About KPAC Young Artists Winter Workshop 2020

KPAC Young Artist Theatre presents our Winter Workshop on Sunday, March 1 at 3:00 p.m.

Young Artists in Grades K-4 will present "The Share Bears," Welcome to Honey Hollow where each winter, just before the first snow, Bailey Bear shares his honey with all the other bears who are very grateful.  When Baby Bear shows, hungry and cold, Bailey gives away his last pot of honey -- and his bed.  Now Bailey is hungry and cold.  Fortunately, the Magical Winter Wind blows to remind all the bears that they must all give as well as receive.  Filled with fun music and thoughtful dialogue, "The Share Bears" was a Winter 2015 Favorite and makes its 5-year return to the KPAC stage.

Young artists in grades 4-8 will present "After Hours."  All is quiet on the storefront as the owner of a small clothes shop locks up for the night.  Little does she know that when the lights go out, activity in her store really picks up!  The mannequins have been waiting all day for a chance to loosen up.  They discover fellow mannequin Danny in a mistakenly delivered crate, then the night really gets interesting as a pair of bungling burglars breaks in.  With Danny taking the reins, the mannequins show the crooks who the real “dummies” are.
