Freaky Friday A New Musical Creative
Director
John M. McClainJohn M. McClain is the Director of Choirs at Logan High School, and the Director of Music and Worship at First Presbyterian Church of Lancaster, Ohio. John is a native of Logan, and now teaching grades nine through twelve, he directs six high school choral ensembles, and has developed and implemented curricula for History of Rock and Roll and Music Theory courses. As a graduate of Capital University, He sang in the Capital University Chapel Choir, Philomel - under the direction of Dr. Lynda Hasseler - and Chordsmen - under the direction of Mr. Craig Courtney. He acted as a tenor section leader and soloist in those ensembles. Now, John is regularly heard on professional choral music recordings from Beckenhorst Press, produced by Aire Born Studios. Some of John's solo ventures include performing the Star Spangled Banner for former President Barack Obama, singing as soloist in St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican, and various venues throughout Europe.

Karen BergreenThis is Mrs. Bergreen's 4th year as Assistant Director, and the 21st year that Mrs. Bergreen has helped with the fall play. She is the wife of Scott Bergreen and the mother of two sons, Keith and Daniel. Mrs. Bergreen teaches forensic science, introduction to computer science, and AP computer science principles at Logan High School. She is also a certified yoga instructor with a specialty in trauma informed yoga. During the summer months, she teaches yoga at Lancaster Parks and Recreation Health and Fitness facility
Choreographer
Tonya KranerTonya Kraner is well versed in choreographing, teaching, and performing many dance styles. She has trained and performed with numerous NYC & LA professionals. She and her dancers have performed for the United Way Rally, Celebration of Possibilities, Columbus Crew Soccer, Columbus AIDS Task Force, Columbus Tap Project, Sea-Bus, Columbus Dance Alliance, WSU, OU, OSU, Break the Floor NYC, Disney World, Toyota Gator Bowl, and Kibbutz Dance Company in Israel among others. Tonya is centered in Lancaster where she created and choreographs TNT Dance Team and travels to teach master classes. She has choreographed for Ohio theatre companies including Lancaster HS, Logan HS, Ohio University, Weathervane Playhouse, Gallery Players, Evolution Theatre Company and Imagine Productions.
Stage Manager
Ashley AldridgeAshley Aldridge (Stage Manager) is a junior at Logan High School and this will be her second musical as Stage Manager. Before this show, she was a part of Mort, Shrek, Charlotte's Web and High School Musical, all with the LHS theater. She is also on the golf team and plans on attending college but is still unsure of where. Ashley would like to thank her family and friends for supporting her in everything she does.

Katelyn ArmstrongKatelyn Armstrong is the daughter of Amos & Danielle Armstrong. The oldest of 4, she is definitely used to chaos, which comes in handy when it comes to stage management. She plans on attending college for Stage management and sends a special thanks to her loving parents for supporting her.

Ember WesneyEmber Wesney (Costume and Makeup designer) is very excited to be in their third production, in the past they were part of Charlotte's Web, and Goddess of Tears with the position of costume and makeup crew. Ember plans on moving after this year and going to peruse their dreams of being a special effects makeup artist in North Carolina. A special thanks to Mrs.Riggs for always being there and being their favorite teacher.

Cody AddingtonCody Addington is very excited for his first production here at Logan High School. Being the son of Sue and Chris Addington he is very interested in science and coding. But this being his first production is honestly a bit nervous, however, he won't let this get him down. After High School, he plans on going to college and getting a degree in robotics or another science as well as a degree in computer science and game design. He would like to thank his friend Aydan for asking him to join and knows this will be amazing!

Katie MaccabeeKatie is a Senior at Logan High School, but is taking classes at Ohio University-Lancaster. This is her fourth production at Logan High School. You may have seen her in Shrek (Fiona), or Into the Woods (Stepmother). She is an active member of the Thespian Troupe, and takes dance lessons at Susan's Tap n' Toe studio. She can't wait for you to see the show!
