Tabitha is seventeen years old and a junior at Midway High School. Chasing Charming is her first performance and she is trilled to be a part of the production! Her hobbies include drawing, reading, and playing video games.

Lillian Bacon is a sophomore from Midway High School. She played Urchin #1 in last year’s production of "Hynotized!" She loves to sing, draw, and play the alto saxophone in band. She looks forward to many more fun experiences with the drama club.

Tres Bias is fifteen years old, and is a sophomore at Midway High School. He likes to draw and run on his free time. This is his first year of acting, in any play, and he is very excited!

Danie Bock is a freshman. Danie is in the Theatre class that has been run by Courtney Minton for it's total of two years as a class at Midway High School. This is her first year in Theatre but she has worked in the movie Unbreakable Faith writing original music for the film. She has hopes to work in the creative work of music and/or Theatre in the future.

Tayler Bonafede is fifteen years old and a sophomore at Midway High School. She started acting last year at Midway High's Theatre class as being one of the only freshman to do so. In last years production "Hypnotized!" Tayler played as the Justice of the peace. Tayler has discovered a new love of acting since then. She hopes to continue to act throughout the rest of her high school career.

Dalton Carroll is enthusiastic to be a part of the production team of Chasing Charming! He is happy to be assisting the MHS Drama Club yet again as the House Manager, as he has also served in their production "Hypnotized!" While Dalton is not actively participating in production events, he enjoys making music on his saxophone, writing, and serving in the volunteer fire department.

Stevie Ervin is fifteen years old and a freshman at Midway High School. She is ecstatic to get started on performing with her classmates even though she has never acted before. Her favorite movie genres are action and adventure! She is infatuated with animals, especially dogs and puppies. She is planning to attend the University of Tennessee for eight years to become a professional veterinarian.

Susan Fritze participated in her first year of theatre this year with the Chasing Charming performance. Although she was reluctant to join the group, she enjoyed every second of her time in the theatre class watching how the play came together and how the actors prepared. Suzi is thrilled to have gotten to know the people of the performance in her last year of high school, and couldn’t feel more lucky to be apart of it.

Elizabeth Hall is seventeen years old with a love for music and Theatre from a young age. She worked on sound for the play for Midway last year. She is a senior at Midway High school and plans to attend Roane State in the fall for music production. Elizabeth also likes to read and spends as much time she can with family and friends.

Claudia is a senior at Midway High School and will graduating with honors. She will be attending Hiwassee Community College in the Fall to get a degree in dental hygiene and will be on the Cross Country team. She enjoys singing and drawing in her free time and wants to some day open a small art business to teach and encourage young children to paint and be creative. She will miss being part of the theatre class and will miss everyone she got a chance to work with, especially Mrs. Minton. She thanks them all and thanks you for supporting Midway's Theatre class!

Cassie Johnson is a junior at Midway High School. This is her first year in Drama Club. Her favorite subjects are Math and English. She also enjoys basketball, music, and eating Sonic cheeseburgers.

Creek Johnston is a sophomore at Midway High School. He is on the football team and enjoys acting in church and school productions. During high school he wants to continue his journey and experiences in Theatre. After high school he plans to go to Navy Officers School and join the Navy Special Forces.

Dequin Kile is a sophomore at MHS. Although this is his first year in a theatre class he looks forward to the upcoming challenges. He chose this class, because he has a high interest in sound and light design. With this years play offers a great opportunity for him to learn the ropes of light and sound design.

Cheyanne Knipp loves Theatre, especially plays and musicals! her favorite musical is the Little Shop Of Horrors. She enjoys living in Tennessee but misses her life in Florida. Cheyenne has performed in small plays at her church. She enjoys being involved with Theatre. Cheyenne was very shy to start with, but now she absolutely loves it!

April Lance is a freshman at Midway High School. She enjoys be involved with the drama club. She however does not like to speak in front of crowds. She would consider nonspeaking parts though. She enjoys helping set up the stage, and can help develop creative ideas if needed.

Brooklyn McGhee is a junior at Midway high school. She is a cheerleader, and has been cheering all throughout high school. This is her second year performing in the school play. She loves acting and being involved in such an amazing program. She looks forward to being apart of this production, and looks forward to more shows to come!

Molly is a senior at Midway high School. She has been in Drama for two years. She did makeup for the school's production "Hypnotized!" last year. She has been doing makeup since fourth grade. Molly loves all kind of makeup, but she has a special love for Theatre makeup. She also has a strong love for musical theater.

Courtney Minton received her degree in Theatre Education from Tennessee Tech in 2003 and later added an endorsement in Mathematics. Mrs. Minton has performed in school, community, and church productions, including performances as Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors and Catherine Simms in The Foreigner.

Madeline Moore is 16 years old and a junior at Midway high school. She was the Prop Master and played the Photographer in last year’s production, "Hypnotized!". She plays many instruments and has participated in Midway’s Got Talent for three years in various acts, winning last year as the bassist for the rock band Neon Cavalry. She has also been a member of the marching and concert bands for four years as the first chair trumpet player. Her hobbies include playing music, running cross country, and volunteering for the South Roane County Volunteer Fire Department.

Karissa Pilkey is a junior with a great love for the Theatre Arts. She portrayed Mrs. Brown in last year's production of "Hypnotized!" and she is ecstatic to be onstage at the Princess Theatre once again. She tends to be a bit overdramatic, but that is part of her charm. Prepare for a magical experience, dearies!

Faith Riggs is excited for her first on stage appearance this year for the MHS Drama Club's production! She has worked in the past as the backstage crew last year in MHS Drama Club's production of "Hypnotized!". When Faith is not performing for the Drama Club, she enjoys cheer-leading, photography, and doing things with her friends!

Robert Schommer has been in the Theatre department at Midway High School for the past two years and is graduating this year as the Salutatorian for the class of 2018. He played the part of Roger last year in Midway's first ever theatrical performance 'Hypnotized!" Robert has enjoyed being an actor ever since he was in elementary school and even participated in a major acting competition in Orlando. He also played football and basketball throughout his high school career. Schommer is very interested in pursuing Theatre after high school. Now get ready to enjoy Robert in his first ever role as a woman... YOU IDIOTS!!!

Autumn Scott is eighteen years old and loves to travel. She spends her free time painting, drawing, and reading her favorite books. Autumn plans to go to college and achieve her dream of becoming a story board artist.

Carlie Sherlin is thrilled to be back on the stage this year. She was seen in last year's Midway production of "Hypnotized!" as the Bride and has also participated in her church's Easter production for the last four years. As a Senior at Midway, Carlie is looking forward to attending Tennessee Tech in the fall in order to major in Pre-Physical Therapy. In her free time, she enjoys being a part of the cheer squad and singing with her church band.

Alex Shirran is sixteen years old and a junior at Midway High School. He has done many church plays in the past but he hopes to start performing more with Theatre. His interests include soccer, cross country, and video games. He hopes that he can further himself in Theatre class, and enjoys the time to make the performance happen.

Hannah Shultz is an eighteen year old senior at Midway High School. She has a passion for Theatre and has been in many plays including last year's performance of Hypnotized. When not performing or watching a show, you can find Hannah exclusively listening to Broadway soundtracks (especially Spongebob the Musical), singing in your local ukulele duo, and reading her favorite books over and over again. Hannah will be attending East Tennessee State University in the fall to major in Special Education and hopes to one day teach kindergarten SPED (and maybe teach some hair-kwando).

Ashton Stephens is a freshman at Midway High School. She enjoys being involved with the drama club plays, although she does not like to speak in front of people. She does enjoy having nonspeaking parts and helping with the props for the plays.

Jonathan Whaley is eighteen years old and a senior at Midway High School. Ever since he was little, Jonathan has been interested in Theatre and Filmmaking. he has had some experience in Theatre by acting and working backstage. Jonathan attended Governor's School for the Arts at Middle Tennessee State University in June 2016 for Filmmaking. There he and a group of people created a short film called Believe In Me. He also helped backstage for the Roane State Community College play The Odd Couple.

Kadrienne Whitehead is a student at Midway High School. Math and Theatre are her main school interests. She has found a new passion about Theatre and acting. "Chasing Charming" is her first production, and she is very excited! Outside of school, she is engrossed in the science behind video games and the history of our world. Kadrienne is always wanting to learn more and experience new things in life.
