The Addams Family Cast

Brooks Mitchell, a senior, has helped in the theatre department since he was in seventh grade. He started out on the spotlight in the production of Funny Girl and Leader of the Pack, and was stage manager for Cinderella. He then worked his way up the crew ladder to Student Director in last year's production of Mary Poppins, while playing the role of the Park Keeper. He is excited and nervous to be jumping in with the lead role this year. He would like to thank his family for allowing him to miss a couple days of work on the farm while he was at practice, and Mrs. Parker and Mrs. Biermeier for encouraging him along while he was doubting himself during the long weeks leading up to the performances!

Hope Huffman is a senior and has performed in the musical all four years of high school. Past roles include Miss Andrew (Mary Poppins), Gabriella (Cinderella) and Sue (Leader Of The Pack). She is currently Choir president and participates in Forensics and H-Club. After graduating she plans to pursue a career in music theatre. Hope is 99.9% sure she was born to play Wednesday Addams and 1% sure she is a caffeine addict.

Paige Verbsky is a sophomore at HHS and has participated in the musicals since her 8th-grade year. Past roles include a club singer for Leader of The Pack and Mrs. Banks in Mary Poppins. Paige had taken private vocal lessons for 9 years and is very excited for this current musical. Enjoy the show!

Erich is so very pleased to be able to play the part of Fester. Previous theatrical appearances include You’re a good man Charlie in which he played Charlie Brown, while he was at St. Paul's school in Wonewoc. Erich is a freshman and his interests include playing music, listening to music, and composing music. In school right now he is part of the school band, the jazz band, choir and the school pep band. When Erich graduates high school, he hopes to then move forward to UW Madison to major in music and become part of the UW Badger Band. He would like to thank his family for being such a big influence all throughout his life, also to his director for the musical performances he was apart of for being an amazing teacher and director in his previous school years. Another thank you to Hunter Landrath for helping me learn this part.

Mariya Laskowski is a freshman at Hillsboro High school. They are thrilled to be playing the role of Pugsley Addams, the younger brother of Wednesday in “The Addams Family” musical This is their first year performing in a musical. Mariya is a percussionist in band and plays the quad drums for marching band. Mariya would like to to attend UW- Eau Claire after graduating high school and wants to move on to become a musician or music teacher. Mariya would like to thank Mrs. Parker and Mrs. Biermeier for directing the musical. Mariya would also like to thank friends and family for all the support while participating in the musical.

Abigail Nemec is a junior at Hillsboro High School. She is playing Lurch in this years musical, The Addams Family. Previously, she had been in the ensemble for the past musicals of Mary Poppins and Cinderella. She is part of the volleyball team, art club and show choir. She would like to thank her family and friends for all of their support.

Kelsi is excited to end her high school musical career with a lead role this year. In the past, she has been involved in musicals in some way, whether it was part of the crew, a supporting role or a lead role. Kelsi has been an active member in choir since 6th grade and her many years spent singing has paid off. She has been involved in Honors choirs and won a few state medals during solo and ensemble. After high school, she plans to attend Western technical college to take general classes and then transfer to a UW school and become an Elementary Teacher. She would like to thank her parents for being so understanding and Mrs. Parker for all of the hard work and time she puts into these musicals.

Billy is a sophomore at Hillsboro HS and this is his first role in a musical production. He was a member of the crew for the Mary Poppins production. Billy is in band and enjoys cross country and track. Billy wants to than Drew Bisarek for inspiring him and his musical pursuits.

Ethan Huffman is a Junior at Hillsboro High School. He will be playing Mal Beineke in the musical The Addams Family. This is his third year acting in the musical, and he has previously acted in the musicals’ Mary Poppins (Von Hussler), and Cinderella. He also enjoys playing football, and eating good food.

Molly is a junior at HHS and this is her 3rd musical production. She played in the ensemble for Cinderella and Mary Poppins. Her favorite roles were Statue # 3 and Horse #4. Molly also participates in volleyball, basketball, softball and show choir. She dedicates her performance to her mom because "She's the Best!"

Mia Brown is a junior attending Hillsboro High and is involved in her third Hillsboro Production as part of the ensemble. In addition to the musical, she runs cross country, track and plays the flute. Mia wishes to pursue a musical career in the future. Mia would like to thank everybody who has helped contribute to this musical.

Savannah Urban is a junior at Hillsboro High School. She will be playing an ancestor in this years musical. In the past few years she has sang and danced in the ensemble for Mary Poppins and Cinderella. She plays the bass clarinet in her high school band and takes dance classes in Richland Center. She enjoys sprinting in track and field as well as running cross country. She would like to thank her family for all of their support.

Hannah is a junior and has been involved in the past musicals as an ensemble member in both Mary Poppins and Cinderella. Hannah is a member of the cross country, basketball and track teams. She wants to thank Mrs. Parker (for writing her bio) by bringing her regular treats, including, but not limited to chocolate, coffee, fruit, and whatever else Mrs. Parker desires.

Grace is a sophomore who plays the Addams Family ancestor of Marie Antoinette. Grace has been a part of our schools musicals since 7th grade. Last year, she played the fun, crazy role of Mrs. Corry in the musical Mary Poppins! She is currently on our schools varsity volleyball team! Grace would just like to thank my family, the cast, the crew, and everyone else who puts their time and energy into our musicals!

Lanaya is a sophomore at Hillsboro High School. This is her second time performing in a high school production. She was in the ensemble in Mary Poppins She will be in the play this year. After high school she plans on going to UW LaCrosse or Viterbo for nursing when she graduates.

Hannah is a sophomore at Hillsboro High School. She will be the ancestor from the 50s. She performed in the ensemble in last year’s musical of Mary Poppins. Hannah is currently involved in Creative Writing club, as well as Forensics. She would like to thank her mom for taking her to practice and her director Mrs. Parker for being able to make the show come to life.

Andrea Auel is currently a sophomore at Hillsboro High School. The “Addams Family Musical” will be her second musical with the Hillsboro School District Music Department, as during her freshman year she was an extra in the musical “Mary Poppins.” Andrea is currently a soprano in the Hillsboro High School Choir, and a percussionist in the Hillsboro High School Concert Band. In her free time, Andrea likes to read, listen to music, and play on her drum set. In the future, Andrea wants to go college and study environmental science.

Willow Glenn is a sophomore at Hillsboro High School. She is excited to play an ancestor in this year’s musical The Addams Family. She previously starred in the musical Mary Poppins as a member of the ensemble. She is an alto but sometimes sings the tenor parts in choir. She wishes to thank her music teacher Mrs.Parker for helping her become a better performer and for pushing her to go out of her comfort zone. She would also like to thank her family and friends for always supporting her.

Haylee Fry is a freshman at Hillsboro High School. She transferred from St. Pauls in Wonewoc, where she was in several musicals productions including most recently“You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown” where she played Lucy. Haylee also plays the flute and enjoys singing.

Judith Camposeco is a sophomore at Hillsboro High School. She is amazed that she will be playing an ancestor, even though it's a small part in the musical. This is her first year in a musical so she is very excited. In addition to being in the musical, Judith is also on the Academic Decathlon team. Judith wishes to thank everyone who has made this musical happen like the directors, the cast and crew, and the people in charge of the costumes.

Ade is excited to be performing in her first high school production as an Ancestor. In addition to the Musical, Ade is involved with Band and Choir. Ade wishes to thank Mrs. Parker for her tireless contribution. She would also like to thank crew and her parents. She would like to wish everyone good luck and hopes everyone enjoys the show!

Megan Muller is a Freshman at Hillsboro High School. She is excited to be a part of the musical by being one of the Addams Family Ancestors. This is her first time being in the musical. She also plays Flute in Hillsboro’s Concert Band and Alto Saxophone and Piano in Hillsboro’s Jazz Band. She would like to thank her mom for getting her into singing. She would also like to thank the rest of her family and friends for supporting her. She would also like to thank Mrs. Parker for putting a lot of time into the musical this year to make it amazing.

Halie is a freshman and this is her first musical. Halie really enjoys singing and playing the flute.
