MARLA SCHAFFEL (Mrs. Swanson)
Marla Schaffel starred on Broadway in the Tony-nominated musical Jane Eyre. The role earned Ms. Schaffel several accolades: a Tony nomination, the Drama Desk Award, a Drama League Award, and the Outer Critics Circle Award, all for Best Actress in a Musical. Her other Broadway credits include Titanic and Les Miserables, as well as starring in the national tours of Evita, My Fair Lady, White Christmas, and The Sound of Music. Marla created the leading roles off-Broadway in Enter Laughing, Christina Alberta’s Father, Enter the Guardsman, Fanny Hill, Tall Grass and A Broadway Diva Christmas. Ms. Schaffel also starred in the critically acclaimed independent feature, I Love You, Don’t Touch Me! And created the pivotal role of Beaver Woman in Tim Robbins film Cradle Will Rock. TV: a recurring role as the star’s rocker ex-girlfriend on Kung Fu: The Legend Continues, Law and Order: SVU, Law and Order: Criminal Intent and most recently in The Mysteries of Laura with Debra Messing.
LANDON HAWKINS (John Dodge)
Landon Hawkins is an actor, director, and voice-over artist. He lives in Brooklyn. Previously with #theatrecompany: THOM PAIN (based on nothing) at the Know Theatre of Cincinnati.
SABRA JONES (Librarian/Aunt)
Acting Credits: numerous Broadway (“Butterflies Are Free,” “Six Degrees of Separation”) and regional performances, as well as work at The Metropolitan Opera (“La Fille du Regiment,” “Les Troyens”).   She is also an award-winning writer, receiving awards for her poetry (“Christus Neger”, University of California, First Prize) and her plays (Best New Play Award, Dramalogue). A professional director, credits at G.A.A.R. include: “The Seagull,” "The Three Sisters," “You Can’t Take It With You,” “Peter Pan,” "The Fantasticks," The Miracle Worker, The Music Man,"  "The Sound of Music, "Hamlet," and "To Kill A Mockingbird."  She is a member of the Society of Stage Directors and Choreographers and directed "The Children's Hour" in New York in 2012, as well as most of the Shakespearean canon in various NYC Arts in Education Programs. Producer Credits: Broadway, television (Artistic Consultant for WNET13 Master Works), and 172 other productions in New York, London, and regionally.
PATRICK TOON (Cop)
Patrick Toon has performed regionally and in New York. Favorite roles include Richard Hannay in The 39 Steps, Orgon in Tartuffe, Tudyr Jones in A Child's Christmas in Wales, Mr. Dussel in The Diary of Anne Frank and Chaps in ReEntry, a play about mental health and the military that toured Navy Bases across the country.
ANDREW IANNACCI (Mechanic)
Andrew Iannacci is a New York based actor, comedian and teaching artist. He is an original member of #theatrecompany and has appeared in Meth: A Love Story, and Requiem for Millennials @ Dixon Place. Proud graduate of CCM Acting.
TINA STAFFORD (Female Tourist/Female Doctor/Woman)
Tina Stafford is thrilled to collaborate with such an invested and talented group of creative artists. Ms. Stafford spent 2 &1/2 years with the First National Tour of “Once”, and has played leading roles at 59E59, The York Theatre, Soho Rep, Prospect Theatre Company, Paper Mill Playhouse, Goodspeed Musicals, Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey, Cleveland Playhouse, Cincinnati Playhouse, Milwaukee Repertory Theatre, La Jolla Playhouse, Arena Stage, Geva Theatre Center, Kansas City Rep, the Utah, Texas and Maine Shakespeare Festivals, among many others. Proud AEA member.
MARK LYNCH (Male Tourist/Male Doctor/Man)
A native of Staten Island, NY, I represented the first grade with a solo “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” in that years Christmas Show, and never looked back. School plays, Community Theatre & training at The Circle in the Square Theatre School followed, and I have since been a Spear Carrier at The N.Y. City Opera (really!), and a Barroom Brawler roughing up Placido Domingo at The Metropolitan Opera (a coincidence). I have toured with Theatreworks U.S.A., worked at The Pennsylvania Shakespeare Festival, The Texas Shakespeare Festival, The Williamstown Theatre Festival, The Nebraska Repertory Theatre, and The Key West Theatre Festival. Here in town there have been various Off-Off Broadway shows, The NY International Fringe Festival, Soap Operas, Independent Films, “Law & Order”, and commercials, too. My heartfelt thanks go to Msses. Langham & Horton for their invitation to join this talented group of artists in support of so worthy a cause.
BRUCE JONES (Landscaper/Attendant/Freelancer)
"Bruce Jones (Insert Roles) is ecstatic to be back with #family to support such a worthy and important cause! Past work with Hashtag includes playing Tituba/Mary Warren in The Six Person Crucible as part of the very first #SALON, which he co-conceived with Hashtag Co-Artistic Director AC Horton. Favorite NYC credits include: Dick Pix(Theaterlab), Exposed Bone… (The PIT), The Chalice w/ Austin Pendleton at Stonewall Inn, Anne Frank in the Gaza Strip (Planet Connections), Macbeth (NY Distilling Company), After Tartuffe (@The Wild Project) Mansfield (Nylon Fusion). NICHOLAS JAMES HEFFELFINGER (Greg / Janitor)
Nick is excited to be reprising the role of Greg, and honored to be part of a production that's bringing attention to an important cause. Nick was last seen in the U.S. premier of the opera Another Brick in the Wall. Some of his favorite roles include Andy in the Star Spangled Girl and Laertes in the CCM production of Hamlet.
COURTNEY MCGOWAN (Tour Guide/Attendant 2/Sweetheart)
Courtney is a New York based actress, improviser and teaching artist. Courtney is a company member at The Shakespeare Theatre of NJ recently seen in Titus Andronicus, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Shakespeare LIVE! productions of The Comedy of Errors, Macbeth, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and Julius Caesar. She is a graduate of Wagner College Theatre. WCT lost one of our own to suicide in 2013, and so, this is for you, KJS. www.courtneykaymcgowan.com
