Roald Dahl's Matilda The Musical Cast

Emma is from Portsmouth, RI. She is a senior and this is her seventh show at Prout. She enjoys swimming and baking.

Marley is from Exeter, RI and is a freshman. This is her fifth show, but her first doing backstage work. She is very excited to participate in the technical side of theatre.

Michael is a senior from Portsmouth, RI. Besides theatre, Michael also runs track. He has been participating in shows since his Sophomore year.

Bailey is from Warwick, RI. She is a junior, and would like to go into film production in college. A memorable role she has had was the Teacher in This is a Test.

Ruth is from Providence, RI. She participates in Model Legislature and specializes in javelin for Prout's outdoor track team. She enjoyed singing the role of Scuttle from The Little Mermaid last year.

Hadley is a senior from Newport, RI. She is thrilled to be performing as Lavender in Matilda this year. She is planning on majoring in Diagnostic Medical Sonography. Hadley has participated in every Prout production since her freshman year and is excited to represent Prout Theatre as a Co-Representative this year.

Katie is from Exeter and is a junior. This is her first time participating in stage crew. She enjoys kayaking and hiking.

Ryan is from East Greenwich, RI. He is a sophomore at Prout and enjoys piano and dogs. This is his first theatre production.

Ashley is a freshman at The Prout School from Pawcatuck, Connecticut. Before coming to Prout, Ashley attended St. Pius X and Monsignor Clarke. Besides theatre, she plays guitar, fences and is a Girl Scout. She also enjoys journaling and writing poems.

John is a junior at Prout. He went to St. Philomena's from pre-k to 8th grade and Bishop Hendricken freshman year. This is his second theatre production at The Prout School. He loves photography and swimming.

Lilliana is from Warwick, RI. She dances at Rising Stars Dance Academy. This is her fourth theatre production. Her favorite was Curtains because of the great cast and dances!

Kate is a junior from North Kingstown, RI. In addition to being a choreographer for theatre, Kate is a leader of Youth Force and a math tutor. Her favorite show she has participated in is South Pacific.

Marsha-Rise is from Warwick and she went to St. Rose School. Other than theatre, she does dance. Her favorite show she has done is Mulan Jr,

Celeste is from North Kingstown, and is a junior. This is her first year working with stage crew. She enjoys playing basketball and the flute.

Cara is a freshman at Prout, coming from Westerly Middle School. Besides theatre, she plays piano and violin and writes for two local magazines. Theatre has been an important part of her life, and she has been in countless productions since the age of five.

Sam is a senior and on his 9th Prout show. He lives in Westerly, Rhode Island. Sam enjoys watching sports and hanging with his friends. In college, Sam wants to double major in Theatre and Business Administration. (Mrs. Humphrey said I could put in a clean joke, but I have to go to the bathroom.)

Charlotte comes from Monsignor Clarke school and participated in many productions during her time there. She is very excited to play Alice in Matilda.

Brigid is a junior from North Kingstown, RI. She spends most of her time at The Talent Factory North, training for a professional career in theatre. Professional credits include: Annie (Theatre by the Sea), Miracle on 34th Street (Ocean State Theatre CI) and others. After Matilda, she will be starring as Elsa in Frozen at TF's new theatre.

Dani lives in Saunderstown, RI. She enjoys science and hopes to pursue it as a career. This will be her seventh show as a member of Stage Crew. She also enjoys drawing, painting, and reading.

Madison Gioffreda is a senior from Warwick, Rhode Island. She came from Gorton Junior High and hopes to major in Marketing. Outside of theatre she volunteers at her parish, St. Rose and Clement, and dances at Danceology RI.

Sydney is a senior from Middletown, RI. She enjoys painting and photography and is hoping to attend art school after graduation for industrial design. This is her fifth show at Prout, and her ninth year in the performing arts.

Molly Graybill is a junior from Newport, RI. Molly loves to dance, and is currently studying ballroom dance. She is excited to both act and choreograph in Matilda!

Jeremiah is a senior from Newport, RI. He plans to major in Computer Science and enjoys working and spending time with friends.

Katia is a junior from Narragansett. After attending and participating in Narragansett Middle School theatre productions she played Mrs. Mayor in Seussical, Belle in Beauty and the Beast along with Ariel in The Little Mermaid. She enjoys reading and listening to Beetlejuice.

Cailee is a junior at The Prout School. She comes from Warwick, RI and attended St. Peter School prior to Prout. Matilda is her first show at Prout and she is very excited. Outside of school, Cailee Irish Dances at the Damhsa Irish Dance Studio.

Ben is a senior from North Kingstown, RI. This is his first musical. Ben hopes to study psychology in college next year.

Rayna is a senior from Newport, RI. She is planning to major in nursing in college. Besides theatre, she enjoys tennis and her job.

Maya is a freshman from Warwick, RI and attended Winman Middle School. In addition to theatre, she loves writing and social justice. She has been performing since a young age and a few of her favorite roles include Scar in The Lion King and Wendy in Peter Pan.

Janey comes from Coventry, Rhode Island. Before Prout she attended Father John B. Doyle school. Her previous productions have been: Beauty and the Beast, Godspell, and Peter Pan. In Beauty and the Beast and Godspell she was part of the ensemble. In Peter Pan she played a pirate named Jukes. Her most memorable play she’s been in was Godspell.

Jessica is a junior from Westerly, RI. This is her third year on Stage Crew. She hopes everyone enjoys the show.

Molly Neale is a sophomore at The Prout School. Hailing from Mystic, Connecticut, she has been in multiple Prout productions such as The Secret Garden and South Pacific. As well as theatre, she also participates in Mock Trial and Model Legislature. Outside of school, Molly enjoys reading and hanging out with friends.

Isabella is a sophomore from Prout, living in South Kingstown, RI. Isabella went to Curtis Corner before coming to Prout. Isabella has participated in many productions such as WIlly Wonka and the Chocolate Factory and South Pacific. When she is not performing she is found singing and drawing.

Chase is a freshman from South Kingstown, RI. Before Prout, he attended Monsignor Clarke where he was heavily involved in theatre. Some of his favorite roles include Simba in Lion King and Mysterious Man in Into the Woods. He is directed by his voice coach Mr. JP. He is very excited to play the part of Bruce in Matilda.

Katherine lives in Middletown, RI and went to St. Philomena's prior to The Prout School. She is involved in art and rowing outside of theatre and has been participating in shows since she was six years old. Her favorite shows that she has been in are: Hansel and Gretel, Curtains, and South Pacific.

Eli is a Freshman from Richmond, RI. Before Prout, he attended Pine Point School in Stonington, CT, where he participated in three musicals.

Kasey Regan is a Junior from Middletown, RI. In the future, Kasey would like to become an actress or a chemical engineer. She spends her free time in the theatre or in a dance studio.

Sophia is a junior from South Kingstown, RI. She enjoys the arts and has participated in: Curtains, Peter and the Starcatcher, This is a Test, and South Pacific.

Abbie is a senior from North Kingstown, who hopes to go to college to major in health and/or physician assistant studies. Abbie also enjoys softball and traveling many places, but especially the Caribbean. She is very excited to begin her senior year as Mrs. Phelps in Matilda.

Rebecca is a sophomore at The Prout School who has enjoyed playing various parts in plays throughout her elementary and high school years. She is from Exeter, RI and enjoys reading, drawing, and singing in her free time.

Jacquelyn Van Patten is a senior at The Prout School from Cranston, RI. She hopes to major in Vocal Performance and Opera studies. She plays three instruments: trumpet, cello, and piano. She is very excited to portray Mrs. Wormwood in Prout's production of Matilda.

Sedona is a junior from Charlestown, RI. Before Prout, she attended MCS. Besides theatre, she participates in choir and lacrosse.

Elyse is from Westerly, RI. She is a senior who loves paling, reading and listening to music. She is interested in studying Adolescent Education in college as well as French or History.
