Director
Steve MathiasMr. Mathias has been involved with Lancaster Theater since 1989 when asked to help with Thomas Ewing Junior High School’s production of “Peace Child”. Since then it has been one fantastic ride with over 50 productions at LHS. Proud Troupe Director of The International Thespian Society Troupe 1848. Given the nickname “Maestro” by a former tech set manager he helps guide the productions to a professional level.
Choreographer
Tonya KranerTonya Kraner is well versed in choreographing, teaching, and performing many dance styles. She's trained and performed with many dance professionals and events in Ohio and New York City. Locally, she teaches for Susan’s Tap-N-Toe Studio, Ohio University, and Weathervane Playhouse. Tonya works with many central Ohio theater groups and has been choreographing shows for Lancaster HS for about 14 years where she is known as Ms. Tonya. She loves her work and send her love to her family for their support!

Cindy CupelesMs. Cupeles is an English teacher. She has done professional clowning and acted in college at City College of NY. Ms. Cupeles and her husband, Tirso Valenzuela are responsible for all the advertisements and more.
Set Director #1
Holly GriffinMrs. Griffin has worked as a teacher since 1996. She has taught at Lancaster High School since 2003. Besides working with her husband as co-set director, she has participated in several plays as a youth and at Sheridan High School during her high school career.
Set Director #2
Chris GriffinMr. Griffin retired from being a pipe fitter in 2014 and decided to work with his family at Lancaster High School. He’s been an educational assistant and substitute bus driver for the district for the past 5 years. This is his first year working as co-set director

Linda WinkelmanMrs. Winkelman is a talented artist who volunteers her time and skills to help the future generation love the arts. She works with set and with costumes
Costumes
Dee ConradMrs. Conrad volunteers her time to LHS through the drama department. She is in charge of costumes. She works for FNB when she is not helping.

Mary FyieMary Fyie has selflessly donated her time to help our students with costumes and make-up. Unfortunately, she is not pictured at his time.
