About Plays in Ten and The Distracted Scholars Guide to Literature and Drama

Plays in Ten is a series of ten-minute plays by playwright David S. Raine.  Borgia Theatre will be bringing your four of the seven ten-minute plays from this collection.  "Samaritan" tells of a young woman stranded on the roadside who is helped by an unsuspecting passerby.  "The Pickup" finds a young man waking up in an unfamiliar apartment, accused by young lady of being a notorious criminal.  "Slightly Left of Paradise" shows us four women shipwrecked on an island, and the Gilligan's Island plan to rescue them.  "Lessons in Fear" revolves around the training of an inept replacement for the Bogeyman.

The Distracted Scholars Guide to Literature and Drama is an entertaining look at famous works of literature as told by people who may not know as much about the literature as they claim.

Don't miss the comedy.  Fun for the whole family.
