Anne Pasquale (Nellie Bly)
Anne Pasquale (actress & playwright), a member of The Actors Studio, trained at
LAMDA and the New York School of the Arts and served as Arts-in-Education Director
for Accidental Repertory Theatre. Ms. Pasquale creates and tours her repertoire of Living
History Programs for audiences of all ages in venues along the east coast. New York
stage credits include New Dramatists’ Three Sisters, Lincoln Center's A View from the
Bridge, Martha in Virginia Wolf, Serafina in Tennessee Williams: The Writer and His
World, Emma Goldman and Kristina Linde in Variations on a Dolls House, and Judith
Keith, The Jewish Wife, in Brecht on Brecht. She is the recipient of the 2015 Broadway
World Rhode Island Best Writer and Best Performer awards for her solo show, BOB.
Tammy Denease (Bessie Coleman)
Tammy Denease was born in Columbus, Mississippi where she spent countless hours with her
great-grandmother and grandmother honing her craft. An accomplished Performing Artist,
Storyteller, Actor, and Playwright, Tammy Denease specializes in bringing to life the lives of
very important, yet “hidden” women in history.
Heather Massie (Hedy Lamarr)
Heather Massie is a New York City actor and writer. Originally from Virginia, Ms.
Massie has always been fascinated by the sciences, especially Astronomy. She studied
Astrophysics at the University of Virginia, and Theatre Arts at The Virginia Tech School of
the Arts graduating Summa Cum Laude. Ms. Massie has performed extensively in NYC
and throughout the US. She currently tours around the world, with her 14x Award-
Winning, Internationally-Acclaimed solo show HEDY! The Life & Inventions of Hedy
Lamarr. In 2019 she served as a Fulbright Specialist with the show to South Africa through
the US Department of State, World Learning, and the US Embassy South Africa. This is
the first in her planned trilogy of solo shows celebrating women in science, the next will
be Flying with Sally Ride: America’s First Woman in Space.
