Letters From The Border" takes a step back from contentious headlines and examines the individual lives affected by the United States’ immigration policy.

A humanizing artistic performance culminating into an experience based on true stories of people affected by immigration, deportation, and separation in the USA.

A series of vignettes, this particular performance focuses on the lives lost by those seeking a better life as they search for hope!

Other plays include, “Anna in the Tropics”, “Frida Kahlo”, “Soldaderas”, In the Time of the Butterflies” and staged readings of new works including
“In Shelter."
Now a mobile theatrical social-justice theatre company, TeNa has created experiences around voter education, immigration, and environmental
justice, to name a few. With partners like the Crocker Art Museum, The SOFIA; Home of B St Theatre Company, the Mexican Consulate, La Familia Counseling Center, United Latinos, and the Sacramento Latino Community Roundtable, TeNa takes its message to the streets and public places in the Sacramento Region.
