The Foreigner, by Larry Shue, is a comedy about a quirky British tourist who is brought to a fishing cabin in rural Georgia by his friend to get away for his hospitalized wife who is cheating on him.  After having second thoughts about his trip, he convinces his friend to tell the people who run the cabin that he wants to be left alone by himself. His friend then tells the patrons of the cabin that he is a foreigner that does not speak English and chaos ensues as the foreigner and members of the cabin interact with comic hillairity. 

The internationally renowned Nordhoff Theatre Arts Program is the only public high school theatre program serving the students of the Ojai Valley.
