Natasha Antkowiak (Flossie / Ensemble)
This is Natasha’s 8th year with Vanilla Box productions, and she is ecstatic to play such an outrageously fun character. Natasha’s favorite roles have been Rizzo in Grease, and a cell block girl from Chicago. She would like to thank the cast and crew for being absolutely amazing. Break a leg!
Emily Baldwin (Ensemble)
Emily is a junior at West Boylston Middle / High School and this is her 4th show with Vanilla Box Productions. She's been dancing for 13 years, but recently she's been dancing at Greendale Dance Academy. Some of her favorite past roles include Niki (Curtains), Mrs. Potts (Beauty and the Beast), and Sebastian (The Little Mermaid)
Karen Baldwin (Ensemble)
Karen grew up on stage with the Peter Pan Players. She has also performed with Octoberfest Theater, WCLOC, Kinneywood Under the Stars, and NPTG. More recently she has choreographed for West Boylston Middle School and NPTG. #BecauseOfSue
Richard Bennett (Rajah Bimmy / Ensemble)
Richard Bennett hails from Syracuse, NY where he grew up loving music, theater and dance. He has worked in set design, prop design / creation, lighting and performance since 1979. Rick has performed in many regional theatre productions, most recently at Barre Players. For more than thirty years, Rick has worked as a Disc Jockey/Emcee throughout central New York and New England. Rick is a Senior Systems Analyst in the Quality Informatics Department at UMass Memorial Health Care, and is happy to be performing in Vanilla Box Productions presentation of 'On The Town'.
Evie Bousbouras (Ensemble)
Evie has spent the past 10 years with Vanilla Box Productions. She played Jojo in their center stage production of Seussical this past summer. She goes to school at Holy Name High School, and participates in the the choir and theater department. She is an actress at the Factory of Terror and a Ski instructor at Wachusett Mountain. She is very excited to be participating in the adult production of On the Town.
Katie Broach (Claire DeLoone)
Katie Broach (Claire de Loone) is delighted to be making her VBP debut as Claire de Loone. A classically trained vocalist since age 9, Katie is excited to be singing a score by one of her favorite composers. Katie currently studies voice at New England Conservatory under the tutelage of Dr. Jennifer Sgroe. Favorite past roles include: Sister Amnesia (Nunsense), Baker’s Wife (Into the Woods), Cinderella (R&H’s Cinderella), and Carrie Pipperidge (R& H’s Carousel). She would love to thank her husband and daughter for all their love and support and dedicates these performances to WWII Vets Grandpa Joe and Uncle Mat.
Jess Couture (Hildy)
Jess is so excited to be in her first show with Vanilla Box Productions. She is a preschool special education teacher during the day and a professional princess on the weekends. Some of Jess' favorite past roles include Lily St. Regis (Annie), Erma Latour (Anything Goes), Rusty (Footloose), Audrey (Little Shop), Martha Dunnstock (Heathers), Little Red (Into the Woods) and Logainne SwartzandGrubenierre (The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee). Jess would like to thank the production team for giving her the opportunity to play one of her top bucket list roles.
Ian Flannery (Ozzie)
Ian Flannery is excited to be performing in his first production at Vanilla Box. Ian studied Theatre arts performance at Westfield State University and participated in musicals, plays and Improv Comedy. He wants to thank all those who have supported his theatrical exploits and hopes everybody loves the show.
Gabriella Greenman (Ensemble)
Gabby has been dancing for 13 years and has performed in theatre at Camp Kinneywood Under the Stars, Vanilla Box Productions, and with WCLOC. She dedicates her performance to Sue Miville.
Serena Hughes (Flossie's Friend / Ensemble)
Serena Hughes is a senior at Wachusett Regional High School. This is her first time working with Joel and Christine Seger at Vanilla Box Productions. This is also her first major production in 4 years. Previously, she was in Oliver, Walk Two Moons, and many other productions. She is very excited to continue working with Vanilla Box Productions.
Danielle Johnson (Ensemble)
Danielle's favorite roles have been Gertrude and Fiona. She gets easily obsessed with musicals and has been doing theatre since she was 10 years old. Her first musical was when she was in 5th grade and from then on she loved it. Her favorite thing about theater is that everyone is accepted for who they are, and she is glad she found a community with Vanilla box where she can be herself and not be judged. Everyone has a different voice, and talent and when they come together the possibilities are endless. She would like to thank her mom for the endless rehearsing everyday, her dad for always being the loudest person in the audience and her brother for taking a night off from playing video games to watch her show. To Miss Chris and Mr. Joel: Thank you for always giving me a challenge every year and believing in me when I didn’t.
Erica Kleiner (Ensemble)
Erica is excited to be joining VBP for her third show after performing in their productions of 42nd Street and Evita. Most recently she was in the ensemble of Sterling Community Theatre’s production of Bye Bye Birdie. Erica has a background in dance and has been performing on stage for over 30 years. She resides in Worcester with her husband and daughter and works as a Realtor with RE/MAX Professional Associates. She wants to thank her husband and daughter for their support in her pursuing her passion for theatre.
Abby Mann (Diana Dream / Dolores Dolores / Ensemble)
Abby is a senior at Bancroft School and has performed in the drama and musical for the past three years and will be performing again during the winter and spring. She has performed in: Cinderella, Once upon a Mattress, and Cabaret. This is her 9th season with Vanilla Box Productions and the Segers. She is unbelievably excited to be a part of On the Town. She wants to thank the Segers for welcoming her to the world of theatre and showing her the amazing things one can do with theatre.
Marina R. Matuzek (Madame Dilly)
Marina is thrilled to be cast in a Bernstein show on the 100th anniversary of his birth, and happy once more to be working with Joel, Christine and Kallin. Her favorite roles to date include Fraulein Schneider ("Cabaret"), Golde ("Fiddler on the Roof"), Dr. Berger ("Ordinary People"), an Marie ("Calendar Girls"). Marina is a partner at Matuzek & MGee, Attorneys at Law and mom to Brendan and Tristan. Her dad, Stephen Matuzek and father-in-law, Joseph P. McGee, were WWII navy vets.
Brendan McGee (Professor Figment / Ensemble)
Brendan is glad to be doing another show with Joel and Christine and Vanilla Box Productions. He has done summer theatre with them for the past two years and "Jesus Christ Superstar" before that. Favorite roles include Humpty-Dumpty ("Alice, Tales of a Curious Girl"), George ("Godspell"), Mayor of Whoville ("Seussical"). Brendan is a junior at Holy Name where he is active in theatre and chorus.
Marcela Musgrove-Chavez (S. Uperman)
Marcela often serves as an usher for area theaters so is thrilled to be on the stage herself this time. Previous roles include “Mona” in “Kill Me Deadly” and ensemble roles including maid, seahorse and water in “The Little Mermaid”.
Elizabeth Nelson (Lucy Schmeeler)
Elizabeth is thrilled to be making her debut with Vanilla Box Productions! Favorite past roles include: Rapunzel (Into the Woods), White Queen/Mock Turtle/Mouse (Alice in Wonderland), Jane Bennet (Pride & Prejudice), and Cressida (Troilus & Cressida). Much thanks to her family and friends for their support. She dedicates her performance to the memory of her grandfather David, an Air Force veteran.
Stephanie Plotkin (Ivy Smith)
Stephanie is thrilled and honored to be making her Vanilla Box Productions debut! Before taking a hiatus to focus on her teaching career, she trained in various dance genres for 17 years and was involved in acting for 8 years. Past credits include Oklahoma!, Alice in Wonderland, Into the Woods, Bye Bye Birdie!, Fame-The Musical, Grease, Don’t Talk to the Actors, Family 2.0, Children of Eden, The Real Problem, Beer Girl (director), Romeo and Juliet (Juliet in 2012, director in 2013) Butterflies Are Free (Jill Tanner), Murder’s in the Heir (Fiona Starkweather), A Streetcar Named Desire (Blanche), Othello (Montano), and Les Miserables (Lovely Lady #4, ensemble). Stephanie would like to thank her family, friends, and boyfriend for their never-ending support, love, and encouragement. She would also like to thank Joel, Christine, & Kallin for the opportunity
Daniel J. Reidy (Gabey)
Daniel is very excited to be a part of another Vanilla Box production. His recent roles include Lt. Cable in South Pacific, Daniel in Once on the Island, and Jesus in Vanilla Box’s Godspell. He would like to thank the cast and crew for being amazing. Also, he would like to thank his lovely (and understanding) girlfriend who will celebrate her birthday with us on the 18th. Happy birthday Ozzy!
Katrina Sanville (Ensemble)
Katrina is a junior at Wachusett Regional High School. This is her seventh show with Vanilla Box Productions and she is excited to work with the entire team.

Jacob Sewell (Chip)
A resident of Worcester, Massachusetts, Jacob was born and raised in Bedford, TX where he started dancing at the age of 15. After graduating from Oklahoma City University with a degree in Dance Performance he worked as a dancer/aerialist for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines where he traveled the world and performed on the high seas. He has recently appeared onstage as Aaron/Harry in WCLOC's production of Chicago and as Bobby in Vanilla Box’s production of Cabaret. Jacob works as a director and choreographer for SkyRise Theater in Westboro. Jacob would like to thank his husband for always believing in and supporting him.
Gary Swanson (Judge Pitkin)
Gary is thrilled to be working again with Vanilla Box Productions surrounded by such talented people. Recently Gary appeared in Stratton Player’s production of The Foreigner as the lead character, Charlie Baker (it took him half the production to realize his character had the same name as the Govenor). Gary’s favorite role to date is Sweeney Todd where he appeared in 2016 for the Auburn Community Players. Before that, he sang his way through England as King Arthur in the hilarious Spamalot and also starred as Gomez Addams in The Addams Family Musical. As an Air Force verteran, Gary is grateful to the Seger’s and Vanilla Box for this collaboration with Verteran’s Inc. and is excited at the prospect of future productions here. Gary will be appearing with his son Isaac in Light in the Piazza in January – He actually thought they said “Pizza”, but too late now!
Derek Sylvester (Ensemble)
Derek is thrilled to return to Vanilla Box after appearing as Moonie in Anything Goes, Julian in 42nd Street and directing their production of You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown. Thanks to Joel and Christine for taking me into this rarely produced show.
Derek Wolosz (Ensemble)
Derek is making his debut with Vanilla Box Productions. Favorite shows he was previously in include Guys and Dolls, The Music Man, The Rocky Horror Show, and Pirates of Penzance. Derek has been singing barbershop in the community with the Worcester Men of Song for over 10 years. As a retired Veteran himself, he is proud to be involved in supporting Veterans Inc.
