Getting To Know... Footloose CAST & CREW

Chandler Green is an actor and singer. He was born in Salt Lake City, Utah and moved to Gilford, New Hampshire in 2011. Chandler has been in many shows throughout his middle and high school years. Up into his senior year, Chandler has been in shows such as "Oliver", "The Secret Garden", "High School Musical", "Les Miserables", "Legally Blonde", and many more. Chandler hopes to go further into the acting world once finished with high school, as well as pursuing a career in emotional and psychological therapy.

Caitlyn Costa is a junior at Gilford High School. She has been doing theatre since 6th grade. She is acting in the first production of Footloose in March and is doing tech for the other cast in April.

Jesse Powers is a sophomore at Gilford High School. He has been in every show at Gilford since he was in fifth grade (excluding Footloose). A few of his favorites include playing Young Simba (Lion King), Emmett Forrest (Legally Blonde), Peter Pan (Peter Pan), Billy Crocker (Anything Goes), Kristoff (Frozen), Ryan Evans (High School Musical), and Freddy (School of Rock). He has also done a few shows through Street Car. His favorite among those being Mary Poppins, where he got to play Michael Banks. He has been in a total of 18 shows, and is excited to be part of another. His hobbies outside of theatre include gaming, playing the drums, guitar, and piano, singing, dancing, and hanging out with friends.

Isabella is excited to be a part of Footloose with GHS, this is her 40th production. She started theater when she was 6 years old with The Streetcar Company. She has traveled all over New England participating in over 20 short films and will be working on her second full length feature as soon as covid allows. She loves to sing and dance too. When she is not acting, singing or dancing she is spending time with her family and animals. She travels in the fall and winter months training and racing sled dogs. She invites ya’ll to “Stay Rockin!”

Ashley is a junior at Gilford High School, and has been doing theatre since she was in 4th grade. She does various sports and hobbies outside of school including soccer, tennis, skiing, and singing. Along with shows here, she has also done RB for 2 years playing Mrs. Darbus (High School Musical) and multiple roles in Hairspray. She is excited to perform in this amazing show with these amazing cast mates.

Jordan Witham has been involved with both tech and acting for almost 9 years and has done over 20 shows. He is very proud of what he has accomplished and thankful for all the experiences he has been able to have at Gilford. Some of his favorite shows were (and still are) The Producers, Mary Poppins, Les Miserables, Seussification of a Midsummer’s Night Dream, Shrek the Musical, School of Rock and Godspell. He is happy to be able to finish his PAD career doing such an awesome show.

Camryn Marshall is a Sophomore at Gilford High School. Camryn enjoys singing, dancing, attending Broadway Musicals in NYC and spending time with friends. Camryn has been a part of Gilford theatre since fourth grade and has enjoyed performing in many shows since then. Camryn’s previous roles include Elle in Legally Blonde, Wendy in Peter Pan, Hope in Anything Goes, Princess Anna in Frozen, Jr., Aerial in Footloose, Jr., Sharpay in Highschool Musical, Jr., and Mason in School of Rock.

Griffin Plourde is a senior at Gilford High School. In the past, Griffin has been in many productions including but not limited to School of Rock at Gilford High School and Shrek! with the Streetcar Company. When he’s not at rehearsal, you can usually find Griffin at Gunstock Mountain, shredding up the trails. Griffin is very excited to be a part of his final show with Gilford High School.

Blake Bolduc is a senior at Gilford High School. He has done multiple shows with GHS, starting his Freshman year in Oliver. Some of his favorite roles throughout high school were Marius in Les Miserables and Ned in School of Rock. Blake started his passion for acting as early as second and third grade doing shows like Peter Pan, and You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown at his elementary school. He has also enjoyed working in different schools and with other companies in shows such as High School Musical, Get Smart, and A Christmas Story. Blake is so excited to be a part of this year’s production, and to end his senior career as Ren in Footloose Jr. through the amazing Gilford Performing Arts Department.

Carter Forest is excited to be part of Gilford High School’s production of Footloose. He is currently a freshman at GHS. He is best known for his role as Hans in the NH premiere of Frozen Jr. Carter has also starred as Ren McCormack in Footloose, Billy Crocker in Anything Goes, Captain Hook in Peter Pan, and Brad, in RB’s award- winning production of Hairspray Jr. When he is not acting, he enjoys skiing, running, and practicing his 4 instruments. He would like to thank his family for their continued support!

Chelsea Sasserson is a senior at Gilford High School (whoop whoop), she is so excited and also so sad to be performing in her last musical with the PAD. Some of her favorite roles include Jesus in Godspell, Summer in School of Rock and Narrator #2 in The Seussificaton of a Midsummer Night's Dream. She also recently directed a play for the NHETG Theater Festival, where she won an award for excellence in directing. Chelsea is a top three New Hampshire Theater Award nominee for her performance as Tracy Turnblad in Hairspray jr. She wants to thank all of her friends and cast mates for making her time with the PAD so special, she’d be nowhere without them. Enjoy the show!!

Anna Cook is now a junior at Gilford High and has participated in Gilford’s theatre productions since fourth grade, along with community theatre productions around NH. You may have seen her in the roles of Morticia in The Addams Family, Billy in School of Rock or heard her All Good Gifts solo in Gilford High’s last production of Godspell Jr.. In her free time she enjoys writing music, and assisting with the Gilford Middle School theatre productions. Anna is very excited to be playing the role of Ariel in Gilford’s production of Getting to Know Footloose (along with choreographing three dance numbers)! She hopes you enjoy the show and CUT FOOTLOOSE!

Marena Beale is a sophomore at Gilford High School and has been dancing since the age of two. She trains and competes in many different styles, including ballet, musical theatre, tap, and more. Marena is also a contestant in the teen division of Miss New Hampshire, currently holding the local title of Miss Greater Plaistow's Outstanding Teen, and uses her title to advocate for mental health awareness. She absolutely loves helping with the Gilford Theatre Program and hopes you enjoy the show!
