Elana Sidorina (Flora in Big Women)
ELANA SIDORINA (Flora) is happy to be returning to The Heights Players in this production. She previously took part in Detective Story. The past year of quarantine has been a challenge, as she has missed her beloved theatre and dance performances. She's thrilled that COVID vaccines are becoming more available and looks forward to the return of live audiences gathered in indoor spaces.
Jill Bolstridge (Libby in Big Women)
JILL BOLSTRIDGE (Libby) is thrilled to return to The Heights Players in this production of Big Women! Previous roles at The Heights Players include Mother in After Magritte, April Green in The Hot L Baltimore, and Barbara Pitts in The Laramie Project. Outside of the Heights, Jill has played Deb in Elf (NCT) and Patricia Fodor and Lottie Child in Crazy for You (NCT). Her most recent directing credits include You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown (Poly Prep), The Lion King (Ohana Arts), Lend Me A Tenor (NCT) and The Addams Family (NCT Youth Ensemble). As a full-time theatre education professional, Jill has directed hundreds of shows featuring thousands of students for dozens of theatre companies, schools, and summer camps all over the United States for the past 20 years. Her former students have gone on to highly successful careers on Broadway, television, and in major motion pictures. She currently teaches drama full-time at Poly Prep Country Day School here in Brooklyn, and spends most summ
Thomas J. Kane (Roy in These Days)
THOMAS J. KANE (Roy) Mr.Kane is happy to be back in Brooklyn with The Heights Players. He began studying acting at age 52 and has been living his dream ever since. Among his favorite roles are Juror #3 in 12 Angry Men, Renfield in Dracula, and Robert In Proof. Thank you to Joe Pacifico ,Corrine and Leo Contrino, and David Moseder for a fun time on stage again.
David Moseder (Wade in These Days)
DAVID MOSEDER (Wade) last performed with The Heights Players asReporter in Breakfast At Tiffany’s. He also appeared there in Harvey (Dr. Chumley), The Real Inspector Hound (Moon), “Arsenic And Old Lace (Lt. Rooney), Detective Story (Mr. Pritchett), “All The King’s Men (Gummy Larson), and 42nd Street (Abner Dillon), among other shows. Most recently he appeared as Prof. Plum in Narrows Community Theater’s online production of Clue. He has also performed in Manhattan at the 13th Street Repertory Theatre, Roy Arias Stages, and St. Jean’s Players, and is a founding member on the Scarecrow Babies troupe on Socially Distant Improv. David wishes to thank his wife Terrie for her love and support.
Bill Barry (Roger Thornwald in The Art Of War)
BILL BARRY (Roger Thornwald) is thrilled to be back “on stage” again at The Heights Players. His last two appearances on this stage were as Rosencrantz in Tom Stoppard’s Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead directed by Tom Kane and as Detective Jim McLeod in Detective Story, directed by Ed Healy. Other favorite roles include Lee in Jumbo Productions’ version of Sam Shepard's True West, Biff in The Heights Players production of Arthur Miller's Death of a Salesman, directed by Ted Thompson and Chuck (Outstanding Supporting Actor nominee, 2020 Perry Awards) in the Studio Playhouse original production of Complete Game, written and directed by Mark Liebert . He would like to thank his beautiful wife for all her love and support. Bill is dedicating his performance to his acting teacher, mentor and friend, Arthur Reel. RIP Arthur.
Nicholas Hudson (Bob Burnside/Ivan in The Art Of War)
NICHOLAS HUDSON (Bob Burnside/Ivan) is a lawyer and teacher who enjoys acting in his spare time. His previous roles include: Santa in Elf (NCT), Max in Lend Me A Tenor (NCT), Bill Austin in Mama Mia (NCT), King Henry VIII in A Man For All Seasons (Heights Players), Oscar Jaffe in 20th Century (Studio Players), Billy Einhorn in House of Blue Leaves (NCT), Larry Vauxhall in Inspecting Carol (Heights Players), the Bishop of Ely and the 2nd Murderer in Richard III (Gallery Players), Buffalo Bill Cody in Annie Get Your Gun (NCT), and Mr. Pinky in Hairspray (BPCMT). Nicholas would like to thank all his great friends at the Heights, his sons - Zackary, Clifford, Reuben, Wilbur, Binx, Andrew, and Oliver, and most importantly, his fabulous and amazingly talented wife, Jill, for supporting him, encouraging him, and, of course, for writing this bio for him.
Aidan Kunze (Bill, Jr. in Bill)
AIDAN KUNZE (Bill, Jr.) is a recent graduate of The Neighborhood Playhouse in New York City. An actor from a young age, his favorite experience was in creating the role of Bernard in Oblivion written by Carly Mensch and directed by Mark Brokaw at the Westport Playhouse. He is very happy to be starring in Bill, written by Paul Espel, who is missed and loved by the cast.
George J. Kunze (Bill, Sr. in Bill)
GEORGE J. KUNZE (Bill, Sr./2nd Camera) is a former actor who has been practicing photography for the past 30 years. He hopes to practice acting and photography for another 30 years.
