Almost, Maine Cast

Gavin Rutsch (Pete)
Gavin has been in two productions directed by Allen Wunderlic including: "The Rock Slinger" as David and "After Hours" as Danny. He hopes to continue to be involved in theatrical productions and leave a sizable impression upon the hearts of the audience.
Yemile Aguirre (Ginnette)
This is Yemile's first year in theatre. She is also on the JV Soccer team and she plans on going to college to be a pediatric surgeon.
Mark McCaffery (East)
Mark is making his acting debut on the WHS stage in this production. He is a senior and is enrolled at Missouri State University with a plan to major in computer science. He dreams of working for a big name video game developer as a programmer.
Mallorie Goodwin* (Glory)
Mallorie is a high school junior who has been acting since she was a freshman. Previously she was seen as Lydia Lansing in "Shakespeare in Hollywood" and the dinner theatre production of "10 Ways to Survive the End of the World." Mallorie also participates in both the cheer and debate programs here at WHS. She hopes to become a psychiatrist after her time in high school. * Member of Thespian Troupe 1669
Sebastian Malvaez (Jimmy)
Sebastian is performing in his first live show here at WHS. Previously he was involved in the virtual production of "Begets: Fall of a High School Ronin" where he played the part of Patrick. He is excited to return to theatre in a live role.
Talia Johnson (Sandrine)
Talia was last seen on the WHS stage as Inside Girl during the fall play. She is actively involved in the school's concert choir as well as theatre. She loves baking and broadway and aspires to be a broadway actress.
Emily Christensen (Villian / Suzette)
Emily has been in two of last year's Student Directed One Acts. She has been involved in theatre since she was a child, and plans to continue doing so in the future. She would like to show her gratitude to the rest of the theatre family at WHS.
A.J. Harness* (Steve)
AJ has been in two two major productions with Thespian Troupe 1669. These include playing Jack Warner in "Shakespeare in Hollywood" and Trey in "Begets: Fall of a High School Ronin." He has also been a part of last year's dinner theatre and Student Directed One Acts. AJ likes to be actively involved in theatre and the productions of the shows at WHS and hopes to continue acting in the coming years. * Member of Thespian Troupe 1669
Chynell Owens (Marvalyn)
Chynell has been in several productions both on and off the WHS stage. Her credits include: "Shrek the Musical," "Nobody Sleeps," "Rumpelstiltskin at the Down-town 7/11" and currently "Almost, Maine." She plans to attend Drury University in the fall. Chynell would like to thank all of her drama teachers for helping a soft spoken girl find her voice.
Lexi Schulz (Adell)
Lexi started her theater career last semester with her first role on the WHS stage in "Begets: Fall of a High School Ronin." She has a background in Dance and Choir (including the WHS Concert Choir). Lexi recently joined the WHS Dance Team for the 2020-21 season. She hopes to conquer acting and add it to her list of growing achievements.
Isabella Yeo (Gayle)
Isabella Yeo has been involved in theatre for two years here at WHS. She's been a part of the Student Directed One Acts, Dinner Theatre, "Begets, Fall of a High School Ronin," and now "Almost, Maine." She hopes to become a physical therapist to keep athletics in her life after high school.
Bonnie Tyson (Deena)
Bonnie has been acting for two and half years and has been seen as Betty in the Student Directed One Acts and as Megan in "10 Ways to Survive the End of the World." She has also worked behind the scenes in various crew positions (costumes, makeup, and set). Bonnie aspires to be in more high school productions, become a cheerleader, and a model.
Sarah Borgos* (Shelly)
Sarah has been involved in the theatre program since her freshman year. Some of her favorite roles include: Connie Miller ("1940's Radio Hour"), Emi Edwards ("Begets: Fall of a High School Ronin"), and Mrs. Tasker in the previous Student Directed One Acts. Sarah has also been a student director for the one act "The Most Dangerous Game." She would like to thank her friends and family for their unwavering support. * Member of Thespian Troupe 1669
Adam Freed (Daniel)
Adam has performed in the previous WHS production of "Begets: Fall of a High School Ronin" and hopes to continue doing theatre in the future. He is also a member of the Waynesville Debate Team and recently made it to state for debate.
Anaiyah Watson* (Hope)
Anaiyah has been involved in four productions in her high school career including: student directed one acts, and "1940's Radio Hour." She has also been involved in other productions outside WHS including: "Beauty and the Beast, Jr.," "Aladdin," and "Annie." Anaiyah aspires to be in many more shows throughout her college career as she wishes to make acting her profession. Connor Sutterley* (Dave)
Connor has been in several productions at Waynesville including: "Shakespeare in Hollywood" (Daryl), and "10 Ways to Survive the End of the World" (Bob). He has also been in shows at the Theatre on the Square including: "A Gift to Remember" (Len), "Diary of Anne Frank" (Peter) and "Something Wicked This Way Comes" (Jim). * Member of Thespian Troupe 1669
Alivia Rolls (Rhonda)
Alivia has been involved in theatre for two years now. In that time she has been a part of five shows with her favorite being "10 Ways to Survive the End of the World." She hopes to continue theatre all through high school and one day have a career in the performing arts.
