Camille Cunningham '20 (Ariel)
Camille is extremely excited to be in this year’s production of The Little Mermaid. She played Teen Fiona in Shrek the Musical, featured as Elphaba from Wicked in Stars on Broadway, played Pilar in Legally Blonde, and acted in Young Frankenstein. Camille participates in Malverne’s Talent Shows, is in Select Choir and Concert Choir. She also sang in Harmony Chorus, at the NYSSMA Festival, and at Malverne HS Open House. Camille was also part of the Step Team, and a featured performer in The Uninvited show for The Pride of Malverne Marching Band. She was selected for the All-County Division 5 Mixed Chorus, has sung the National Anthem at sporting events and is in the youth choir at her church. Camille looks forward to show time and wishes the best to her fellow cast members and musicians.
Daniel Parfait '19 (Prince Eric)
Daniel is so ready to be part of this underwater adventure with you. He is very honored to be part of this year’s production of The Little Mermaid. He started his musical debut as Chino in West Side Story (’16), moving to Sundeep and Nikos in Legally Blonde (’17), and then to the wooden handed man himself, Inspector Kemp in Young Frankenstein (’18). Mr. Parfait is just one of the many students who enjoys doing everything in the music department. He is a member of Concert Choir, Select Choir, Wind Ensemble, and The Pride of Malverne Marching Band, Set Crew, President of the Thespian Society, and Tri-M Music Honor Society. Music has impacted Daniel’s life in some ways unexplainable. It has allowed him to blossom and mature into the person he is proud to be. Malverne has become is home, a place where he can always turn to. He is so grateful to have found a family that is as loving, supporting, and amazing as the one Malverne had to offer. Santino Maione '20 (Grimsby)
Santino is happy to be returning to the Malverne HS Musical! His debut as Carlos in Legally Blonde was quite a comical surprise. He kept us laughing as Ziggy in Young Frankenstein and thrilled to be back performing again with his MHS Musical Family. In addition to his theatrical work, he's currently a tenor in the Concert Choir. He is also enjoying his third year in Select Choir. Santino's excellent NYSSMA performance qualified him to, once again, perform in the All-County Chorus. He’s a member of the Tri- M Music Honor Society, Thespian Society and the National Honor Society. Outside of performing he is an active member and a founding leader of the MHS Media Club, Community Service Club as well as a Basketball Player for the GOBL.
Eric Hartley '20 (King Triton)
Eric is very excited for this year’s performance of The Little Mermaid. This is Eric’s fourth high school performance. He was Young Shrek in Shrek the Musical, Woods in Legally Blonde, and Victor Frankenstein in Young Frankenstein. He is a tenor in the Mixed Chorus, Concert Choir and Select Choir. Eric was also a featured performer in The Pride of Malverne Marching Bands’ field show, The Uninvited. Additionally, he will be performing at NYSSMA this April for the second time. He hopes the audience will enjoy their trip “Under the Sea” in his kingdom.
Stuart Oates '20 (Sebastian)
This is Stuart’s first musical. He is currently part of Select Choir and Concert Choir, as well as the All-County Division 5 Mixed Chorus. He has been singing since he was six years old and is very honored to be your official ceremony crustacean! Stuart wants nothing but “good vibes” for all the rest of the team and all of you watching!
Justin Berry '19 (Pilot, Chef, Sea Creature)
This is Justin’s last high school musical that he will be performing in. He was in West Side Story, Legally Blonde, and Young Frankenstein. Justin also participated in NYSSMA several times. He was selected for All-County in 10th grade and 12th grade. Justin is a member of the Tri-M Music Honor Society and National Honor Society. Outside of musical, he participates in sports, including Football, Winter and Spring Track. He is also in the Black Studies Club, and does the Fashion Show. Justin is excited and upset to be in his last show; everyone who is involved, BREAK A LEG!!!

Carly Manza '19 (Scuttle)
Carly is positoovley excited to be in this years’ production, The Little Mermaid! Carly was in Young Frankenstein as a Dance Captain, Legally Blonde as Brooke Wyndham, and also played Velma in West Side Story. She is the Color Guard Captain for The Pride of Malverne Marching Band. She also performed in "Twist of Fate" as a soloist, "From Solstice to Equinox", and "Unto the Breach" as a soloist. Carly also had a featured role in the Winter Guard production "Enough". Carly has been dancing since she was 2 years old at Dance Workshop where she performs, teaches, and was awarded a full year scholarship. She also attends Long Island High School for the Arts through BOCES, taking dance, theatre, photography, and piano classes. Last year she was inducted into the National Honor Society for Dance Arts at LIHSA and is also a member of the Thespian Society. Oluwaseun Ajirotutu '19 (Ursula)
This is Seun's fourth performance in the high school musical at Malverne. Seun was the Dance Captain for Young Frankenstein, and a dance captain in Stars On Broadway in the 7th and 8th grade. Seun participated in All County Division V Festival for the Euphonium, All-State NYSSMA Festival this year in the Treble Chorus, and the Mixed Chorus for All-County this year. She is a member of the Tri-M Music Honor Society, National Honor Society, and Thespian Society. Seun is the secretary of the Black Studies Club. She is section leader of the baritone section in The Pride of Malverne Marching Band, and she was on the flag line in Malverne's Winter Guard in 2016. Seun is also section leader of the alto section in Select Choir. Seun plans to pursue a fashion business career at the Fashion Institute of Technology or a business career at Howard University. She also plays volleyball and runs track. To all involved in The Little Mermaid: Break a leg!
Kristen Muniz '20 (Flotsam, Princess, Sea Creature)
She’s back and ready to take on a new adventure! This is Kristen’s third musical performance on the Malverne stage. She played Serena in Legally Blonde and a Villager in Young Frankenstein. Kristen is the soprano section leader in Select Choir, in the Tri-M Music Honor Society and Concert Choir. She was selected for the Division 5 All-County Mixed Chorus and will be auditioning for NYSSMA All-State in April. To all watching, get ready to be taken “under the sea”. To the cast, have a wonderful time making the audience “part of your world”!
Abighail McKinney '19 (Jetsam)
Abigail is beyond excited to be a part of this year's musical, The Little Mermaid. It's her first time participating in the musical. She also has been involved in The Pride of Malverne Marching Band since 2016. She also participated in NYSSMA and was selected for All-County Division V Mixed Chorus. This musical feels bitter-sweet as it is her first and last year doing the production. She wishes everyone the best of luck and hopes you all enjoy the show!
Malachi Thomas '19 (Chef Louis)
Malachi is excited for this production. Malachi is a part of Malverne’s Varsity Football team, and has achieved All-County in Football (2018-2019). Additionally, Malachi was selected for All-County for voice (2016, 2017, and 2019), as well as All-State (2019), and All-Eastern (2018, 2019). He is also the tenor section leader in Select Choir. This is Malachi’s first and last year, but he hopes you enjoy the show!
Christopher Jean '19 (Leeward, Sailor, Chef, Sea/Land Creature)
Chris is elated to be a part of this year’s musical The Little Mermaid. He has participated in the school theater since middle school with the musical reviews. He was Anxious in West Side Story, Mr. Lowell in Legally Blonde, and ensemble in Young Frankenstein. He’s been to All County twice and was a featured soloist during the 2015 HTH Moving Up Ceremony. He is a part of the Thespian Honor Society, Tri-M Music Honor Society, and National Honor Society. After months of practice and preparation, he now knows Sebastian wasn’t lying when he said “It’s better down where it’s wetter!” in regards to The Little Mermaid. Enjoy the show!
Demetri Bountouvas '20 (Winward, Sailor, Sea/Land Creature)
Demetri is thrilled to be performing in The Little Mermaid. Demetri is not a newcomer to the stage. He was in Legally Blonde as well as Young Frankenstein. Outside of the musical, Demetri is involved in numerous clubs and activities, including The Pride of Malverne Marching Band, Select Choir, and being the goalie for the Varsity Lacrosse team. Demetri is very excited for everyone to experience such a colorful and fun show that is The Little Mermaid and hopes everyone enjoys it!
Subhadra Debnath '19 (Aquata)
Subhadra is excited to be a part of this year’s musical production, The Little Mermaid. She has previously performed in West Side Story as a female Jet, and Legally Blonde as a Delta Nu. Aside from theatrical experiences, Subhadra has also been a member of The Pride of Malverne Marching Band. She plays the trumpet, and was a Drum Major for the last two seasons. Additionally, she in in the Wind Ensemble and Musicians with Distinction. She has participated in NYSSMA since the 7th grade and is active member of the Tri-M Music Honor Society and Select Choir. Subhadra was also selected for the All County Mixed Chorus is 10th grade. She wants to give the whole cast good luck and to future casts as well!
Kayana Ashley '19 (Andrina)
Kayana is excited perform onstage for her first musical. She has previously worked backstage in the costume department for the high school’s production of Young Frankenstein. She is also a member of Concert Choir and The Pride of Malverne Color Guard. Since this is her first and last year performing, she would like to say to the future generations, good luck and have fun!
Halle Akaeze '20 (Arista)
This is Halle’s third year participating in the Malverne High School Musical. She was a member of the ensemble for Legally Blonde and Young Frankenstein. Halle is a soprano in both the Select Choir and selected for the All County Division 5 Mixed Chorus. She is a member of the Tri-M Music Honor Society. Halle has been active in music since she was a kid, and continued to do so in her Middle School years by participating in the Stars on Broadway productions, as well as learning the flute in school. Halle is thrilled to be a part of this year’s production, especially because this was one of her favorite Disney movies when she was young! She wishes the cast and crew good luck and hopes you enjoy the show!
Nicole Sangeniti '20 (Atina, Princess)
Once again, Nicole has made her way onto the stage on her third year in the Malverne productions. You may have seen her in past musicals Legally Blonde and Young Frankenstein, because Nicole is a familiar face on the Malverne stage. She takes part in multiple musical activities, including singing soprano in the Select Choir and a member of the Thespian Society. Even when she was younger, she has made music an important aspect to her life, such as participating in the Joyful Noise Choir. Not only will you find Nicole on stage, but also on the volleyball court playing Varsity Volleyball. Nicole achieves highly in academics, as she is a consistent high honor roll student and a member of National Honor Society. Nicole also attends BOCES as she studies Cosmetology. Nicole is very blessed to be a part of the cast this year and she wishes the best of luck to her fellow cast members. She will continue to show her passion for musical theater and cannot wait to put on another great show!
Kaila Joyner '21 (Adella)
This is Kaila’s first ever musical and she is proud to be involved. Kaila is currently in Select Choir and Mixed Chorus, as well as All-County Division 5 Chorus. She is a member of The Pride of Malverne Marching Band Color Guard, Winter Guard, cheerleading, volleyball and lacrosse. She’s also been involved with community service. Kaila has been singing and dancing her whole life and is in love with The Little Mermaid. She knows this show will be a hit!
Keilan Blodgett '19 (Allana)
Keilan was in the past 5 musical productions that MHS has put on: Shrek the Musical, West Side Story, Legally Blonde, Young Frankenstein, and now The Little Mermaid. Keilan has also been a part of the Select Choir, Concert Choir, the Tri-M Music Honor Society and the Thespian Society for the past 3 years. She is extremely excited to finish out her high school musical career with this show and cast. Keilan will miss doing the shows every year but will carry the knowledge she’s learned with her into future endeavors.
Carly Bottitta '22 (Gull, Princess)
Carly made her first debut on the MHS stage as Young Fiona in Shrek the Musical. Carly has been dancing since the age of 5. She has attended the American Ballet Theaters Summer Intensive, and was Clara in The Nutcracker at Madison Theatre this past December. Carly is very excited to be a part of this show!
Madison Cange '22 (Gull, Sea/Land Creature)
Madison was a part of the HTH Stars on Broadway production in 2017, where she sang “For the First Time in Forever” from Frozen. She was a part of the HTH Advanced Theatre performance in 2018, where she had the lead role as Leeyah in the play, ‘Awkward Prom Night.’ Madison plays the clarinet, and performs in The Pride of Malverne Color Guard. She is also a member of Dance Club as well. Out of school, Madison is a dancer of 11 years, and competes in multiple dance competitions throughout the year. This musical experience has been very enjoyable and beyond fun-she can’t wait to see the final result of The Little Mermaid.
Jasmine Ma '19 (Gull, Chef, Sea/Land Creature)
Jasmine is excited to perform in her second and last Malverne musical production, The Little Mermaid. In her first production, Young Frankenstein, she was a Villager, Ship Passenger, and Tap Dancer. Jasmine played the piano for five years and plays the flute in The Pride of Malverne Marching Band. She has performed in NYSSMA for both instruments multiple times. Jasmine has been dancing (jazz, ballet, and tap), for eleven years, since the age of seven. Her passion for dance is executed throughout the numbers. She is an active member of the National Honor Society and Vice President of the Class of 2019. Additionally, Jasmine has been a part of the Fashion Show and the Robotics Team for four years. Jasmine is grateful to have met a talented group of people to perform with. She thanks the set crew, backstage crew and parents who have helped with the production and wishes everyone the best of luck!
Jessika Wheeler '22 (Gull, Sea/Land Creature)
This is Jessika’s first year being involved in the Malverne Musical. She performed in The Pride of Malverne Marching Band Color Guard, and plays the clarinet. Jessika participates in dance classes outside of school and has been dancing for several years. She is very excited about this year’s production and wishes the cast the best of luck on their performances.
Austin Cange '22 (Sailor, Chef, Sea/Land Creature)
This is Austin’s first year in the Malverne High School Musical. He is currently a member of Mixed Chorus, and also participated in Stars on Broadway in 7th and 8th grade. In school, he is on the JV Soccer team and plays the baritone in The Pride of Malverne Marching Band. Austin started to sing at 6 years old. He is very excited to be a part of this years’ musical. Brian Carter '20 (Sailor, Sea/Land Creature)
Brian has been involved with Malverne's music department for three years. He was part of back stage for Young Frankenstein and was also in Stars on Broadway 2014. Brian Carter also plays baritone saxophone in The Pride of Malverne Marching Band. He's enjoyed being part of The Little Mermaid cast, and hopes that the audience enjoys the show as much as he does.
Jack Obiol '20 (Sailor, Chef, Sea/Land Creature)
Jack is performing for the first time in the Malverne musical. He currently performs in Select Choir and has been in The Pride of Malverne Marching Band for 3 years. He has a passion for music. He sings, plays piano, clarinet, and percussion instruments and competed in Winter Guard. He is very excited to be a part of the musical and to perform with new and old friends.
Isaac Augustin '21 (Sailor, Chef, Sea/Land Creature)
Isaac is so excited for The Little Mermaid! He has one year of experience performing in the musical Young Frankenstein and has been thoroughly enjoying this years’ production. He hopes to be in many more in the future. Break a leg, cast!
Joel Lovingood '20 (Sailor, Sea/Land Creature)
Joel is a student who has recently transferred to Malverne High School. He has been a part of many performances since he was in fifth grade. In fifth grade he was a part of Select Choir and in his first performance, of Beauty and the Beast. He also, sings, dances (occasionally), and studies various aspects of music. He is looking forward to his first performance at the MHS musical. He is grateful for being a part of the MHS musical family.
Chris Saul '21 (Sailor, Sea/Land Creature)
This is Chris’ first year in the musical. His motto is “live to your peak, then push further.” Chris is on the Lacrosse Team and always happy. There has been so much work put into the show- he hopes you love it!
JonLuc Thompson '21 (Sailor, Sea/Land Creature)
This is JonLuc’s first year participating in one of Malverne’s musicals. He was a part of Stars on Broadway in 8th grade. Currently, he sings bass in Select Choir. JonLuc also plays mellophone in The Pride of Malverne Marching Band. He is so excited to perform this year, because his favorite genre of music is Broadway. He hopes everyone enjoys The Little Mermaid!
Ashley Boone '19 (Maid, Princess, Sea/Land Creature)
Ashley is beyond thankful and blessed to be a part of the musical production this year. While she has never been a part of the musical, she has been involved in other plays and musical performances in elementary school as well as her church when she was younger. Ashley has been a NYSSMA participant for over 5 years playing the clarinet. She’s also a member of The Pride of Malverne Marching Band, where she is a section leader, and was chosen to be the soloist of this year’s field show. Ashley is also a part of the Symphonic Band and Wind Ensemble. She is also an active member of the Tri-M Music Honor Society and a Musician with Distinction. She is extremely excited to have the opportunity to show off her newfound theatrical skills in this year’s production.
Savannah Fehn '20 (Maid, Sea/Land Creature)
This is Savannah’s first year on stage for musical. In middle school, she worked costumes and stage manager for Stars on Broadway, and even helped out with costumes for West Side Story! Once in high school, Savannah worked as stage manager for Malverne’s production of Legally Blonde. Savannah plays Bass Clarinet for The Pride of Malverne Marching Band and Concert Band, and takes violin lessons outside of school. Along with these, she plays the clarinet, ukulele, and is planning on learning guitar and trumpet. Savannah is very excited to finally move from behind the scenes to the stage and wishes her peers good luck!
Anita Nosworthy '21 (Maid, Princess, Sea/Land Creature)
This is Anita’s first time being involved with the Malverne musical production. She was very involved with Stars on Broadway. Anita is also a very active member of The Pride of Malverne Marching Band Color Guard. She has also participated in the winter guard. She’s also a band student, where she plays alto saxophone. Anita is very eager to take part in this year's production of The Little Mermaid. Anita has always admired Disney and she couldn’t be any more excited! Alexya Ochoa '20 (Maid, Sea/Land Creature)
This is Alexya’s first year in a musical. She is a huge Broadway fan and grew up as a Disney kid. She is excited about this year’s production and hope everyone enjoys watching it.
Merines Hernandez '21 (Maid, Sea/Land Creature)
This year is Merines’ first year participating in the Malverne musical. She is currently a part of Select Choir and Mixed Chorus, has been selected for the 2019 All-County Division IV Music Festival, in addition to being part of The Pride of Malverne Marching Band. With all of these achievements she is thrilled to take part in this year’s production and is looking forward to every aspect of it. She wishes good luck to her fellow cast members and musicians!
Christian Rodriguez '20 (Chef, Sea/Land Creature)
Christian previously performed in two Malverne High School musicals: Legally Blonde as a Legal Student, and in Young Frankenstein as the Ship Captain. Music has always been a staple in his life, and this is shown through his constant participation. He loves to play guitar and sing. Along with this, he is a tenor in the MHS Select Choir and Concert Choir. He is very excited to continue his musical journey with The Little Mermaid!
Heather Sims '21 (Maid, Sea/Land Creature)
This is Heathers’ first year in the musical. She plays bass clarinet in The Pride of Malverne Marching Band. She is in Tri-M Music Honor Society, and has performed at the NYSSMA Festival for 5 years. She is doing a solo and a duet this year. She is excited for this show and wishes everyone good luck in their performance!
Diandra Francis (Maid, Sea/Land Creature)
Diandra has been participating in the musical for 2 years. She was a villager in Young Frankenstein, and is thrilled to be performing in The Little Mermaid. She also performed in Stars on Broadway in 7th & 8th grade. Aside from musical, Diandra is in concert choir, on the cheerleading team, and in Foreign Language Club. Outside of school, she attends a girls’ empowerment organization called Sparkle. We worked hard every rehearsal to get this on stage for you to see. Enjoy our show!
Kaiya Sanchez '21 (Maid, Sea/Land Creature)
Kaiya participated in Stars on Broadway in 2016. She is also a member of Mixed Chorus. She has performed in several different dance productions, including ESOTA (Edge School of the Arts) and Gloria Eve. Kaiya has grown up with a love for all the Disney Princesses and is elated to have the opportunity to be a member of The Little Mermaid. She hopes everyone does well and thanks the cast and crew, including Mr. Zagare and Leigh Anne, for making this production an unforgettable experience.

Ana Giron '20 (Assistant Stage Manager)
Ana is so excited to be a part of the musical production The Little Mermaid. She was part of the Costume Crew during Legally Blonde and Young Frankenstein. This year, she was chosen to be Assistant Stage Manager, along with Angelica Reyes. Ana has been doing NYSSMA for 3 years and was chosen this year for the All County Mixed Choir. Angelica Reyes '19 (Stage Manager)
Angelica is ecstatic to be a part of the musical production, The Little Mermaid, this year. She has previously been in a multitude of other musicals, including being a part of the costume crew in West Side Story, and Stage Manager for Legally Blonde and Young Frankenstein. She has also participated in NYSSMA since 6th grade, and is involved in the Tri-M Music Honor Society and Select Choir. Angelica was also selected for the All-County Women’s Chorus in 2018 and the Mixed Chorus 2019. This is Samiah’s first year doing the musical and she is very excited. She joined the musical because she has always enjoyed being on the stage, singing and dancing. She is a part of The Pride of Malverne Marching Band, Cheerleading team, and Mixed Chorus. The Little Mermaid is one of her favorites and she cannot wait for everyone to see it!
Darian Best '19 (Stage Crew)
This is the first, and unfortunately the last musical that Darian will be helping with. He enjoys participating in school activities, as he is also part of the Black Studies Club. Outside of helping with the musical, Darian is also plays Football and Lacrosse for his school’s teams. Darian is eager to see all his hard work pay off in the upcoming musical, and hopes everyone has as much fun as he did.
Alex Mendez '19 (Sound Crew)
Alex Mendez is beyond excited to continue his success within the music department. He was a part of the Drumline his freshman and sophomore year. He has been a Drum Major for The Pride of Malverne Marching Band for the last two years. Alex joined the musical family during his junior year, working with the Sound System and Effects for Young Frankenstein. Amazed with the experience, he is continuing to commit himself to the sound system and effects this year for The Little Mermaid. Alex wants to thank the cast and crew for giving him such a profound experience he’ll forever keep in him and hope you all enjoy the show!

Mackensdy Dormeus '19 (Stage Crew)
Mackensdy Dormeus has been part of musical for all four years of his high school year. His first two years he was part of the cast of West Side Story and Legally Blonde. Last year, he was part of the Young Frankenstein stage crew, and is now part of The Little Mermaid. Mackensdy has an interest in music and has been part of Select Choir all four years of high school. He is an active member in Mixed Chorus and is part of the Tri-M Music Honor Society. Mackensdy has participated in NYSSMA for most of his years in Malverne. Miles Tyson '21 (Stage Crew)
Miles is extremely excited to take part in this years’ production of The Little Mermaid. He took part in last years’ production, Young Frankenstein and is really looking forward to helping behind the scenes for years to come. He is also a percussionist in The Pride of Malverne Marching Band. Billy is excited to be a part of his first High School Musical. He has been involved with Stars on Broadway and is an active participant in the district chorus program as well as the Howard T. Annika Duhaney '22 (Lighting Crew)
Annika was on the light crew for several shows while at Howard T. Herber, including Stars on Broadway (2018), the 2018 MLK Jr. Ceremony, as well as the Advanced Theatre Class Performance (2018). Other than that, she belonged to the HTH Drama Club throughout most of eighth grade. She is elated to be on the crew here for her first year!
Jonathan Hernandez '19 (Pit Orchestra- Percussion)
Jonathan is extremely excited to play percussion in the pit this year. Jonathan previously was part of backstage crew in Legally Blonde and did both backstage crew and cast in Young Frankenstein. He is extremely involved in the music program. He plays the tuba in The Pride of Malverne Marching Band, is the bass section leader in Select Choir, does Musicians with Distinction, Symphonic Band, Wind Ensemble, and is a member of the Tri-M Music Honor Society. Jonathan performed with the 2015 Honor Band Festival as a tenor saxophone player, performed at the NYSSMA Festival in 2016, 2017 and 2018, C.W. Post Honor Band Festival in 2017 as a tubist, All-County Mixed Chorus in 2018, ACDA All-Eastern High School Honor Choir in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania in 2018, All County Band in 2019 and has been recommended to play in the 2019 C.W. Post Honor Band festival as a tubist for the second time. Jonathan is extremely excited to be a part of this production and wishes everyone good luck!
John Paz '21 (Pit Orchestra- Drum Set)
John is more than excited to be a part of this year’s show, The Little Mermaid. John has performed in numerous performances for the school district. He plays the drum set for the Select Choir, played snare drum for The Pride of Malverne Marching Band. He was also involved in last year’s show, Young Frankenstein, performing in the pit orchestra. John has a strong passion for music and hopes to continue in the future. John is thankful for everyone who is involved and all the parents who worked hard to make this show spectacular.
Elizabeth Cardenas '22 (Pit Orchestra- Percussion)
Elizabeth has always been interested in both theatre and music nearly her whole life so being a part of the musicality of this musical is extremely exciting. This will be her debut performance in the ensemble of The Little Mermaid and is excited to do much more in the years after. She has been in the Drama Club at HTH Middle School. She’s in the front ensemble of The Pride of Malverne Marching Band, where she plays the marimba. She is excited what new musical opportunities may arise in the future.
Aimee Jedynak '22 (Props Crew)
This is Amy’s first year taking part in the musical. Aimee is an honor roll student and is also a part of Mixed Chorus! She is very excited to be a part of this years’ show and all of the future shows!
Mariah Verhun '20 (Costume Crew)
This is Mariah’s third year of Costume Crew. She was also on Legally Blonde and Young Frankenstein. Mariah sang at the NYSSMA Festival her freshman year. She has been in Concert Choir for two years and Mixed Choir for one year. She wishes the cast and crew the best and hopes you enjoy the show!
Karyme Rios '21 (Costume Crew)
Karyme is a soprano in Mixed Chorus. It is her first year attending the NYSSMA Solo Festival as well. She has played the role of Rizzo in her schools’ production of Grease and also Vanessa in the school production of In The Heights. Karyme is also a Varsity Cheerleader. This is her second year in the Malverne district and her first year being a part of the musical. She hopes to continue her life journey with the love of performing arts.
Christian Cowan '21 (Stage Crew)
Christian is excited to be involved in his first Malverne musical. He is currently in Symphonic Band and plays trumpet in The Pride of Malverne Marching band. Aside from music, he played varsity football and is on the junior varsity lacrosse team. He would like to wish both the cast and crew good luck in their production of The Little Mermaid!
