High School Musical Cast

Landon Maughon, playing Troy Bolton, is 16 years old and is in the 11th grade. He has lived in Winnsboro for about six months. He lives with his three siblings, his mom and dad, his dog, his cat, and his large collection of silly bands. He has been active in theater since he was very young. He starred as Pinocchio in Pinocchio, as grandfather and Heidi, as Laurie and Little Women, Navigator and Fox in Folktales For Fun, the Lion in Turnabout Night at the Zoo, and Peter Rabbit in Tales of Beatrix Potter. His favorite role to play it was Pinocchio because of the growing nose contraption and his younger brother played Jiminy cricket. He and his siblings enjoy singing

This is Raina Henderson. She plays Gabriella Montez of the brainiac group. She is new to theatre, this being her first ever production. Raina enjoys singing, dancing, and creating art in her spare time.

Mabry Keyes is playing the role of Sharpay Evans. Mabry has been in many Princess productions, her most recent being A Charlie Brown Christmas in which she played Sally. She is the daughter of Craig Keyes and Melanie Rollins. She lives in Saint Joseph where she attends Tensas Academy as a junior. Outside of the Princess she enjoys cheer, music, and being with her family and friends.

Zach Cooper is a 16 year old junior at Franklin Parish High School. He plays Ryan Evans and has not been with the theatre that long. He played Snoopy in Charlie Brown Christmas. He is the son of Sherry Cooper-Carroll and the late Ralph Cooper. He is in the Franklin Parish High School Marching Band, where he plays first trumpet.

Phillip Stephens is no stranger to the theater or to the Princess. He has been involved in several Princess Productions as well as Strauss Youth Academy. He has played Snowman in "Dorothy in Christmasland", Mike TV in "Willie Wonka", the Doctor in "Doctor Dolittle" Rapunzels' Prince in "Into the Woods", and Schroeder in "A Charlie Brown Christmas". Phillip has also been cast as Maurice in Disney's "Beauty and the Beast" and Mr. Laurence in "Little Women". While musical theater is his favorite, he also enjoys straight plays and played Otto Frank in "The Diary of Anne Frank". He is looking forward to playing Chad Danforth and says his favorite thing about being involved in these productions is the camaraderie it builds between cast members. He is 15 years old and is homescooled.

Zoe Foster is a senior at Franklin Parish High School where she has played trombone in the marching and concert band for the last four years and currently holds the position of first chair and low brass captain. Her parents are Jayme and Jason Foster and she is the oldest of four kids. She plays the part of Taylor McKessie in "High School Musical: On Stage". Her most recent performance with the Princess was "A Charlie Brown Christmas" where she played Lucy. She's also been in many productions like "Into the Woods" and "Willy Wonka”.

Jacob Emfinger is the 14 year old son of Damon Emfinger and Heather Ezell. He is in 9th grade at Franklin Parish High School and has participated in the gifted program in drama under the leadership of Gene Thompson. Jacob’s stage experiences includes, most recently, Pig Pen from "A Charlie Brown Christmas" and the Steward from “Into The Woods”. Prior to that he played the role of Robin Hood in the Missoula Children’s Summer Workshop at the Princess, the Cowardly Lion in “A Wizard of Oz Christmas”, Lewis Carroll in “Alice in Christmas Land”, and a shepherd in “Going to See the King”.

Jordan is taking on the role of Ms. Darbus , the theater teacher. She is new the the Princess Theatre stage and this is her first production. She is a student In Gene Thompson's talented arts class and is excited to make her debut on the Princess stage .

Born in Dallas, Texas, Jackson moved to Winnsboro in 2015. Before moving to Louisiana Jackson participated in numerous roles in school and church plays. He played the role of Jack in the 2019 production of Into The Woods. He is a sophomore at Franklin Academy, where he is on the tennis team. He resides in Winnsboro with his parents, Robby and Christie, and his siblings, Addison and Kaitlyn.

This is Becca Randle and she is playing the part of a Brainiac in the ensemble. No, she has not been in a Princess Theater production but can’t wait for everyone to enjoy the show.

Melinda Jambois (Martha Cox) is making her debut on the princess theatre stage. She is a senior at Neville High School and is a veteran of the stage as she's been involved in productions with both Strauss Youth Academy for the Arts and CaStudios.

Janiah Applewhite is a cheerleader in the ensemble. This is her first time participating in a play with the princess theatre. Janiah loves to sing dance and act and has performed for people in multiple places and areas.

Jake Maughon is 15 years old and in 9th grade. Jake will be a part of Ensemble in High School Musical, playing one of the jocks. He and his family are new to the Winnsboro area. He has been in several productions and school plays since he was young. He played parts in Peter Rabbit, Folktales for Fun, and Turnabout Night at the Zoo. His favorite role was a World War II story, performing as a British soldier the entire play with a flawless British accent. He and his siblings are a family band and perform together whenever possible. This summer they performed on the Nickelodeon Channel!

Ainsley Noel is a junior at Franklin Parish High School. This is her second production at the Princess, and she is very excited to be a part of it. She loves all things music, and has enjoyed making new friends through High School Musical.

Emma Grace Monceaux plays Kelsi Nielsen in the show, and is the 14 year old daughter of Kristie and Wes Monceaux of Crowville. Emma Grace is a freshman at Franklin Parish High School where she is a cheerleader, member of FBLA, FCS, and Beta. She has performed in 101 Dalmatians, Home for Christmas, Christmas in Oz, Alice in Christmasland, Going to See the King, and Charlie Brown Christmas.

Adam makes his Princess Theater acting debut as Coach Bolton in High School Musical. After working behind the scenes of Into the Woods and Silver Belles, as well as years of church productions, he is glad to finally take the stage at the Princess. A former Winnsboro business owner and LA Tech alumni, Adam now spends his time working in the IT department for Goldman Equipment. When he's not fixing computers, he enjoys building things such as the set for High School Musical and writing fiction novels.

This Raisa Henderson. She plays an enthusiastic cheerleader and basketball player on Troy's team. This will be Raisa's first ever theatre production. She enjoys playing soccer and cheerleading for FP.

Shelby Ricks: Shelby is 17 and this is her first time performing a musical. Shelby is part of the ensemble in HSM. She loves to sing and dance which is why she chose to be a part of the HSM. She has sung many times at the Princess with Mr. Gene and is excited to be a part of the show

Keegan Price plays guitar and Barisax for high school musical. He's a student at FP. He also likes to eat apples.

Dedrick Jones plays the drum set for High School Musical. His favorite thing to do outside of school is listen to true crime podcasts.

Matthew Hilburn is a Freshman guitarist, and an absolute metal-head.

Taylor Emfinger is a member of the ensamble, the jocks, in the Highschool musical production. She had been in a few plays for the princess theater before, but this is her first time in a musical. She is in the talented theater program at Franklin Parish Highschool. She has loved acting ever since she was little and looks to continue being apart of the theater community for many more years to come.

Marina is 18 years old and attends Franklin Parish High School and is in the FPHS Band. In this production, she is apart of the Ensemble and this her first time being apart of a production put on by The Princess Theater.

Hank Jones is lending his guitar skills to the musical cast of HSM. Although you may find him walking in fields as an agricultural consultant by day, by night he’s a dreamy rock star playing guitar too loud in his office. Hank also teaches guitar in the Music on Main program at the Theatre. Hank has performed in Pump Boys and Dinettes and Into The Woods.

Madelynn Havard is a senior at Franklin Parish High School. She has played percussion in the band for the last four years. She has also served as Drumline Captain for two years. Madelynn has loved her time in the band and all of the great opportunities it has brought to her life.

Anna Bonner is a 16 year old sophomore attending Franklin Parish High School. She is assisting the High School Musical production by playing the Keyboard 2 part in the pit with the rest of the live accompaniment. Anna has not yet been a cast member in any theatre production but greatly aspires to in the future. She is the daughter of Rebecca Bonner and is in the Franklin Parish High School Marching Band where she plays various percussion instruments, the synthesizer, and alto and tenor saxophone.”
