Carousel Cast

Maya Gardos is very excited to spend her last year at CHHS playing Carrie in this wonderful production of Carousel. She has been heavily involved in theater throughout her time at the high school, acting in musicals (Footloose, Into the Woods) and Shakespeare productions (A Comedy of Errors, The Two Gentlemen of Verona, Twelfth Night). In her free time, Maya likes to read, play trivia games, and rant about whatever new thing she is learning about.

Rebecca Zinn is so thrilled to be playing the role of Julie Jordan in this year's production of Carousel. This will be Rebecca’s fourth and final production in the Croton district. Other roles include Ethel McCormack (Footloose), Hope Harcourt (Anything Goes), and The Witch (Into The Woods) Rebecca has been involved in theater since she was eight years old and is hoping to continue to participate in a theater club for non theater majors in college. Rebecca is so thankful that you have decided to join us virtually for the CHHS production of Carousel.

Hazel is excited to close out her career at CHHS as Mrs. Mullin in Carousel.

Sam is a Senior at CHHS. His past roles include Willard Hewitt in Footloose, Moonface Martin in Anything Goes, and The Baker in Into The Woods, among others. He’s happy to end senior year on a high note and hopes you enjoy our production of Carousel.

Isabelle Schuyler is so excited to be playing Policeman/Starkeeper in this year's production of a Carousel. This is Isabelle’s first show at CHHS, but she worked on last year's production of Into The Woods with Stage Crew. Isabelle is so happy that you have decided to join us and hopes you enjoy the show!

Hey I’m Anders, I’m a junior and I can’t write a bio on myself because being self aware on paper makes me uncomfortable.

Hi ! My name is Madison Nikic, currently I’m a junior here at CHHS and I play Nettie in Carousel. I have been doing theatre since I was really young, but this is actually my first time being a part of a musical here at the high school. I’m thrilled to be able to actually participate in the show, despite the awful situation with Coronavirus. I’ve been a part of Croton Children’s Theatre since I was in first grade, and have performed in many CACA productions and improv shows. Playing Nettie has been such a fun experience so far, and I’m so excited for her to truly come alive on stage!

Hi, I’m Hudson Villeneuve. I’m looking forward to my second official role in the high school musical, and can’t wait for you to see the performance! There is a lot of talent among us!

Brian Gilbert is a freshman at CHHS. He’s been in several productions before but this is his first since the pandemic hit. Like everyone else he is as best as he can and is extremely happy the the musical is able to go in this year.

This is Molly’s first musical at CHHS. Outside of a love for singing, Molly plays field hockey and is passionate about political advocacy.

Caroline is a freshman at CHHS and is excited to be playing Louise in this year’s production of Carousel! Her past favorite shows she has performed in are Les Miserables, The Sound of Music, Matilda, Willy Wonka and Into the Woods. Enjoy the show!

Elsa is a sophomore at CHHS and excited to be in her third production. Her previous roles include Florinda, a stepsister to Cinderella in the 2019 production of Into the Woods, Antonia in Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night, and Violet Beauregard in the PVC production of Willy Wonka and the Chocolate. She also performed in the PVC production of The Music Man, and in the cast of several productions at Croton Academy of the Arts including: The Jungle Book, Alice in Wonderland, Peter Pan, the Murder Mystery at the Murder Mystery and The Greatest Christmas Pageant Ever.

I am very excited that we get to perform this year, even if it is streamed. I am so lucky I had this experience of working with the amazing cast and directors, and admire all of the hard work everyone has put into this year's production. I hope you enjoy this musical as much as I did!

Zoe Conti has been auditioning for school productions since 5th grade. She loves singing and acting. This is Zoe’s first year doing a Croton Harmon High School production and despite the difficulties due to covid guidelines, it has been a great experience so far.

Juliana Mari is an eighth grade student at Pierre Van Cortlandt Middle School. She is in the ensemble for Carousel and is absolutely overjoyed and ecstatic to be in the show! She intends to be an opera singer and a writer but also has an interest in history, philosophy, and art. She is extremely fond of sewing, singing, acting, writing, drawing, and composing poetry and hopes you will enjoy the show!
