Director
LACEY MAYNARD
Lacey grew up in a hollow log in the woods, where she ate wild berries and kept herself warm with moss. One day, she met a wandering deer who told her about a handsome prince in a kingdom far away who was under a spell and lived in a shoe. So Lacey asked a family of swans to fly her there but was captured by a troll who forced her to knit shirts out of radishes and kiss frogs until, one day, she was rescued by a woodcutter named Tom who was the size of a thumb. He had a big, blue ox named Babe who carried Lacey to Colorado Springs where she directed a play and lived happily ever after.

Some of his favorite roles have been in productions like HARVEY, IN A DARK DARK HOUSE, KIMBERLY AKIMBO, MacHAMLET, THE NERD, THE LITTLE PRINCE and MAID TO ORDER. He recently completed his first musical with Sunrise Players as George in A WONDERFUL LIFE: THE MUSICAL. Some of his favorite shows that he has directed include DOG SEES GOD, HELLCAB, MATT & BEN, MARY POPPINS, STEEL MAGNOLIAS and FOR COLORED GIRLS. He holds a BA in Visual & Performing Arts from UCCS and is taking a break from his MA in Theatre Education at UNC. None of the above would not be even remotely possible without his amazing, beautiful, supportive and rock star wife.
Stage Manager
CAITLIN ANDERSON
Caitlin was born in Canada as a squirrel, but she smuggled herself across the border with a small family. This first taste of success is what birthed Caitlin’s dream to take over the world! After graduating from a human school known as The University School, she started researching job opportunities in world domination but found out that the income is very low. Because of this, Caitlin decided to work in theater to save up the money needed to conquer the world! She thanks Funky for bringing her into their ranks and not making fun of her tale. Too much.
