Multi Jerry Award winning Sun Prairie Productions presents Smokey Joe's Cafe - The Songs of Leiber and Stoller, the longest running jukebox musical on Broadway, which hits the Sun Prairie High School Stage this spring.  This musical revue looks at two of the most prolific song writers of the 20th century with such classics as "Hound Dog," "Love Potion #9," "On Broadway," and "Stand by Me."  Leiber and Stoller, as much as anyone, virtually invented rock n' roll and explore classic themes of love and loss with hilarious backdrops and slice-of-life emotions.  Directed by award winning Marsha Heuer and production team, Sun Prairie High School is taking on the challenges of a Covid shortened season with this uplifting juke box musical.  Smokey Joe's Cafe isn't just great music, it is compelling musical theatre.
