Wyatt (Toto)
Wyatt is thrilled to appear on stage as Toto for the second time. In 2016 he was cast as Toto for a production of the Wizard of Oz in his hometown of Easthampton. Wyatt suspects he is related to the original Toto on his mother’s side.
Stephanie Marcil (Dorothy)
Stephanie is a Sophmore at Southwick Regional. This is her sixth show in the Drama Club, starting with "You Can’t Take It with You. "She enjoys singing, dancing, and playing instruments. Stephanie would like to thank everyone who has supported her in drama club. And she would like to say thank you to the cast, crew, and booth, and Break A Leg to the seniors!
Erica Pickard (Aunt Em, Glinda)
This her second musical, she performed in The Adams Family last year. She wishes she joined drama earlier! She is a senior and will be attending UMass Amherst for Computer Science once her commitment to the Air National Guard is completed. She is not overly sad high school is coming to an end, although she is very grateful for the happy memories and friendships she has made. She has loved every second of her drama experience and all of the people she gets to see everyday in drama. She hopes everyone enjoys the musical and that her character sprinkles a little glitter on their lives!
Weston Consolini (Uncle Henry, Guard)
Weston is a senior at Southwick regional school. He has been in three other shows starting his drama career with "Somewhere, Nowhere," and "The Addams Family" in his junior year, and he took the lead role as John Procter in his senior year. He is hoping to go to college for music education. Weston's loves Ed Sheeran, playing guitar, singing, acting, and writing. Weston hopes you enjoy the show and have a great night!
Anthony Mora (Zeke, Lion)
Anthony Mora is a junior. He is excited to be part of his fourth SRS Drama club production. Theatre is not something he expected to be so engaged with when moving to this school at the beginning of his sophomore year, but joining the club was one of the best decisions he’s made, especially with all of the wonderful, talented people he’s met. A hobby of his is listening to music, which has mainly consisted of show tunes as of late. He’d like to thank his friends and family for their continued support!
Christopher Fontaine (Hickory, Tinman)
Christopher Fontaine is a scrumptious senior at SRS that loves to sing and act with his friends. This is his second musical and third production with the Drama Club, where he previously played as Lucas Beineke in The Addams family. He has no real talent and loves to take long walks on the beach. He thanks everyone for being involved in the production, especially the audience for coming to the performances. He hopes that you will enjoy the show!
Kyle Cahill (Hunk, Scarecrow)
Kyle Cahill has been doing theatre since Freshman year with his debut role as the Train Conductor in "The Music Man." He has since played a community member, a student, a dead ancestor, and most recently, Giles Corey. He isn't only talented in theatre however. He has had brilliant music techniques since the 1st grade. He is currently in band and plays the trumpet. He hopes to pursue theatre and music in the future. He dedicates this role to his friends and family
Kamaris Desroches (Wicked Witch of the West, Almira Gulch)
Kamaris Desroches is appearing in her third musical here at SRS. Her previous performances include "The Music Man" and "The Addams Family." Kamaris enjoys singing and being a goofball. She is particularly good at mathematics and plays field hockey in the fall. She can't wait too see what her life brings her! She would like to thank all her friends and family for loving who she is and helping her along the way. She hopes you have a wicked fun experience watching this production.
Jason Zeppa (Professor Marvel, The Wizard of Oz)
Jason is a Senior and has been in the Drama Club for 3 years now in such roles as Gomez in "The Addams Family" and Pete Quinn in "Somewhere, Nowhere." Outside of the Drama Club, he is a camp counselor at Wilderness Experiences Unlimited and is a member of the school's Chorus. He is excited for another fun show and hopes you enjoy his final performance at Southwick!
Bridget Loudon (Munchkin, Poppy, J-bug, Lollipop Guild)
Bridget Loudon is very excited to get back in her groove with acting, singing, and dancing. This is her first performance with the SRS Drama Club but hopes it isn’t her last. When she first entered 7th grade this year in the fall she played on the JV Volleyball team but had her heart set on being in the Spring Musical! She had been acting since the age of 6 and has really progressed. She started performing at the Red Door Theater in Agawam and has recently auditioned at the Majestic Theater in West Springfield. She currently enjoys dancing, singing, film, editing film, and making extremely huge aspirations, and she would like to thank her Sister, Parents, Dog, Grandmother, and Close Friends for getting her where she is now.
Caroline Hess (Poppy, Ozian, Tree,)
Caroline Hess is in the 10th grade, this is her 6th show and 3rd year in Drama Club. She enjoys Netflix and really wants a kitten. She is an wildlife enthusiast. “Save the bees!” Says Caroline
Dakota Phillips (Ozian, Poppy, Tree, Lullaby League, Jbug)
Dakota Phillips is extremely excited about participating in her first SRS Drama Club play. She has been doing tap, jazz, and hip-hop for 10 years. Her hobbies are singing, dancing, and strumming on her ukulele. She may be very silly but she can also be a very good friend when needed. She is very grateful for her friends and mom for there love and support.
Darby Ryan (Poppy, Ozian, Jitterbug, Crow)
Darby Ryan is a senior this year and this will be her final show with the SRS Drama Club. "The Wizard of Oz" will be her 7th show on this stage. She thoroughly enjoys being in any theatre, whether on stage or off stage. Darby also loves reading and writing and, like most seniors drinking lots and lots of coffee. She hopes you will come and enjoy the show!
Emily Elton (Poppie, Ozian, Jitterbug, Muder of Crows)
Emily Elton is a junior this year. This is her first Drama Club production, but very excited for more. She was been in Chorus since fifth grade. She has three horses which she loves to ride. When she graduates high school she wants to become an elementary school teacher. She is grateful to her mom, family, and friends who support her.
Georgiana Andrade (Lullaby League, Munchkin, Winkie, Poppy)
Georgiana Andrade is very excited to be appearing in her first SRS production. She has been acting for fun but never in an actual play before and has been doing gymnastics since she was five. Georgi also played volleyball for the SRS JV team. Drama has been a new thing she wanted to try ever since she heard of it and now is super hyped to be a part of it. Georgi is beyond grateful for all of the support and love her friends and family have given her!
IsabellaLombardi (Munchkin,Poppy,Jitterbug, Lollipop Guild)
Isabella Lombardi is very excited to be in her second SRS Drama Club production. She was in "The Crucible" and had much fun working with everyone and hopes to continue through her High School career. She is currently involved in the SRS Chorus and enjoys to draw for fun. She thanks everyone who came and gave everyone support!
Jayden Wilson (Coroner Munchkin, Poppy, Ozian, Winkie)
Jayden Wilson is happy to be a part of the SRS Drama Club. This is her third production with the group, and every production seems to be more fun than the last! She is in 8th grade this year. Jayden has been a singer for as long as she can remember and loves it! She has done performances at Toys for Tots fundraisers, Springfield Thunderbirds Hockey Games, Balise Chevrolet, The American Legion, Crestview Country Club, and has been on Rock 102! Singing is a huge passion of hers, along with playing guitar, field hockey, spending time with friends and family, and sleeping in. Jayden was number 23 on the Southwick Field Hockey team, and is currently playing for Springfield in an indoor season. She would like to give a special thanks to her closest friends, family, and everyone who comes to see the show! She hopes you love it!
Julia Smidt (Munchkin, Poppy,Winkie,City Father 3)
Julia Smidt is happy to be participating in her second SRS Drama Club production. She is in seventh grade. She enjoys eating croissants, pancakes, and crepes. Her hobbies include sewing, watching The Conjuring, and quoting Aladdin. Some of her favorite things to do are spending time with family, hanging out with friends, being with her cat Bennie, and spending summers at Camp Shepard. She would like to thank her parents, her friends, and her cat.
Tucker Costello (Munchkin Mayor, Poppy, Ozian, Winkie)
Sophomore. Tucker has been in 5 previous SRS plays and musicals. Tucker enjoys acting, singing, and costume/prop making. He would like thank his family for helping me but mainly his cat Tom Tom for encouraging to work on his dreams.
Taylor MacIntosh (Munchkin, Poppy, Jitterbug, Ozian)
Taylor MacIntosh is a freshman. She previously appeared in “The Crucible”, and can’t wait for you to see “The Wizard of Oz”. She enjoys Stranger Things and advises you to watch it. She will definitely miss her senior friends Ashley and Darby but wishes them the best in their future. Break a leg, cast!
Kristina Piazza (Munchkin, Poppy, Ozian, Jitterbug)
Kristina Piazza is thrilled to be in her very first SRS Drama Club performance as a sophomore. Before deciding to join the cast, she was part of Stage Crew for the fall performance of "The Crucible." She decided to join the cast in hopes of making friends and building up confidence. She loves singing and drawing, and her favorite class is Chorus. She plans to continue Drama Club until she graduates. She would like to thank her parents for their endless love and support, her friends who encouraged her to join the SRS Drama Club, and her Chorus teacher in Agawam, Ms Funk, who helped her gain confidence in her singing.
Caileigh Ellsworth (Dance Ensemble)
This is Caileigh’s third show with the SRS Drama Club and she is very excited to be a part of "The Wizard of Oz!" She is happy to be a part of the Dance Ensemble for a second year. She has been dancing since she was 3 years old and currently dances at The Dance Slipper. Caileigh enjoys reading, dancing, music, and taking pictures of her 2 cats.
Arianna Leon (Dance Ensemble)
Arianna is a senior attending Southwick High School. She has been a dancer since the age of 2. She has also performed in "The Nutcracker." Arianna enjoys to hula hoop and practice free flow in her free time. She also enjoys attending yoga practice on the weekends.
Molly McLaughlin (Poppy, Ozian, Jitterbug, Murder of Crows)
Molly is a junior and this is her fifth show and third year in the SRS Drama Club. Her past performances include "The Music Man," "Somewhere, Nowhere," "The Addams Family," and "The Crucible." She enjoys taking part in the SRS Chorus, Mock Trial Team, and being an officer for the Drama Club. She would like to thank the Drama Club advisors, fellow officers, cast, crew, and the Drama Guild for all of their amazing work and support. She hopes you enjoy "The Wizard of Oz!"
Jennifer Motsko (Ozian, Poppy, Jitterbug, Tree)
Jennifer Motsko is a sophomore participating in her 3rd musical at SRS. She has been in "The Music Man" and "The Addams Family," and is glad to be part of "The Wizard of Oz" this year. Jen loves volleyball, dank memes, and Netflix. She would like to thank her family, friends, and Jared: the 19 year old who never learned how to read. Myles Reed (Poppy, Ozian, Winkie, Tree)
Myles Reed is a sophomore this year and a loyal member of the SRS Drama Club. "The Wizard of Oz" will be his fifth production since he joined the Drama Club in eighth grade. He started in "The Music Man" and has participated in every show since, including "Somewhere, Nowhere," "The Addams Family," and "The Crucible." He enjoys the oldies like Elvis and Frank Sinatra. Myles would like to give his thanks to the Drama family and all the work they do. He hopes you enjoy our show!
Kaitlynn Brooks (Dance Ensemble)
Hello, I’m Kaitlynn Brooks a 15 year old student who Is excited to be apart of the dance ensemble for the Wizard of Oz. I’ve been dancing ever since I was three years old and have loved it ever since,that being said I’ve been dancing for a total of 12 years. Ive been doing competitive dance since I was 7 and I just love the stage. My studio is the dance slipper here in Southwick for classes I take jazz, modern, ballet, tap, acro, pointe, jump and turn, and A technique class. I also have a modern solo which I compete at competitions along with my other dances and I assistant teach a younger acro class. Im pretty busy with my dance schedule but in my spare time I love to take naps, eat, and do art. This is my first time being with the drama club but I’m looking forward to more years of it.
Mikaila Davenport (Dance Ensemble)
Mikaila would like to start off by thanking her wonderful family for supporting her through everything, and to everyone for coming. Mikaila is a junior and has been playing soccer for SRS for three years. She has been in three musical productions, and she's in the Western Massachusetts Districts Choir for the fifth year. Mikaila has also received an All-State recommendation for the chance to make it in and sing at Boston Symphony Hall. She is passionate about singing, dancing, and acting and hopes to continue in the future!
Ricardo Mora (Poppy, Ozian,Crow, Head Monkey Nikko)
Ricardo Mora is performing in his second Drama Club musical and fourth Drama Club production. He's rather passionate about acting and the theater arts. His hobbies include video game speed-running and classic old-school movies. He's also very grateful for the support of his brother and friends.
Ashley Barnes (Dance Ensemble)
Ashley Rose Barnes is a senior at SRS, and this is her last production with the Drama Club. Ashley has been in Drama Club since her freshman year. She is proud of her work with her roles in "The Addams Family" as Grandma Addams, along with Mary Warren in "The Crucible," Alma Hix in "The Music Man," and Rheba in "You Can't Take it With You," but she is very excited to be a part of the Dance Ensemble this year. At home, Ashley loves to watch Friends and Harry Potter re-runs and hang out with her cats, Lux and Luna. She plans to continue participating in Drama Club and Theater in some way while in college. She wants to thank her drama family for being amazing friends for the past four years, her family and boyfriend for being a loving support system, and Mr. Follet and Ms. Grunwald for teaching her the way.
Brenna Aylward (Dance Ensemble)
Brenna Aylward is happy to be in her second Drama Club production. She was in "The Addams Family" and is a member of Stage Crew. She is grateful to be a part of the SRS Drama Club and is thankful to her family for their support.
Jaymi Gallant (Barrister, Winkie, Ozian)
Jaymi Gallant is super excited to be acting in her third SRS Drama Club show. She has performed in "The Music Man" and "Somewhere, Nowhere." She has taken vocal lessons for the past 7 years and won 2nd place in the SRS Talent Show last year. She enjoys working with children and aspires to one day be a kindergarten teacher one day. She would like to thank her family and friends for their continued support.
Taylor Calabro (Poppy, Ozian, Jitterbug, Crow)
Taylor Calabro is a junior who has been in the SRS Drama Club for three years, participating in shows such as "The Music Man" as a quartet member and "The Crucible" as Abigail Williams. Her favorite passtimes include smiling at random people and tweeting political satire hoping for likes. She would like to thank Anthony for helping her not descend into the deep dark void, and her parents for loving her anyways. She hopes you enjoy the show!
Victoria Podmore (Dance Ensemble)
Victoria Podmore is happy to be in her third SRS Drama Club production. She has been in "Somewhere, Nowhere" and "The Addams Family." She has been studying dance since she was three years old, and started competing when she was ten. She's also been on the SRS Cheer Team for four years, two of which she was Captain. She is grateful for this fun opportunity and she thanks her parents, her boyfriend, and her friends for all of their support.
Noah Stevenson (Tough Kid, Poppy Ozian, Monkey)
Noah Stevenson is currently a sophomore who enjoys building enormous arks and saving every animal on this earth. On a serious note, he is finally taking in his second musical performance of his high school career. He enjoys discussing theories, politics, and most importantly... looking at memes. If you want to see this AMAZING, HANDSOME, TALENTED, FINE YOUNG MAN, be sure to listen very closely for the sound of an angel singing from the heavens amongst these dandy groups filled with the most wonderfully talented classmates throughout this phenomenal high school performance. He wants to thank his family and friends for all the support, love and help throughout this term. He would also like to acknowledge his bestest friend Shaunna Feyre. Molly Bryant (Munchkin, Poppy, Ozian, Jitterbug)
Molly Bryant is ecstatic to be in her fourth production with SRS Drama Club. She also participated in "The Music Man," "The Addams Family," and "The Crucible." Aside from Drama Club, she enjoys playing with and cuddling her dogs. She’s thankful for the support she’s given by her family and friends, and wants them to know that she loves them very much!
Allison Kingsley (Munchkin, Poppie, Ozian, Winkie)
Allison is excited to participate in her first SRS Drama production. She is in 8th grade this year, and has a huge passion for musicals, dance and singing. She has been doing dance since she was 2, and is currently dancing for her 12th year. Her hobbies are dancing, soccer, snowboarding, singing, sewing, and playing the trumpet. Allison participates in many different clubs, including Board Games Club and Table Tennis Club. She is a Cadette level Girl Scout of Troop 11220, and enjoys being involved with her school and community. Allison appreciates her friends and family’s support, and hopes to continue her passion through the years!
