Kevin is the Aesthetic Education Program Coordinator for Kalamazoo RESA’s Education for the Arts Program. He has worked as Teaching Artist and Arts Educator with students ranging from pre-K to college and adults. Kevin holds a BA in Educational Theatre and an MA in Educational Studies from Western Michigan University. He is also a theatre director and producer who specializes in new and community-based performance. He has directed over 40 productions in Kalamazoo, Battle Creek, New York, and Philadelphia.

Betina is super- stoked to be doing a theatrical production this year. She's excited by the sounds of happiness and giddiness from the students as they perform this year. She has been doing theater ever since was in high school. It made all the difference for her, and she hopes it brings some joy to all her students.

Cristiana is a sophomore and this is her second time being apart of a KC play production. She was assistant stage manager for last years play “Shakespeare in Love” and she is stage manager for this years production. She is excited to be apart of the crew and she can’t wait to see the production come to life!

Topher is in his 17th year of teaching and directing at KCHS. Previous Credits include: Shakespeare in Love, The Crucible, Almost, Maine; Our Town; The Diary of Anne Frank; The Laramie Project; and A Raisin in the Sun. Future Plans: Storming Round Island with his buddies. He would like to thank his great friends and family; and especially, his wonderfully supportive “better-half,” Michelle.

I am a 7th grader. I have been in about 5 plays here at KC working backstage. This would be the first time I am actually in a play.
