Early on in CTC history Paul saw that Writer/Director Maury Evans was taking on too much and so he stepped up to become our producer. He also does set construction, chairs the Board of Directors and herds the cats.

Maury Evans (playwright/director)--Maury has a BA in Theatre and performed professionally for years. But his true passion is storytelling through his plays and directing these stories. Enjoy Through A Window a story inspired by my friend Scott Amstoker.

"A world without the performing arts is simply barbaric. There's something magical about sitting still and having other people bring a story to life right before your eyes! It makes me happy to be involved in Celebration Theatre Company as we bring unique stories to Albuquerque! I hope our plays take our audience on an exciting emotional roller coaster. As we listen to the struggles and triumphs of the characters that we portray, then, perhaps, one day everyone can be just a bit more empathetic to those around us.

As a project coordinator for APS within the student, family & community supports division, I’m proud to also be Marketing & Publicity Director for CTC… My goal is to help bring live theatre back in a unique way that embraces ALL walks of life!
