Will any more tickets become available?
Any tickets returned to the box office will be processed and rereleased for sale online. If you still need tickets, please check the website to see if anything has become available.
Will a wait-list be set-up for returned tickets?
No, we are unable to manage a waiting list. Any returned tickets will be processed and rereleased on the website.
Will any tickets be available at the door?
No, if a show is sold out online, there will not be any tickets available at the box office.
Can’t I just stand in the back?
Due to fire codes, we are unable to provide any standing room in the Upstairs Theatre.
How can I return a ticket I no longer plan to use?
Please contact the Box Office Manager via e-mail at [email protected] to process a return. Please do not contact OnTheStage as they do not have approval to issue refunds directly.
Will I get a refund if I return tickets?
We will be processing refunds for any tickets returned to our Box Office Manager via email at [email protected] no fewer than 5 days before a performance. Please do not contact OnTheStage as they do not have approval to issue refunds directly.
