The Wedding Singer Cast

Henry Allan is ecstatic to be a part of this wonderful production of The Wedding Singer. This is his 3rd district musical. He is an incoming senior at Buffalo Grove High School, where he is an active member of the choir and theatre departments. Henry has previously been seen in Les Mis and The Addams Family among other shows. He would like to thank his directors at Buffalo Grove, the cast and crew of this terrific production, and of course his friends and family for their constant support.

Ellie Allan is thrilled to be apart of another summer musical. Last year she was a Hot-Box dancer in "Guys and Dolls." In the fall, Ellie will be a junior at Buffalo Grove High School where she plays water polo and is a part of the cheerleading team. She would like to thanks Marcus, Colella , JMO, Momma Mo, Ari, all of her amazing friends, her brother Henry and sister Zoey for forcing her to audition last year. She would also like to thank her mother, Staci Allan. Enjoy the show!

Theodore Brown is really excited to perform Wedding Singer for you all. He will be a senior at Hersey High School next year. He has performed in many Hersey shows; Robertson Ay in Mary Poppins, Pippin in Pippin, and Ryan Evans in HSM 1 and 2. He also has performed in St James Productions; Link in Hairspray. His favorite colors are pink or glitter, he's cute and fun, and he loves to dance! He wants to thank his family and friends for being swaggy like Justin Bieber and hopes you enjoy the show!

Will Brice is so excited to be in The Wedding Singer! He is entering his sophomore year at Rolling Meadows High School. This is his first year in the District show. Some of his other favorite roles have been in Evita, The Little Mermaid, and Grease. Outside of theatre productions, Will is a part of RMHS Choir, Speech Team, and Acafellas. He would like to thank all of the directors for all the hard work they put into the production and his family for all of their love and support!

Audrey Bixby is a totally tubular ensemble member in the Wedding Singer. She is an incoming sophomore at Rolling Meadows high school, and is wicked stoked for her first district musical. She has participated in other RMHS performances, such as Evita and The Craving. When she's not rehearsing for some show or another, Audrey can be found hanging with her gnarly dogs or reading a righteous book. She'd like to give a shoutout to her family, and her groovy drama teachers. Siick!

Carmen Beidleman is going to be a Junior at John Hersey High school and is very excited to be in her first district musical. She's been in a variety of musicals, and is involved with show choir and cheerleading as well. She would like to thank her parents for their support and the various staff that brought The Wedding Singer out of the dumpster and onto the stage.

Ashley is so excited to be in the district show for her second year! She recently graduated Hersey where was hugely involved with theater and choir. Some favorite roles she has played include Vivienne in Legally Blonde, Mary Poppins in Mary Poppins, Catherine in Pippin, Adelaide in Guys and Dolls, and Gabriella in HSM. Outside of theater, Ashley enjoys piano, running, and baking! She is thankful to all the directors for making her last high school show a great one and hopes you enjoy the show!

Joseph Boyd is excited to be a part of Wedding Singer. Joseph graduated from Buffalo Grove High School. This is his first District musical. In his free time, Joseph likes to play disc golf and games with his family. He would like to thank the rest of the cast for being such amazing people and his dad for driving me everywhere. He hopes you enjoy our rendition of "The Wedding Singer"!

Olivia Cano is ecstatic about participating into the District Musical for the first time! Olivia is an incoming junior attending John Hersey Highschool. She has participated in the musicals Hairspray, High school musical, Pippin, and Almost Maine. In her free time olivia likes to spend time with her three beautiful nieces and play rock band. Olivia would like to thank her choir director Sara Micheal for in coursing her to branch out more and pushing herself to do more.

Grace Carroll is so excited to be apart of the Wedding singer. Grace is a sophomore at Rolling Meadows high school. This is her second district musical. Grace has been in the musicals: Evita, Guys and Dolls, and Legally Blonde. At Rolling Meadows, Grace is in the symphonic band and the symphony orchestra, a capella groups, madrigal singers, and show choir as well as the plays and speech team. She would like to thank her friends, family and directors/coaches for their support and guidance.

Anthony Ciero is so happy to be a part of the wedding singer! Anthony went to Prospect high school and graduate this year. This is his third district musical. Anthony had been in Shrek the musical, The Producers, 39 steps, school of rock, the trail to Oregon, and big fish at prospect. He was also in The Addams Family and Guys and dolls! Anthony would like to thank his friends and family for all their love and support and hopes you all enjoy the show!!!!

Nicky is so excited to be a part of The Wedding Singer. Previously he was involved with last year's Guys and Dolls as a Gangster and Havana Dancer. As an incoming Senior at Prospect High School, Nicky hopes to continue his escapades within the D214 theatre program. Jordan Costabile is ecstatic to be a part of Wedding Singer. He is going to be a senior at Prospect High school. This is his second district musical, preceded by Guys and Dolls. In his free time, he likes to sleep and play video games with friends. He wishes everyone in the cast to have a wonderful performance as well as audiences to enjoy this year's production of Wedding Singer!

Kayce Drevline is thrilled to be apart of Wedding Singer! This is her first District 214 show. Kayce is going into her junior year at Buffalo Grove High School where she is in chamber choir, the theatre department, and was apart of the show choir The Expressions. Past favorite shows include Monty Python's Spamalot, Catch Me If You Can, and Aida. Kayce would like to thank all of the cast and crew for putting together such a wonderful show. Emily Franke is so excited to be performing in her last D214 show! This is her third year in the D214 summer musical. In the fall she plans on attending Illinois State University majoring in Acting. This past year at EG, Emily also performed in Seussical the Musical, and Anne Frank. She would like to thank Mr. Cavazos, Ms. Kale, Miguel, Mrs. Catt, JMO, Colella and Ari for making her 214 fine arts experience truly life changing. Claire Glennon is thrilled to be apart of the Wedding Singer! Claire will be a senior at Elk Grove High School next year and this is her second District Musical. She has been in In The Heights, Once on This Island, and Seussical at EGHS and 6 other productions with Spotlight Theatre in Elk Grove. At school she is involved in choir, theatre, and speech. Joaquin Herin is happy to be apart of another musical. Joaquin starred in Wheeling High School's In The Heights and Hairspray. Joaquin wishes to continue doing District musicals because of how well the cast works together. Joaquin wishes to continue choir and musical theatre through his college career. He would like to thank his squad for always being there for him, his family for also being there, and Lou Ferrigno for shaking his hand and inspiring him to be brave.

Julia Holzl is excited to be a part of Wedding Singer. Julia is going to be a sophomore at Prospect High School. This is Julia's eighth musical. She has previously been in Cinderella, Mary Poppins, Night at The Wax Museum, Bye Bye Birdie, Once on This Island, The Little Mermaid and Mary Poppins. Julia is also involved in Show Choir and Speech at Prospect. She would like to thank the cast and directors for making this show so memorable. She hopes you enjoy the show!

Maddie Kerr is ecstatic to be apart of here first District musical, the Wedding Singer, this summer! Maddie is an incoming Junior at Rolling Meadows High School and is very involved in theater there. She participated in the 10 Minute Play Festival (Awkward Silence) as well as the Spring Musical Evita (Evita). Along with the Wedding Singer this summer she is also involved in Mary Poppins (Mary Poppins) through The Kings Players. She can't wait for the show to open!

Sophia Konstantinou is absolutely ecstatic to be a part of the Wedding Singer! This is her first district musical and she looks forward to the next three years to come. This year, she has performed in Trail to Oregon and Big Fish at Prospect High School and is currently playing Winnifred Banks in Mary Poppins. Sophia loves to spend time singing and having fun with her friends. She would like to thank the directors, the cast, and the crew for their hard work to make this show amazing!

Delia Langefeld is completely ecstatic to be a part of the Wedding Singer. Dee is going to be a junior at Prospect next year. This is her second district musical. She was in Guys and Dolls last summer! Dee would like to thank her family- especially her mom, dad, and brother (Riley) for being a fun party. At school, Dee participates in speech, water polo, and show choir. Enjoy the show!

Alex Lasky is going to be a sophomore at Prospect High School this coming fall. This is first District musical, but he's no stranger to the stage. He was recently in Big Fish at Prospect and played Ralphie in A Christmas Story. In his free time, Alex likes to hang with friends and watch his favorite TV shows, Big Brother and RuPaul's Drag Race. Alex would like to thank his friends and family and the whole staff that worked on The Wedding Singer.

Nicole Mackowski is beyond excited to be apart of The Wedding Singer! Nicole will be a senior this upcoming fall at Prospect. The Wedding Singer is Nicole's second district musical. She has also participated in shows at Prospect including School of Rock and Big Fish. Nicole would like to thank JMo, Mr. Colella, Ari, Miguel, Mr. B and the countless others that helped make this show possible!

Ben Marshall is ecstatic to be in his fourth and last District 214 show. Ben attended Prospect High School and was seen most recently in Big Fish. Next year, Ben will be attending Western Michigan University with a BFA in Acting. Ben was involved in speech team as well as show choir in high school. He would like to thank all of his coaches and directors for their endless support. Ben does not know what he would do without his amazing friends and and family, especially Kelly, Scott and Joie.

Megan McLaughlin is thrilled to be in her 3rd district show! Megan attends Prospect High School and will be a senior this fall. She has participated in Addams Family, Guys and Dolls and Wedding Singer, along with all the productions at PHS as well as numerous clubs and activities. In the summer, she also enjoys working at the pool. She would like to thank her family and friends, the production team, Ben and Anthony, Ryan and Shane, Penny, and her Auntie Sue for always being her biggest fan.

Sarah Meierdirks is super excited to be in the district musical, The Wedding Singer. Sarah is going to be a junior at Wheeling and is involved in Orchesis, speech team, choir, show choir, and orchestra. At Wheeling, she has been in Hairspray and In the Heights, but this is her first time doing the district musical. She would like to thank her family and friends for supporting her obsession with musical theater and Mr. Colella for making her question why she spends so much time doing schoolwork.

Megan Murphy is going to be a senior at Wheeling High School. She has been seen in previous productions such as Spelling Bee, Hairspray, and In the Heights at Wheeling High School. This is her first district musical. She would like to thank Colella for always pushing her out of her comfort zone, and her family for being supportive of her musical activities. She is also in show-choir and on the Varsity Tennis team. She is so grateful for the new people she met and new things she has learned.

Nikolina Nava is thrilled to be in the summer musical, The Wedding Singer! As a soon-to-be sophomore at Prospect High School, she has participated in all of her middle school musicals as well Prospect's past spring musical, Big Fish. She would like to thank her family for all of their support, her friends for always coming to her performances, and the new people that she has gotten to know during the making of this wonderful show. She hopes you enjoy it!

Sofia Nava is elated and super pumped to be a part of this years production of The Wedding Singer. Sofia participated in last years production of Guys and Dolls along with the the last two spring musicals at Prospect High School where she also is a member of Mixed Company and will be in the Madrigals this fall. Sofia has had an absolute blast preparing the show and she hopes the audience feels as much love as she does by the end of the show, and that they have a great time!

Trevor North is excited to be a part of his third district musical. He is going to be a senior at Buffalo Grove High School. Previously, Trevor has been in 2015's "The Addams Family" as an ancestor and 2016's "Guys and Dolls" as Nathan Detroit. He would like to thank Mr. Colella and Mr. Morton for their hard work as well as his wonderful voice coach, Nick Falco for always pushing him in the right directions.

India Patel is an incoming Senior at Wheeling High School. Last year was her first year in the choir program. This is her first high school musical and has participated in Pom and Legacy at WHS. In her free time, India likes eat Chicken Nuggets and head to the beach with her friends. She would like to give a big thank you to her parents, brothers, Max and Sam, and boyfriend, Marcus, for being such an amazing support system and convincing her to try out for this amazing musical.

Marcus Perez- Brennan is now a proud alum of Wheeling High School, and’ll be attending Western Michigan University in the fall to study Musical Theatre Performance. This is his second year doing the summer musical, playing Sky Masterson in Guys & Dolls last year. Marcus would like to thank Tenor Squad, his (greatly) extended family, his parents, India, and Ani for keeping him sane! Lastly, he’d like to give a final shoutout to Mr. Colella for steering his life in the right direction.

Maddie Pickering is extremely excited for her first district show! Maddie is an incoming junior at Buffalo Grove High School and is very active in the theater program. She has been involved in several shows such as The Taste Of Sunrise, Sweeney Todd, and Elephant and Piggie: We are in a Play! Jason Schmidt is stoked to be in his first D214 summer musical production. He is going into his junior year at John Hersey High School. Previously, Jason has appeared in: High School Musical as Troy Bolton at Spotlight Theatre and Joseph in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat also at Spotlight. Jason would like to thank his friends and family for being so supportive and loving. He hopes everyone enjoys the show and rocks on!

Emma Simon is excited to be a part of her first District musical the Wedding Singer. She has been involved in theater, choir, show choir, band, marching band, and orchestra throughout her past four years at Prospect. She graduated from Prospect high school this June and will be attending Michigan State University next fall with a major in music education and a minor in mathematics. She would like to thank all the instructors for their hard work putting together this amazing show!

Lily Shane is very excited to make her district debut in Wedding Singer! Lily is an incoming junior at Buffalo Grove High School and is in Symphony Orchestra and the choir program , including her vocal jazz group, "By Popular Demand", as well as shows at BG, such as Spamalot, On Stars Not Falling, and Elephant and Piggie: We Are In a Play! Lily would like to thank her family, friends, and directors for supporting her and pushing her to be the best she can be!

Allison Skiple is thrilled to be apart of her first District musical. She will be a Junior at Elk Grove High School where she is involved with the Speech Team, Fall Play, Musical, One Acts, Comedy Troupe and Chamber Singers. Her favorite shows she's been in are The Wizard of Oz, Honk Jr., Tarzan, Aladdin Jr., Once On This Island, Bye Bye Birdie, Seussical and Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. Rebecca Skiple is excited to be in her first District musical! This fall she will be a Junior at Elk Grove High School and participates in Speech Team, Fall Play, Musical, and Marching Band. . Some of her favorite shows she has been in are Honk Jr., The Leopard in Tarzan, Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, Seussical Jr., Aladdin Jr., and Once On This Island. Haley Slusher is super stoked to be apart of the Wedding Singer! She is an incoming senior at Prospect High School, and this is her second district show. She also participates in the shows at Prospect including Big Fish, and School of Rock. Haley would like to thank her parents, friends, and every single person who made this show possible!

Micki is a recently graduated senior from Prospect High School, where she acted in seven productions. She has performed in all four District musicals. Beyond theater, Micki was in Mixed Company (Dance Captain), Speech, Orchesis, Madrigals, LINK, Knights’ Way, and TDP Student Leadership Board at Prospect High School. Next year, Micki will attend Miami University to study Chemical Engineering, and minoring in Theater. Thanks to the staff for their incredible work, and her parents for all they do.

Caroline Vegter is an excited sophomore at Prospect High School who can't wait to perform in the Wedding Singer! This is her first district musical. Caroline really enjoys listening to Billy Joel, Michael Jackson, Hall and Oates, and the Eagles. She encourages you to sit back, relax, and enjoy the show!

Logan Weir is a graduate from Elk Grove High School. He has been in The Brother's Grimm Spectaculathon, She Kills Monsters, The Diary of Anne Frank and Seussical. Logan likes to go B O O L wit' da bois on the weekends. He struggles to make good decisions, but he's a fun guy who you will never forget, no matter how small the part. He hopes you enjoy the show, and he'll try to make sure it's one you don't forget.

Abby Weiss is thrilled to be part of The Wedding Singer! This is Abby's first district musical. Abby loves to participate in show choir at prospect and likes to spend time with friends. She'd like to thank everyone involved in the show as well with her friends and family!

Raechel Zoellick is going into her junior year at Elk Grove High School. Wedding Singer is her first district musical and her favorite musical of all time. Some other shows she's been in include She Kills Monsters, Once on this Island, The Diary of Anne Frank, and Seussical. Along with theatre, Raechel spends her time dedicated to band and speech.
