Anastasia Cast

Helida Corra (Anya/Anastasia)
Helida Corra is a senior who has participated in PAW since her freshman year. Her past roles include Sally Brown in You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown, The Sour Kangaroo in Seussical, The Ghost of Christmas Present in A Christmas Carol, Patty DiMarco in School of Rock, and Farrah the Faerie in She Kills Monsters. After graduating, Helida will be attending New York University to study drama. Helida would like to thank her parents, Helio and Melry, for their support, her sister Isabella for putting up with her constant belting, and her best friends Avery and Amani for joining her in the show this year. She would also like to thank everyone in the cast and her teachers Mr. Asuque and Mrs. Huard for supporting her creativity and allowing her to grow as a performer.
Hunter McNulty-Hochberg (Dmitry)
Hunter McNulty Hochberg is a Senior at West Boylston. He plans to attend American University in the Fall to study Political Science. His past roles include Orcus in She Kills Monsters, and Linus in You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown. He would like to thank everyone who has made his theater experience at West Boylston one to remember. Thanks to everyone who stuck through ups and downs and are still here.
Ian Roemmele (Vlad Popov)
Ian Roemmele is a 10th grader at West Boylston High School who is playing Vlad Popov, P-O-P-O-V for the show. His past roles include, Freddy in School of Rock, and George Banks in Mary Poppins Jr. Ian would like to thank his friends and family for their support.
Izzy Hall (Gleb)
Izzy is a 12th grader in WBMHS. This is their 6th ever production and they’re so happy that Anastasia is their senior show. Not only did they play a role on stage, they also helped paint and build sets during their independent study with Sally. Some of their favorite roles in the past include Bob Cratchit in A Christmas Carol, Zach Mooneyham in School of Rock, and Kaliope in She Kills Monsters. They believe it’s incredible how they started off as a goofy Wickersham Brother in Seussical for their first ever role in theater to the ruthless Russian Soviet Gleb Vaganov. Izzy made their theater debut in their sophomore year and they feared that they started too late in life. But Izzy very quickly learned that it’s never too late to pursue your dream. They are thankful for everyone who encouraged them to keep going, even when they felt discouraged or overwhelmed. Izzy is planning to go to college next year with an undeclared major. Izzy would like to thank their family, their amazing cousins for sparking their love for theater, and Ian Roemmele for coming up with Izzy’s comical catchphrase “It’s Glebin’ time!”.
Ainsleigh Flanagan (Countess Lily)
Ainsleigh Flanagan is a senior, and she is excited to perform on the West Boylston stage one last time! After graduation, Ainsleigh will be attending Nazareth University to earn a BFA in Musical Theatre. She is also a proud member of the Hanover Theatre Conservatory's Youth Acting Company, and has been training in dance for 16 years. Some of her favorite past roles include Tzietel in Fiddler on the Roof (THTC Youth Summer Program), Titania in A Midsummer Night's Dream (THTC Youth Acting Company), Lilith in She Kills Monsters (WBMHS), and Summer in School of Rock (WBMHS). Ainsleigh would like to thank her parents most of all, for their unwavering support and encouragement. Additionally, she thanks her friends, family, and the entire Anastasia cast and crew for making this show so special.
Lucy Fair (Dowager Empress)
Lucy Fair is a 10th grader at West Boylston High School. She is very excited to be part of this years production of Anastasia. Her past roles include Mary Poppins in Mary Poppins Jr., Mrs. Cratchit in A Christmas Carol, Laura in School of Rock, and Vera in She Kills Monsters. When not on stage she enjoys crocheting and hanging out with friends. She would like to thank the amazing cast and crew for all of the work they've put in and for always being so supportive, her friends and family for always being there and encouraging her, and of course, Mrs. Huard, Asuque, and Mr. Joel for their continued support and for making this all possible!
Ava Ponticelli (Little Anastasia/Ensemble)
Ava Ponticelli is a 9th grader at West Boylston Middle High school. Her past roles include Anna in Frozen Jr. and Micheal Banks in Mary Poppins Jr. She would like to thank her family and friends for all of their support.
Anya Kelley (Tsarina Alexandra/Ballet Prince/Ensemble)
Anya Kelley is a senior at West Boylston High School and plans to major in biochemistry in college next year. Her favorite past roles include Gabe Brown and Mrs. Hathaway in School of Rock, Ms. Merkle in Bye Bye Birdie, and the Narrator in She Kills Monsters. She would like to thank her family and friends for their continued support, and she would like to give a special thank you to her little sister Abigail for inspiring her each and every day. You're the best!
Curtis Manchester (Tsar Nicolas II/Drunk #3/Ensemble)
Curtis Manchester is a senior at West Boylston High School with plans to go to Champlain College next year. This was their first time doing a theater performance. He would like to thank his parents and friends for all their encouragement and support.
Giselle Leiva Hernandez (Olga Romanov/Marfa/Ballet Swan/Ensemble)
Giselle Leiva Hernandez is a 11th grader at West Boylston high school. Her past roles include Bella in A Christmas Carol, Evil Tina in She Kills Monsters, and Shoelle in School of Rock. She would like to thank her family and friends for all their support.
Sophia Ho (Tatiana Romanov/Paulina/Ensemble)
Sophia Ho, who plays Tatiana Romanov and ensemble, is ecstatic to be in this years production, Anastasia. She acted in last year's show, School of Rock, and many more prior to high school like Elphaba in the Wizard of Oz, Madagascar Jr., and Once on this Island. Sophia plans to attend college and act in her final show next year as a senior. She would like to thank her family and friends for the endless amount of support and love.
Avery LaPan (Maria Romanov/Dunya/Ballet Swan/Ensemble)
Avery LaPan is a senior at West Boylston High School who plans to continue her education in college. Her only other performance is from the 7th grade musical, Aladdin, where she participated in the ensemble. She would like to acknowledge her bestest best friend, Helida Corra, for never leaving her side after 6 years and for always encouraging her-especially to do this class. She also would like to give thanks to her family and friends for supporting her and keeping her grounded.
Megan Bourque (Gorlinsky/Ballet Rothbart/Black Marketer #2/Ensemble)
Megan Bourque is a senior here at West Boylston. She has performed in numerous productions, including West Boylston's She Kills Monsters (Tilly Evans) and School of Rock (Katie Travis), as well as Hanover Theatre Youth Summer Program's Footloose (Cowgirl) and Fiddler on the Roof (Villager). Megan is very thankful for all of the theater opportunities she had throughout her high school career. Next fall, she will be attending Pace University and will be majoring in criminal justice. Megan would like to thank her family and friends for always supporting her.

Annabelle Anand is a 10th grader at West Boylston High School. This her 7th show at West Boylston, and her past roles include Tomika in School of Rock and Winifred in Mary Poppins Jr. She would like to thank her family for all their support.
Amani Gichora (Policeman #1/Drunk #4/Count Gregory/Ensemble)
Amani Gichora is a 12th grader at West Boylston Middle High School with plans to attend college next year at Umass Boston. His only previous role includes the character Steve in She Kills Monsters. He would like to thank his friends for pushing him to try new things and his parents for supporting those experiences.
Ayden Zayas (Leopold/Black Marketeer #1/Drunk #2/Ensemble)
Ayden Zayas is a senior at WB and has been in PAW and theater all through high school. His parts briefly include Billy in School of Rock and a Cab Driver in Harvey. His favorite part by far is Leopold in Anastasia. He would like to thank the cast and crew for all the hard work and effort and sending best wishes to future PAW students.
Amya Chamberlain (Black Marketeer #3/Sergei/Ensemble)
Amya Chamberlain is a 9th grader at West Boylston High School. Her past roles have been a party member in Christmas Carol and various monsters in She Kills Monsters. She would like to thank her Mom, Grandparents, Uncle Al, Aunt Meg and sister, Ryleigh along with all of her friends for helping her and supporting her.
Kai Warman (Policeman #2/Drunk #1/Ensemble)
Kai Warman is a 12th grader at West Boylston High School, who plans to attend University of New Haven and its Air Force ROTC program next year. His past roles include Sheriff Harold Strongheart in The Miner's Daughter, and Mr. Noble in School of Rock. He would like to thank his parents and friends, who gave him the motivation and support necessary to move forward at any cost.
Natalie Ahern (Teen Anastasia/Featured Swan Ballet Dancer/Ensemble)
Natalie Ahern is a 9th grader at West Boylston High School. Natalie has been dancing for 13 years and this is her first play experience! She would like to thank her parents, family, and friends for all of their support.
Naomi Medin (Romanov Servant/Ballet Swan/Ensemble)
Naomi Medin is a senior in high school and plans to go to college next year and go on to become a veterinarian. She has been apart of the ensemble in Anastasia. Naomi would like to thank Asuque and Mrs. Huard for pushing her to her best and her parents for always being supportive.
Teddy Quinlan (Alexei Romanov)
Teddy Quinlan is a seventh grader at West Boylston Middle School, and is happy to be a part of his third show with West Boylston. Previously, he had been in She Kills Monsters, as a Monster, and more recently, he played Nemo in Finding Nemo Jr. Overall, being Alexei in Anastasia is his fifth role on stage with non West Boylston characters being a lost boy in Peter Pan, and the giant in Into the Woods. He would like to thank his family for supporting him and his friends for always being there for him.
