The I' MPossible Project: Saves lives, brings purpose, and nurtures the soul.
A program for college, high school, and middle school students that combines Live Theatre and Suicide Prevention.
Kicking My Blue Genes in the Butt is a 90 minute, 3 component keynote/program: Part 1) Theatre: A 15 character, 7 song one-man Broadway-style play performed by Joshua Rivedal—a comedic yet poignant true story, a primal piece of live-storytelling that creates an emotional connection between attendees and the powerful message that suicide is preventable. Part 2) An educational session where Rivedal discusses signs and symptoms of depression and suicide, how to help oneself or a loved one if depressed or suicidal, how to live mentally well, and reviews local and national resources of help. Part 3) A panel discussion/Q&A session.
