Cathy Koerwer (Fiona Foster)
Cathy is thrilled to be a part of a Cannon Theater production for the first time! Cathy performed a few shows as a child, but took a long break. She returned to the stage about 10 years ago and has been very active in the Metro West theater community since. Some of her favorite roles have been Kate in “Sylvia” (Theatre III), Juror #10 in “12 Angry Jurors” (Sudbury Savoyards), Mrs. Warren in “Mrs. Warren’s Profession” (Nashoba Players), a Fury in “The Oresteia” (Newton Theater Company), Maxine in “Stepping Out” (Westborough Players Club), Trudy in “Steel Magnolias”, Mrs. Webb in “Our Town”, and a Kit Kat girl in “Cabaret” (all with River's Edge Arts Alliance). Cathy lives in Sudbury with her incredibly supportive and patient husband, Dan, and her 3 amazing children, Hayden, Rebecca, and Nicola. Cathy would like to thank Erik and the whole cast/crew for trusting her with Fiona!
Simon Jensen-Fellows (Bob Phillips)
Simon was born into a theatrical family. He spent much of his childhood either acting onstage or causing trouble offstage in his parent’s productions at the Birmingham Old Repertory Theatre in the UK. He took many child roles in plays as diverse as Our Town and Toad of Toad Hall, with the odd dwarf in Volpone thrown in. He appeared in BBCTV’s A Play for Today production of Keep Smiling. As a student he appeared as Mr. French in Loveday Ingram’s revival of Tom Stoppard’s Dirty Linen at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.Despite this start, marriage, work and parenthood waylaid his plans to become a Hollywood star. Indeed it was his youngest son Teddy’s interest in all things theatrical that led him to rekindle this passion. He has performed with Teddy in Open Door’s Seussical and Little Mermaid. Realizing he can neither sing nor dance, he auditioned for How The Other Half Loves.Simon lives in Acton with his wife Lisa and Teddy. His two grown up children are studying.
Kathleen O'Connor (Teresa Phillips)
Kathleen is delighted to return to the stage at Cannon, having previously appeared in “Fahrenheit 451” as Holden/Helen. Other recent roles include “The O’Conner Girls” (Martha) at Acme, “Shadows on the Cave” (Marcie Krane) with Forge Theater Lab, “The Winter’s Tale” (Emilia/Mopsa) and “Julius Caesar” (Portia/Metellus Cimber) with Concord Players Summer Shakespeare, and several short play festivals including Acme New Works and Rivers Edge. When not on the stage, she writes, directs, and produces, and occasionally works as an extra for television and movie productions for the free food and the possibility of seeing her elbow onscreen for a nanosecond. Special thanks to her husband, who is her biggest supporter for all of it. Thanks to the cast for all the laughs, Erik for his endless jokes and supportive directing, Sarah, Matt and Nancy for masterfully keeping us on task, and Graham, Heather, Bret and Shawn for all their hard work in support of this production.
