Abby Malczon (Donna)
Abby is a senior at Mercy and the President of the Mercy/Xavier International Thespian Society. She is also a Mercy Ambassador Officer, a Peer Minister and a member of the National Honor Society. Abby has participated in Mercy/Xavier musicals for the last four years. Her previous performances include: CRUCIBLE – Abigail’s follower (2016), JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR – Apostle’s Wife (2017), YOU CAN’T TAKE IT WITH YOU – Olga Katrina (2017), ADDAM’S FAMILY – Ancestor (2018), ANON(YMOUS) – Helen Laius (2018), SISTER ACT – Mother Superior (2019), CLUE – Scarlett (2019) and HIGH SCHOOLERS MANIFESTO – Jenna (2019). “Thank you to my friends and family for all the support! I also want to thank Ms. Webb, Ms. Costa, Mrs. Dastoli and Mrs. Brugger for all they’ve taught me throughout my four years.”
Analiese Driscoll (Sophie)
Analiese Driscoll is a freshman and this is her first production on the Mercy stage. She has been Annie in Annie Jr. (2013), Glinda in the Wizard of Oz (2014), Wendy in Peter Pan (2015), The Witch in Into the Woods Jr. (2015), Mother Abbess in the Sound of Music (2016), Gabriella in High School Musical 2 Jr. (2016), Princess Fiona in Shrek Jr. (2017), Qian-Po in Mulan (2018), Soloist/Rydell Student in Grease (2018), Mary Poppins in Mary Poppins Jr. (2019), and Fester in the Addams Family (2019). She takes part in the dance team, vocal lessons, flute, MYARC, Mercy Ambassadors, Medical Minds, Helping Hands-Helping Paws, and much more. Analiese would like to thank the directors for such a huge opportunity and for taking such a big chance on a freshman! She would also like to thank her grandfather, mother, family, and friends for always supporting her when it comes to doing what she loves.
William Lallier (Sam Carmichael)
William is a senior at Xavier and this is his fourth year participating in Mercy/Xavier productions. Some of his past performances include OKLAHOMA! – Will Parker (2016), THE CRUCIBLE – Hopkins (2016), JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR – Priest, Apostle (2017), YOU CAN’T TAKE IT WITH YOU – Mr. DePinna (2017), THE ADDAMS FAMILY, Lurch (2018), ANON(YMOUS) – Senator Laius (2018), SISTER ACT – Pablo (2019) and CLUE – Professor Plum (2019). William is a member of Xavier’s Peer Ministry and Empower Leadership Club. He is currently Vice President of the Mercy/Xavier International Thespian Society. “Thanks to this great program for so many years of wonderful memories. Thanks to all my directors and friends for guiding me daily. And thanks to my parents for their constant support, for I couldn’t do it without them.”
Mark Grasso (Sky)
Mark is a senior at Xavier. This is his first-ever theatrical performance. He is Vice President of the Student Body, a member of Xavier’s Ambassador’s Club and a Peer Minister. He is also on the Varsity Baseball team at Xavier. “Thank you to the talented cast, for it has been a blessing to work with you all. Thank you to our choreographer, Ari, who is one of the hardest working people I know. Thank you Ms. Costa, Ms. Webb, Mrs. Dastoli and Mrs. Brugger for believing in me and taking a chance on me, knowing that this was my first-ever theatrical performance. Thank you to everyone who encouraged me to audition and to all my friends for their endless support. This has truly been one of the best experiences of my life. Most importantly, thank you to my loving family for being my biggest fans. And to you all, from the cast to my family: I LOVE YOU!!”
Emily Paterno (Ali)
Emily is a junior at Mercy. This is her second year participating in Mercy/Xavier productions. Her past performances include The Wizard of Oz – Glinda (2017), Bye, Bye Birdie (2018), SISTER ACT – Tina (2018), and FOOTLOOSE – Ariel (2019). Emily is a member of the National Honor Society, Mercy Chamber Choir, Mercy Ambassadors and is Treasurer of Tri-M Music Honor Society. “Thank you to all of my family! To my senior friends that are graduating: I will miss you all so much and thank you for everything!"
Lorenza Inserra (Lisa)
Lorenza has participated in Mercy/Xavier musicals for the past three years and is a member of the senior class at Mercy. Her past performances include THE ADDAMS FAMILY – Grandma Adams (2018) and SISTER ACT – Sister Mary Lazarus (2019). She is Captain of Mock Trial, Captain of the Tennis Team and a Senior Executive Board member. “I would like to thank everyone involved in the musical and good luck to all my fellow seniors, I wish you all the best."
Amanda Greco (Tanya)
Amanda is a senior at Mercy and has been a member of the Mercy/Xavier Theater Program since her freshman year. Her past performances include: JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR (2017) - Apostle's Wife, YOU CAN'T TAKE IT WITH YOU (2017) - Gay Wellington, THE ADDAMS FAMILY (2018) - Ancestor, ANON(YMOUS) (2018) - Calista, SISTER ACT (2019) - Sister Mary Patrick, A HIGH SCHOOLER'S MANIFESTO (2019) - Rachel, GREASE (2019) - Pink Lady, CLUE (2019) - Mrs. Peacock. This is Amanda's second year as Secretary of the Mercy/Xavier International Thespian Society and first year as Secretary of the Mercy Tri-M Music Honors Society. She is also a member of the National Honor Society, Spanish National Honor Society, Math National Honor Society, Peer Ministry, and Mercy Chamber Choir. She would like to thank her parents for their constant support and for being her biggest fans!
Noah Scecina-White (Eddie)
Noah is a junior at Xavier. He starred in SISTER ACT (2019) and participates in choir. He likes long walks on the beach and spends his free time studying ancient languages. He thanks his family and all of his teachers and directors. Especially his favorite teachers, Mrs. Costa, Mrs Lane, and Mr Cerreta.
Maddie Denvir (Rosie)
Maddie Denvir is a senior at Mercy and this is her fourth and final year participating in the Mercy/Xavier musical. She is the president of the Tri-M music honor society, and the treasurer of the International thespian society. She has been dancing since she was young, and participates in voice lessons. This year she participated in the CMEA southern regional music festival, where she sung in a choir with girls all around the state. She was also the soccer manager for the Mercy soccer team, which went onto states this past fall. Some of her past roles/shows include: CLUE (2019)- Stage crew, SISTER ACT (2019)- Deloris Van Cartier, ANON(YMOUS) (2018)- Naja, THE ADDAMS FAMILY (2018)- Wednesday Addams, JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR (2017)- Apostle’s wife, and OKLAHOMA (2016)- Ado Annie Carnes. She plans on majoring in theatre in college, and continue doing theatre for years to come. She would like to thank her family and friends for all of the constant support they’ve given her over the years.
Bennett Pancoast (Harry Bright)
Bennett is a sophomore at Xavier. This is his third production in the Mercy/Xavier Drama Club. Past performances include: LION KING JR.(2017)- Young Simba, 13 THE MUSICAL(2017)- Evan Goldman, INTO THE WOODS (2018)- the baker, PIPPIN(2018)- Ensemble, ANON(YMOUS)(2018)- Ensemble, GREASE(2019)-T-Bird, and CLUE(2019)- Mr. Green. He would like to thank his family and friends for all their support. He is so thankful for the opportunity to do this every year with an amazing cast and crew.
Tim Gagliano (Bill Austin)
Timothy is a junior at Xavier. The past three years he has performed in Oklahoma! – Farmer (2015), Auditions Chronicals (2016), SOUTH PACIFIC – Joe Cable (2016), THE ADDAMS FAMILY - Mr. Beineke (2017), GREASE – Kenickee (2018), ANON(YMOUS) – Immigrant (2018) and SISTER ACT – Thug (2019). Timothy is a member of Xavier’s Varsity Rowing Team, Mock Trial, Boy Scouts, Ambassadors Club, and Xavier Outdoorsmen Club. “I want to thank my parents for their continued support and my friends for cheering me on.”
Dominic Liquori (Pepper)
Dominic has held a lead role in three Shakespeare plays: Canterbury Tales (2016), A Comedy of Errors (2017), and A Midsummer Night's Dream (2018). Dominic's extracurricular activities include piano, Football, and Basketball. "I'd like to thank my family and friends for always being there for me."
Ben Pitruzzello (Father Alexandrios)
Ben is a sophomore at Xavier. This is his first Mercy/Xavier musical. His past performances include Lion King Jr. – Ensemble (2016) and High School Musical Jr. – Chad Danforth (2018). Ben is involved in Xavier Crew, Boy Scouts (SPL Troop 33, NYLT Staff) and Model Congress. “Thanks to all my friends for pushing me to do the show, totally worth it!"
