Director
Eric Bailey, Jr
Coming from a musical family, he has always been encouraged and pushed to pursue his talents, dreams, and the passions that God has given him in the entertainment industry. Eric, (more commonly known as "EBJ") studied vocal performance at Citrus College as a member of the prestigious “Citrus Singers” group, later transferring to Azusa Pacific University where he focused on an education in theater while continuing his musical growth in many ensembles on campus. He has traveled across the country, to Italy, and to South Korea as a vocalist. From 2015-2016 he lived in Atlanta as an actor and voice actor in film and television. He has directed musical ensembles, choirs, and children’s theater across the country with different organizations. EBJ is excited for Beauty and the Beast, Jr!, his directorial debut at Judson International School.

Choreographer
Maren Plog
Maren has a BA in Theater Arts from Azusa Pacific University. This is her 3rd year at Judson, having directed and choreographed The Little Mermaid Jr in 2018 and Singin' in the Rain Jr in 2019. This year, she has been blessed to hand the directorial role over to EBJ while taking the time to audition for post-grad theatre programs in the UK. She is excited to see where God takes her. Meanwhile, it's a joy to choreograph this delightful production and work with such amazing students and colleagues. Maren has fifteen years of dance training and has directed and choreographed 3 musicals. She has also taken on many stage roles herself over the years and was most recently seen as Winifred Banks in Mary Poppins. In addition to teaching at Judson, Maren enjoys teaching several classes at Miss Anita’s School of Dance in Pasadena. Maren is passionate about using her gifts in the arts to glorify Christ by telling stories that have the power to both entertain and touch hearts.
