Maria has costumed plays and musicals for numerous theaters, including Spokane Children’s Theatre, Wheatland Community Theatre and Interplayers Theatre Ensemble in Spokane, WA, as well as Scoundrel and Scamp Theatre’s production of Blood Wedding. She most recently designed costumes for Winding Road’s productions of The Big Meal and The Little Foxes, as well as Stupid F#*!ing Bird,The Fantasticks, United, and Death of a Salesman.

Samantha Severson
Samantha Severson is a Tucson native. She attended Pima Community College for a degree in the performing arts. In addition to acting and stage managing, she has worked as a lighting, sound, and video designer. In Tucson, she has worked with Invisible Theater, The Rogue Theatre, & Something Something Theatre. She was previously a cast member of Astroglyde with Zombie Joe's Underground Theater in Los Angeles. Samantha has performed in films such as Overwatch, Murder: A Friendship Story, and the 2015 Phoenix Comicon finalist, Crux. She received the 2019 MAC Award for her role in Winding Road's production of STUPID F&#!ING BIRD. Other acting credits include the ten minute play CHOICES, CAROUSEL, REAL WOMEN HAVE CURVES & THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK. Stage managing credits include Winding Road's production of THE BIG MEAL, GOOD PEOPLE, THE SECRET GARDEN, PSYCHO SARAH & the repertory production of HAMLET and ROSENCRANTZ & GUILDENSTERN ARE DEAD.

China Young
China is originally from Texas, but has been a part of the Tucson theatre community since 2010. She earned a BFA in Acting from Texas Tech University and her MFA in Contemporary Performance from Naropa University. China is a member of the Winding Road Theater Ensemble, having previously directed LOVE AT THE LOUVRE, and a staged reading of THE WOMEN OF LOCKERBIE set to run March 20-21, 2020 that was cancelled due to the current pandemic. She also served as Assistant Director for HARK! with Taproots Productions and THE ROYALE with Arizona Theatre Company. As an actor, she has been in several Winding Road productions including THE BIG MEAL, STUPID F@!#NG BIRD, CABARET, and AUGUST OSAGE COUNTY, and staged readings of IT CAN'T HAPPEN HERE and TO CATCH A JAGUAR. She is grateful for the opportunity to direct this phenomenally talented group of women.

Toni Press-Coffman
Toni Press-Coffman has written 22 plays that have been produced in cities throughout the United States. She frequently writes about real people or events such as the people who died when Flight 93 crashed in a Pennsylvania field (United); the 1992 L.A. Riots (Trucker Rhapsody), Lyndon Johnson’s presidency (Unconditional War), Dean Martin (Dean the Sublime), and Richard III (Two Days of Grace at Middleham); and dramatizes social issues impacting the lives of women and children (That Slut!, Stand, Holy Spirit) or the consequences of the rampant racism that continues to plague American society (Stand, Trucker Rhapsody). The recipient of several playwriting awards, she is also an actress, dramaturg, and a co-founder of Winding Road Theater Ensemble in Tucson, where she served as Company Manager for ten years. She lives in Connecticut with her husband Glen, dog Mareeba, and cats Augie and JJ.
