Dexter Drama Club 3D Series DIRECTORS

Liam Fifelski (Director)
Liam has been involved with the Dexter Drama Club for nearly his entire stint in the Dexter Schools System, but has only ever acted in shows. The shift from that to directing the first 3D show with a live pit is quite a dramatic one, but any less wouldn't be fitting for someone who calls themselves theatrical. He has welcomed these challenges with open arms, and looks forward to creating art with all of the wonderful people involved in the club. English Test Opera has been in the works for more than a year now, and, after all of the effort he has put in, he is thrilled to finally see it come together.
Kesley Walter (Director)
Kesley didn't realize until the day of auditions that "Killer" and "Thriller" rhymed, but thought it was funny all the same. Kesley is so thankful for the second opportunity to direct, especially during her last season with Dexter Drama. When she's not grabbing at any opportunity to be involved, Kesley works and writes and puts off going to bed. She would like to thank her amazing stage manager Anna for being her partner in crime and chaos, and for being willing to go on stage again. She also wants to thank everyone in her cast for making the whole process an amazing time. Lastly, Kesley hopes that you enjoy the show, and thank you for supporting in these COVID times!
Jackson Helmholtz (Director)
Jackson Helmholtz is in his senior year and his 6th year in the Dexter Drama Club, and he is beyond excited to direct Genesis by Laurie Allen and Say Nothing by C. R. Wright! This is Jackson's 16th show with the Dexter Drama Club and his 5th time doing 3D. He has directed once before but hopes to do it for years to follow. He'd like to thank his stage manager Abby Calleja for helping him make his shows the way that they are. He hopes you enjoy the show!
Elliot Portice (Director)
Elliot Portice is a Junior who’s been involved in 8 Dexter Drama productions and 15 shows overall. This is his first time directing, and he’s excited to bring Pop Smoke’s music to the Dexter Drama stage. Outside of the Drama Club, he enjoys playing games with his friends, listening to music, and playing with his dogs.
Ryan Grant (Director)
Ryan is in his 3rd year of high school, his first year in 3D, and his 8th year of dance. This is his first time directing, and his first time on stage. He has been involved in the improv club since the day that he was allowed to join, and has been on crew for other drama productions. He is excited to bring Pop Smoke’s story and legacy to the stage in a way that hasn’t yet been done in 3D. He hopes that you enjoy the music and the show.
Lily Cyrulnik (Director)
Lily is a senior at DHS this year. She has acted and done hair crew in many shows but this is her first time directing. She is very excited to be co-directing with one of her closest friends! Make sure to look for her in another show in the 3D series as she will be on the stage this spring as well. She hopes you have a great time and enjoys the shows!
Shyanne Mannor (Director)
Shyanne has been in the drama club since 7th grade and is now a senior. She is so excited to finally be able to direct with one of her best friends Lily. Shyanne has wanted to direct since her Freshman year and is so happy she gets to direct and work with so many amazing people. She hopes you enjoy this year's 3D production as much as she does.
Emmy Rhizal (Director)
Emmy Rhizal is thrilled to be directing for the first time! This will be her tenth production with DDC, and she couldn’t have chosen better people to complete it with! She would like to thank her amazing cast, who has truly brought her ridiculous script to life. Additionally, she would like to thank her stage manager, Noelle Whipple for being an absolutely delightful person to work with, as well as a plethora of tech-related knowledge. She would also like to thank her family, along with everyone who makes 3D a possibility! She hopes you enjoy Holiday Hijinks as much as she did!
