It’s not if you win or lose. It’s not how you play the game.... It’s something else.  This slice-of-life play surrounds the individual personalities of nine players of a high school girls’ soccer team as they face the pressures of adolescence, each other, and the game. Over the course of warm-ups, alliances are forged, skirmishes are won and lost, defenses are destroyed and boundaries are crossed. Regional theater hit, Pulitzer Prize finalist, and Obie Award winner, THE WOLVES, is both an empowering story of young women and an incisive look at the difficulties that surround teenage self-discovery.
