Judges' Bios
Jasmine Bucher
A classically trained vocalist and experienced musical-theatre performer, Bucher has performed regionally and throughout the US. She serves as the director of theatre education at Palmyra Area High School, facilitating their 12-month theatre curriculum and assisting continuity in the K-12 extracurricular theatre education program. For her efforts with Palmyra Area School District and theatre education in the Central Pennsylvania Area, she was honored as an honorable mention recipient for the 2018 Tony Award for Excellence in Theatre Education. Bucher recently directed the pilot production of Amélie: High School Edition and has participated in master classes with Broadway’s Jenn Collela, Lynn Ahrens, Stephen Faherty, Tom Kitt, Lea Salonga, Morgan James, and Alex Newell. She is a member of the Educational Theatre Association, president of the Palmyra Theatre Boosters, and troupe director for the International Thespian Society Troupe #8430. In her full-time career, she is an instructor and director of educational technology at Lebanon Valley College. Bucher holds a BA in English and MBA from Lebanon Valley College. She also holds an MA in humanities from The Pennsylvania State University. Passionate about communication, expression, and collaboration, Bucher seeks opportunities where she can help others find their voice for community good. In doing so, she is co-host of the weekly podcast Coffee Beans and Booze, where co-host Shila Williams Ulrich and Bucher interview guests who like them strive for making a big impact in the small towns they love.
David Felty
David Felty has been an actor for more than 20 years appearing on Broadway, national tours and regional theaters. Broadway and National Tour credits include: Frank Wildhorn’s The Civil War, Schonberg and Boubil’s Les Misérables (Jean Valjean), and American Rhapsody: a Gershwin Review. David has appeared on Star Search in two categories and was a guest on Nashville Now on CMT. You may have seen David on stage at Sight & Sound Theatres in Lancaster, PA where he appeared in Ruth (Boaz), In the Beginning (Lucifer/Satan), Daniel (Nebonidus), and Miracle of Christmas (Mary's father). He is married to the beautiful Jennifer Lynn Felty and has two incredibly talented children, Noah and Bailey.
Elise Moureau
Elise Moureau has an extensive background in singing and the performing arts. Her performance journey began in grade school. Specifically, singing was always her passion. Formal training started at Stagedoor Manor Performing Arts Camp where she studied singing, acting and dance, and continued throughout her teenage years. She later gained a BFA in performing arts at Syracuse University. In the last decade, Elise has explored the world of the contemporary music scene, putting together several bands, writing and performing original songs, collaborating with fellow musicians and creatives, and most recently, producing live shows at her home in Germantown. She is thrilled to be a judge for Talent Slam Live and to be a part of what Revival is doing!
