When Covid-19 hit, Pied Piper was only two weeks away from opening night of our Spring Musical, Once Upon a Mattress.  The kids had been rehearsing for months. You can imagine the devastation when all performances had to be cancelled. In an effort to console and keep spirits up, PPCT Artistic Director, Colleen Hawks-Pierce, had kids continue to rehearse via Zoom and film their parts at home-- then edited all audio and video into a virtual version of the show that the kids could still share and be proud of. The premiere of that virtual version is what we are thrilled to include as a feature of our Pied Piper Winter Gala!
