Peter and the Starcatcher Cast

Maggie Anderson (Black Stache)
Maggie Anderson is a Senior, and this is her fifth show at Notre Dame. She loves theatre because it is the only place where someone can entirely be themselves by being someone else. She would like to thank Mrs. Spencer, Melissa, her mom, and the entire cast and crew.
Katie Ashabranner (Prentiss)
Katie Ashabranner is a Senior, and she has been involved in six shows at Notre Dame. She loves theatre because acting allows her to become another person in another place for a period of time. She would like to thank her family and friends for always supporting her.
Claire De Vlieger (Teacher/Sailor/Native)
Claire De Vlieger is a Sophomore, and she has been involved in three Notre Dame productions. She loves theatre because she is able to become a different person for a short time during the performances as well as have fun. She would like to thank her parents for everything they do for her.
Jack Gansner (Lord Aster)
Jack Gansner is a Senior at Bishop Dubourg High School, and this is his seventh show at Notre Dame High School. He loves theatre because of Joey Wagner and Rachel Seiffert who took a tiring amount of time to write this biography. He would like to thank his friends and family for being so supportive.
Natalie Gargiula (Mermaid/Sailor)
Natalie Gargiula is a Freshman and has been performing and singing in shows since she was eight years old. This is her first Notre Dame production. Natalie loves theater and acting because it makes her happy, and she has a lot of fun doing it. It is very enjoyable to be someone else for a few hours. Acting is one of her passions, and she hopes to follow her dream to become an actress in movies someday.
Abigail Givens (Mack)
Abigail Givens is a Junior. Peter and Starcatcher is her fifth show at Notre Dame. She loves theater because she can express herself in many different ways. It is also a way for connect with and meet many amazing people. She would like to thank Mrs. Spencer for always believing in her, her mom and dad for always being her biggest fans, and her brothers for always supporting her dream.
Hannah Haaland (Ensemble)
Hannah Haaland is a Junior. This is her third show at Notre Dame but her first time in the cast. She loves theater because she can be anybody and be as crazy as she wants, but it’s okay because it’s acting.
Moira Healy (Molly Aster)
Moira Healy is a Senior and is thrilled to be performing in Peter and the Starcatcher for her 7th show, and final fall play at ND. Favorite past roles include: Cinderella (Into the Woods), Mabel (Pirates of Penzance), Old Lady (Violet), Valentine (Mary Poppins), Cheshire Cat (Alice's Adventures in Wonderland) , and Joanne (Godspell). Moira studies voice under Lori Pagano; she takes dance with Diana Chinnici and Stephanie Fox, as well as takes acting classes with Paul Pagano and Tia Spencer. Moira is President of the Notre Dame Drama Club, and is also part of Gateway Center for Performing Arts Craft Program. She hopes to pursue a BFA in Musical Theatre at an undetermined college. “Thank you to my cast, crew and directors for making this show possible! And the biggest thanks to my friends and family who are my biggest supporters I wouldn't be where I am without you!"
Caitlin Immer (Ensemble)
Caitlin Immer is a Freshman, and this is her first show at Notre Dame. Her parents and grandparents have instilled in her an appreciation of love theater, and she would like to thank them for all of their support.
Emily Kidd (Ensemble)
Emily Kidd is a Freshman, and Peter and the Starcatcher is her first show at Notre Dame. She is in the ensemble. She loves theater because it is a wonderful opportunity to meet new people, and she can be whoever/whatever she wants to be. She would like to thank her family and friends for encouraging her to be in theater and for putting up with her. She would also like to thank everybody in the cast for making her feel welcome and making her laugh.
Gabe Lepak (Slank/Fighting Prawn)
Gabe Lepak is a Senior at SLUH, and this is his first show at Notre Dame! He loves theatre because he is constantly fascinated by people and the stories they have to tell, however fantastical. Theatre is one of the best spaces to explore that fascination and love. One can learn a lot about someone when pretending to be them. Gabe would like to thank all the people that support theatre. “Without you, we’d just be a bunch of crazy people on a stage.”
Maria McAuliffe (Smee)
Maria McAuliffe is a Sophomore, and this is her third production at Notre Dame. She would like to thank her amazing and supportive parents and brothers. She loves theatre because it enables her to bring the audience a smile and fill their hearts with joy.
Madeline Price (Ensemble)
Madeline Price is a Freshman and this is her first show at Notre Dame. She loves theater because she loves the feeling of being on stage in front of people doing what she loves. She would like to thank Mrs. Spencer, her mom, and her dad.
Katie Richter (Narrator)
Katie Richter is a Junior. Peter and the Starcatcher is her first show with Notre Dame. She loves theater because it helps her bond with others and find herself. Theater is her happy place. She would like to say thank you to Mrs. Spencer and the cast for making her first show a blast! She would also like to thank her parents for helping and encouraging her to do theater.
Nora Rudin (Hawking Clam)
Nora Rudin is a Sophomore, and this is her third show at Notre Dame. She loves theatre because it gives her a chance to meet new people. She would like to thank everyone in the play for being themselves.
Maeve Wissinger (Captain Scott)
Maeve Wissinger is a Freshman at Notre Dame and is super exited to make her Notre Dame debut. She is looking forward to her time in high school theater and all the time she will be able to spend with her new friends. She would like to thank her amazing older sister and all the upperclassmen who have helped her feel at home here.
Jeff Young (Peter)
Jeff Young is a Senior at SLUH. This is his sixth show. He loves theatre because it allows him to perform and gives him the opportunity to portray something he may not be. He would like to thank his directors, assistant directors, all the crew members, cast mates, and his family as well as the Schardan family.
