WHAT TO EXPECT
Three simple steps, then a demo shaped around you.
We start by learning a little about your organization: your events, your team, and your current ticketing setup. From there, you'll meet with an OTS expert for a live walkthrough built around your goals, not a canned script. You'll walk away with clarity on fit, pricing, and next steps.

Coming from Eventbrite, Spektrix, Ludus, or a legacy system? We'll help you consolidate the tools you're paying for separately and train your team before your next on-sale.
FAQ
Questions organizations ask before switching.
What happens during an On The Stage demo?
An On The Stage (OTS) demo is a live, one-on-one walkthrough with a member of the OTS team. We’ll ask questions about your organization to help us understand how you operate today and what your goals are, and then we’ll show you On The Stage in action and answer questions along the way.
How long does a demo take?
Most demos run about 30-45 minutes — enough time to cover your priorities and answer questions without taking over your day. If your team wants to go deeper on a specific area, such as subscriptions, fundraising, or moving from another system, a follow-up session can be scheduled
Is there any cost or commitment to book a demo?
No. Demos are free and come with no obligation. It’s a chance to see whether On The Stage is the right fit for your organization and get your questions answered, with no pressure to sign up.
Can I see the ticket buyer experience, not just the admin side?
Yes. The demo covers what your patrons see — browsing events, choosing seats on their phone, checking out with Apple Pay or Google Pay, and receiving mobile tickets — alongside the tools your team uses behind the scenes, so you can judge the full experience from both sides.
Will On The Stage help move our patron and sales history from our current system?
Yes. On The Stage helps organizations of every size bring their data over, with an approach tailored to each organization. What can be migrated, and how much hands-on help is involved, depends on factors like your current system, the volume and format of your data, and your organization’s needs. The OTS team will review your data with you and recommend the right path before you make a decision.
What kind of training and support do we get after we sign up?
Every On The Stage customer has access to the OTS support team and a self-serve Help Center. Beyond that, continuous support is scaled to fit your organization: depending on your size, complexity, and goals, that can include guided onboarding, live training for staff and volunteers, and a dedicated Customer Success Manager. You’ll know exactly what’s included for your organization before you sign up.
