Lyla Sheeran (Moana)
Lyla is 11 years old and in the 5th grade. She is so excited to perform in her 3rd show with TBPAA, previously casted in the productions of Junie B. Jones and Matilda. Being selected for the role of Moana has been a dream come true! Lyla would like to thank her castmates, directors, friends and family for all their support! She hopes you love the show as much as she does!
Ella Haasch (Maui)
Ella,13, 7th grader at CFMS is taking the stage for her 5th TBPAA show. With a passion for theater, she's graced the stage as Jasmine(Aladdin), brought to life the spirited Sour Kangaroo(Seussical) and showcased her versatility as Augustus & Mr. Salt(Charlie Chocolate Factory). Her talent lights up on stage. She's excited to share her love for theater with you tonight.
Michael Romeyn (Chief Tui)
Michael, a 4th grader at Elisa Nelson Elementary, is in his 3rd TBPAA season. Prior TBPAA credits: Aladdin Kids (Sultan, Lamp Vendor), Matilda Jr. (Eric), Seussical KIDS (Horton), Charlie & the Chocolate Factory (Phineous Trout). He is also a proud member of TBPAA Encore. A special “THANK YOU” to family, friends & teachers who continue to support this delightful journey!
Alejandra Phillips (Sina)
Alejandra is 9 years old and currently in 4th grade. Alejandra loves acting and singing, this is her 2nd year with TBPAA. Alejandra’s TBPAA credits include Jungle Book KIDS (Narrator). Alejandra is an avid participant in the talent show at her school where she has recited poems in English and Spanish as well as performed “Yesterday” from the Beatles. In her spare time, she loves to read, learn how to cook, and socialize.
Alexandra Maglis (Grandma Tala)
Alexandra is 12 and is in her second year with TBPAA. Last year she participated in Mary Poppins Jr. Alexandra has done a wide variety of activities since she likes staying busy, from dancing to karate, she likes to shine. She’s excited, in this second year, to participate in Moana and the Lion King. Alexandra is a true Swifty these days.
Wylie Melaragni (Ancestor 1)
Wylie is a 3rd grader at Espiritu Santo Catholic School. She made her acting debut in Junie B Jones at the Susan B Goode Fine and Performing Arts Center at Virginia Wesleyan University. In her spare time Wylie dances with Tampa Bay Dance Academy, plays tennis, and swims. This is her first performance with TBPAA.
Abby Rosoff (Ancestor 2)
Abby is 10 years old and in 4th grade at Elisa Nelson Elementary School. She is an anchor on the BBC school news show, a member of; Yearbook Club, Band Club and National Honors Society. She has been preforming at TBPAA for over 4 years. Abby’s TBPAA credits include: Frozen KIDS (narrator); Junie B. Jones (Shirley); and Aladdin KIDS (magic carpet); Matilda (Acrobat & Mrs. Wormwood). This is her third year on the TBPAA Encore Team. In her spare time Abby enjoys American Ninja Warrior training at Jungle Gym, playing the piano & saxophone, and making up dances with her friends!
Emmalyn Mullaney (Ancestor 3)
Emmalyn is 11 years old and is in the 5th grade at Garrison-Jones Elementary. She has been performing at TBPAA for two years. Emmalyn’s TBPAA credits include Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (Mrs. Beuregard), Matilda Jr. (Ms. Phelps), and Seussical Jr. (Gertrude McFuzz). This season, Emmalyn is also performing in The Lion King ensemble. Emmalyn enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and her dogs Gracie and Bella
Molly Robbins (Pua)
Molly is 10 years old and loves performing! She was previously in the Ensemble of Seussical Kids at TBPAA. In her spare time, Molly enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Additionally, Molly is a level 4 competitive gymnast and takes pleasure in incorporating her skills into her stage performances. She is a 4th grader at Ozona Elementary.
Rylee Isgette (Hei Hei)
Rylee is in third grade at Trinity Oaks Elementary School. She has been a part of TBPAA since kindergarten and Moana is the 4th play she has been a part of. She loves dancing, singing and entertaining. She has played the roles of Little Elsa, King Louie, and Prince Malik.
Christopher Cascino (Tamatoa)
Christopher is thrilled to play Tamatoa in his very first performance with TBPAA! He can also be seen performing as an elderly carrot in Odyssey of the Mind, playing the saxophone in his school band, or singing in his school choir. In his spare time, Christopher enjoys camping with his fellow cub scouts, playing with his three younger siblings and neighbors, and playing musical instruments.
Elsie Byers (Te Fiti)
Elsie is 11 years old and in fifth grade at Sutherland Elementary. This is her second year at TBPAA. Previously, she starred in The Jungle Book kids as Bagheera. She is also a member of the PreEncore dance ensemble, where she performs quarterly in showcases. When Elsie is not on stage, she enjoys entertaining her family, hanging with friends and listening to Taylor Swift
Branders Melaragni (Fisher/Ancestor)
Branders is a 5th grader at Espiritu Santo Catholic School. He made his acting debut in Junie B Jones at the Susan B Goode Fine and Performing Arts Center at Virginia Wesleyan University. Branders likes to play golf, baseball, ride BMX and swim. This is his first performance with TBPAA.
Jocelyn Barlis (Villager)
Jocelyn is 9 years old and attends Lake St. George Elementary. This is her second show with TBPAA. Previously, she was in the ensemble (vulture and elephant) for Jungle Book. She enjoys cooking, sketching, and of course, acting. She is also a Girl Scout and likes making stick forts!
Vivien Birmingham (Villager)
Vivien is 10 years old and is in the 4th grade. Her TBPAA credits include: 101 Dalmatians (Jasper), Encanto (Ensemble), Aladdin Kids (Guard/Ensemble), Seussical (The Cat in the Hat), and The Jungle Book (Bagheera). Vivien also loves to dance, participate in Awana, and do crafts. Ho’omaluhia.
Bella Harris (Villager)
Bella is 12 years old. She attends the Day Academy at Grade Power Learning Center and is making her debut performance at TBPAA. She enjoys dancing, debate, and tending to her cat. She excels in science and was awarded 1st place in the James Marlow Elementary Science Fair. She is considering a future career in medicine.
Brooklyn Hicks (Villager)
Brooklyn has been asking to be on stage since she was very little, always putting on shows, dancing, singing, and acting for her family. She also dances ballet, enjoys dressing up, and loves music! This is her first year with TBPAA, she’s incredibly eager to perform and make new friends along the way.
Rona Mia Kosumi (Villager)
Rona is thrilled to perform in her very first show at TBPAA. She joined halfway through class, and was ready to get on stage immediately. She found her calling. She’s 9 and currently attends 3rd grade. She loves dancing, gymnastics, singing, playing piano, performing, reading, drawing, etc. She recently got accepted into the gifted program, making her parents very proud.
