Disney's The Little Mermaid PERFORMERS

Hi my name is Dillin Bruner, I am playing a Sous Chef and a Sailor. I am a sophomore and in the last play I was a Bob Burr and my hobbies consists of art and playing french horn. I can't wait to make new friends.

My name is Erin Caves and I am a Freshman. In this musical, I am playing a sea creature as well as a maid. This is my first time performing in a live production. I am very excited to experience performing in front of a crowd for the first time in this show, along with the costumes! Outside of theater I am highly involved in basketball and softball. My hobbies include skateboarding, travelling, and going to the movies.

My name is Rylee Clark and I'm a Freshman. In this production, I am playing Jetsam the eel. This is my first role in a Riverdale play but I have had previous acting training at the Davenport Junior Theater. Along with starring in the play, I'm in marching band, book club, writing club, and Interact. As for hobbies, I enjoy listening to music and watching TV with my family. Especially Parks and Rec. The thing I am most excited for in this play is seeing everyone on stage and costumes.

I am Ella Fornero-Green. I am a junior and this is my third year in the theater program. My freshman year I was a spotlight for Shrek, and ran the soundboard for Haphazardly Ever After. I was one of the villagers and a rug in Beauty and the Beast, and the second narrator in Jack and the Beanstalk my sophomore year. This year in The Little Mermaid I am a maid and one of the sea creatures. There are also many other extracurriculars I'm involved in, such as soccer, band, robotics, and more. I'm so excited to see all that this cast is capable of this year.

My name is Devin Gephart and I am excited to be playing Sebastian in this years musical, The Little Mermaid. I am a senior at Riverdale High School and my previous roles include Horton in Seussical the Musical, Prince Carl in Sherlock Holmes, The Big Bad Wolf in Shrek, Prince Hairgel in Haphazardly Ever After, Monsieur D'Arque in Beauty and the Beast, and Clarence Rawlens in Taming the Wild Wild West in a Dress. I am a Team Captain of the Riverdale Rams Football team, where I play Outside Linebacker and Fullback. I participate in track as a part of the 4 x 100m and 4 x 200m relays. I am also a proud member of the National Honors Society and Interact club. After highschool am going to attend college and major in Musical Theatre and Pre Medicine.

Hi! I’m Sydney, I play Atina (Ariel’s sister), a princess, and a gull in this years musical. I’m a senior and have been in 6 shows so far. I’m very involved in most of the clubs at school such as student council, interact, and nhs. I’m very excited to show you my awesome dance skills in this show ;)

My name is Ashlyn Hemm and I am a junior this year. I will be taking on the role of Ursula, the evil and bitter sea witch. Along with this, I will be choreographing the show. You may have also seen me in Haphazardly Ever After, as Princess Peppermint, or has Belle in Beauty in the Beast. I was also five different characters in Shrek the Musical, and Barbara Seville of the trio in Taming the Wild West. Outside of theatre I am involved in Student Council, NHS, Interact, speech, choir, tap dance, and softball. For this musical, I look forward to seeing our ocean set come to life, how all of the choreography turns out on stage, and to play the villain for once. Hi there, I'm Hannah! I'm a senior this year, and I play Andrina, a princess, and a seagull. I've been in every show since my freshman year. Some of my roles have included the Mad Hatter in Shrek, and the Giant's Wife in Jack and the Beanstalk. When I'm not at rehearsal, I spend a majority of my time at my church. I'm also involved in National Honor Society, Interact, Student Council, and many other clubs. I'm really excited for the show this year because we have a great cast, a lot of new talent, and I'm learning how to tap dance! The Little Mermaid was my favorite Disney show growing up, and now I get to be in it!

Hi, i’m Marina! I play Princess Adella and one of the seagulls. I am a senior and this is my 4th musical and 7th show. Outside of theater, I enjoy working at the zoo and hanging out with my dog and friends. I am so excited for this show and to see Ashlynn’s sick dance moves ;)

I'm Lena Hollowell, my roles include one of the sailor and Chef Louis; my hobbies include animation, digital art, costume making, and writing. I'm excited to see this show come together and to see the theatre family work together to make this performance be it's best as they always seem to do.

Hi! My name is Makenzie Jones and I'm a senior this year. My character in The Little Mermaid is Winward and I'm a part of the ensemble. I have previously played Cindy Lou Who in Seussical the Musical, a suffragette in Sherlock, Peter Pan in Shrek, The Fairytale Inspector in Haphazardly Ever After, The Bookeeper/ensemble in Beauty and the Beast, and I was Roberta "Bobby" Pinz in Taming the Wild Wild West in a dress. I am also on the varsity football team and am involved with many clubs at the high school. I am also part of the fundraising team for Helping Hands new mission building and I attend youth group every Wednesday. I am most excited to watch everyone bring their characters to life in this under sea adventure!

Hello! I'm Jack Kelley. I am a junior at RHS. This is my 3rd year in theatre. Past roles i've played in Riverdale Theatre are: a knight in Shrek, a very lazy Prince Slacker in Haphazardly ever, Lefou in Beauty and the Beast and Russell Grubb in Taming the Wild West. Other than theatre, I'm in band and play percussion or how Sebastian would say (Pah-Cuss-onnn) and bass, scholastic bowl, speech,and Jazz band. This year, I am taking on the role of the dashing Prince Eric and all of his prince-ness. Also, I would say i'm looking forward for all of the fun songs in this musical. Enjoy the show!

I’m Haley Kline and I play Flounder in The Little Mermaid. I’m a senior and I’ve been apart of the pit and stage crew for the past 3 years up until last play when I assumed the role of a golden egg-laying goose! I’m apart of the band, choir and I’m vice president of the creative writing club. I enjoy spending time with family and friends and creating special effects makeup pieces! I’m most excited to be apart of the cast and to put on a wonderful show!

Howdy! I'm Eli Mueller. I'm a junior at Riverdale High School, and this is my third year in theatre. I've been such characters as Thelonius and Papa Ogre in Shrek the Musical, the Reluctant Fairy in Haphazardly Ever After, Gaston in Beauty and the Beast, and Colt Revolver Jr. in Taming the Wild Wild West. Outside of theatre, I participate in band, art, speech, scholastic bowl, and so much more. When I'm not in school, I'm playing drums or piano, working on art pieces, watching movies, or making funny videos with my friends. This year, I'll be taking on the role of Scuttle, the fun-loving, know-it-all seagull. I'm really excited to sing and squawk my heart out with the rest of the cast. I hope to see you at the show!

I'm Rhaena Reece. I'm a junior, and I'll be playing Allana/Princess/Sous Chef. I have previously played Young Fiona/Elf in Shrek, Narrator in Haphazardly Ever After, Jack's Mother in Jack and the Beanstalk, Rebecca in The Legend of Blackbeard's Gold, and Calamity Jane in Calamity Jane and the Showdown at Dry Gulch, in addition to 8 other drama camp shows. I played clarinet and flute in the pit for Beauty and the Beast. I play clarinet in band and jazz band, sing soprano in choir, and am a member of the Scholastic Bowl team. I'm really excited for this show, and it's going to be super fun!

Julia Remour (Ariel)- began taking vocal lessons at the age of eight. Her debut performance was playing the roll of young Cosette in Quad City Music Guild’s production of Les Miserables. She has enjoyed her time on Music Guild’s stage performing in “Children of Eden” as Bird girl, “Annie” as Pepper and also participating in the youth choir. Over the summer, Julia performed for the first time with The Spotlight Theatre in “Matilda” as an ensemble member. She has performed as Willy Wonka at Riverdale Middle School’s theatre camp. Julia began playing violin at the age of seven and spent five years participating in Quad City Youth Symphony ensembles including the Youth Philharmonic Orchestra. Playing the roll of Ariel is a dream come true as she has always connected with a fellow redhead.

Hi, I'm Dakota and I'm a Junior at RHS. This will be my 3rd year in theatre. This year I will be playing the part of Grimsby. In previous productions I've played Lord Farquaad's father and a guard in Shrek the Musical, a Servant in Haphazardly Ever After, a Townsperson and a Crony in Beauty and the Beast, and Jack in Jack and the Beanstalk. Outside of school I'm also involved in band and bass club. I'm looking forward to a fun show.

Previous roles include: A Wickersham brother in Seussical, the Musical; James Larrabee in Sherlock Holmes; Lord Farquaad in Shrek the Musical; The Magic Mirror in Haphazardly Ever After; The Beast in Beauty & the Beast; and Will Reader in Taming the Wild, Wild West in a Dress. He has also worked with the Riverdale Drama Camp the last two summers as a leader and student director. Nick is an Eagle Scout and is also involved in Scholastic Bowl, NHS, Interact, Creative Writing Club, Track, Band and Choir. Nick is both excited and sad to give one last bow with the Riverdale Musical Troupe. He is excited to again work with such an amazing cast and crew!

My name is Izzy Slone, and I am in 9th grade. I play Flotsam. I am involved in Book Club, Scholastic Bowl, Creative Writing Club, and Interact. Outside of school, I enjoy art, reading, and spending time with family. For this show, I'm excited to be a part of the production.

Geneva Stuart; I play Leeward in this years musical, The Little Mermaid, and am a Senior at Riverdale. I have played a variety of roles from a bird girl, to a singer, to fairy godmother, to a wicked witch, to a fork/villager, and to a preacher's wife. Not only am I involved in the theatre at Riverdale, I am also involved in NHS, Rotary (treasurer), Book Club (co-vice president), GSA (president), FFA (sentinel), and our Riverdale's marching band. I can't wait to see this show unfold and perform for one of the last times with my friends.

My hobbies are music, reading, and archery and I am also involved in Scholastic Bowl, Marching Band, Pep Band, Speech, Interact, and so many others. I am excited to make new friends and become a better actor/musician.

I have the joy of being a jellyfish/animal in this year´s production of Little Mermaid. I am very excited to be back working with my theater family where I feel completely loved and included. I can´t wait for you all to see my AMAZING jellyfish dance when you come see our show, it is going to be GREAT! In previous productions I have been a stage crew member for Beauty and the Beast and a Human Bean in Jack and the Beanstalk. At school I am a member of the FCA and this year I have also started organizing a caring closet for the students of the high school. My name is Bellamitra Thompson, I'm 14, a freshman, and I play a sea creature and a sous chef. I have played a fairy and a cat before at a junior college for kids. My hobbies include gardening, hiking, skiing and snowboarding, and shopping. I'm very excited for this production because of the talent we have this year!

Hi, my name is Grace and I am a senior at RHS. I will be playing Aquata in this year’s musical. Since my freshmen year, I have been in every show. Some of the characters I have played are one of the three pigs from Shrek the Musical and Rhoda Steed from Taming the Wild Wild West in a Dress. I am involved in NHS, Interact, Student Council, and FCA. Outside of school, I love spending time outdoors, hanging with my friends and family, and snuggling with my pets. I am excited to learn all of the choreography for the show and to share this last year of theatre with my best friends.

I am the Stage Crew Manager, or otherwise known as the glue that keeps the show together, or the guy running around with a walkie and FBI style headset.
