Disney's High School Musical 2 JR. Cast

Amelia Costea is a fifth grader at GMS who is thrilled to now be part of the Gilford PAD. One of her favorite roles was Sally Brown in "You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown jr." (One Light Theater). When Amelia is not doing theater she enjoys skiing, playing tennis, figure skating, and riding her skateboard.

I've been doing theater for 5 years and have been in 8 productions so far. My favorite production that I've been in has to be "A Seussified Christmas Carol." I played Bob Cratchit. I love acting, singing and dancing, but singing is my favorite.

Gavin Forest is excited to be back on the stage this spring starring as Troy Bolton, in Gilford Middle School’s production of "High School Musical 2 Junior." His past performances include the role of Charlie Brown in One Light Theatre’s production of "You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown, and Willard Hewitt in GMS’s production of "Footloose Junior." Gavin is in 6th grade and enjoys skate boarding, playing soccer and basketball. He would like to thank his family and friends for their support and hopes you enjoy the show!

I play 4 different instruments (drums, piano, bass and the flute), I have 7 pets (4 dogs and 3 cats), my favorite subject is math, and I love art and painting. I love acting and being in plays. I also love dancing (ballet and lyrical the most). I have been doing plays for about 4-5 years now and I have been dancing at Stages for 5 years.

Brielle is very happy to play Sharpay in this show. She played Prince Dauntless in "Once Upon A Mattress." This is her 5th performance at GMS. She would like to thank her parents, castmates, and director for making this a wonderful experience.

Kaelyn Madon is excited to be performing as Kelsi in the Gilford Middle School production of High School Musical 2. She enjoys singing, painting, and playing tennis, She has enjoyed participating in the Gilford Summer Theatre programs the past couple of summers and is looking forward to another summer filled with shows. She would like to thank Mr. Demko for such a great opportunity and helping to make her a better performer.

Emily is in 6th grade. This is her 4th show with GMS. She has been doing theater for 3 years and has been in “Once Upon A Mattress,” “Footloose,” “Little Mermaid,” “Joust,” and “You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown.”

Audrey is in her second year of theater at Gilford Middle School. Last year, she performed in "The Little Mermaid, Jr." as the mersister Arista. This year she played a Knight in "Once Upon A Mattress." Audrey looks forward to her performance this year as Peaches and dreams of the day she can grace the stage maskless once more.

I am Adeline Hughes. I am playing the role of several background characters. I have been in the shows "101 Dalmatians jr.", "Charlie Brown", "Cinderella the Musical", and "Willy Wonka jr."

I am part of the ensemble in High School Musical 2, and this is my first show! I would like to thank Mr. Demko for making this possible for us this year, and my friends and family for helping me learn the songs!

Jack Newton plays the role of Jack Scott. He has been involved in several theater productions in the past few years, including playing a Lost Boy in “Peter Pan,” Pongo in “101 Dalmatians,” singing parts of Simba and Ryan from “The Lion King” and “High School Musical” in a Disney Review, and playing Schroeder in the outdoor production of “You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown.” Jack enjoys video games, singing, and scooter riding, and lives with his parents and dog Luna in Gilford. He is thankful to Mr. Demko for giving him a start in theater.
