About Beauty And The Beast
The classic story tells of Belle, a young woman in a provincial town, and the Beast, who is really a young prince trapped under the spell of an enchantress. If the Beast can learn to love and be loved, the curse will end and he will be transformed into his former self. But time is running out. If the Beast does not learn his lesson soon, he and his household will be doomed for all eternity.
About The Department
San Juan High School has a thriving Theatre Arts Department with past shows including: You Can't Take it With You, Oklahoma!, The Foreigner, Into the Woods, The Diary of Anne Frank, Charlie Brown, Thoroughly Modern Millie, Don't Drink the Water, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, and Bull in a China Shop. Students from the Middle School are also welcome to be part of the musicals every year. The SJH Dramatists also compete at the Utah Shakespeare High School Competition and Region and State meets as well. Your donations are appreciated!
