Singular Sensations Contributors

Sydney has been involved with CSD theaters since she was in 3rd grade. She is in band and choir at CHS. She sings at Beverly Park voice studio and started dancing at regional school of ballet 3 years ago. Sydney is super excited to be apart of theater this year and misses being on stage. Grace has loved to sing and perform since she was old enough to speak. She is grateful for this opportunity to share! 5yrs old, kindergarten, Wild Cat Elementary.

Janessa is a Junior at CHS that’s endlessly passionate about the arts. She loves everything she does from playing in the brass section in band and participating in anything musical theatre, to listening to jazz on the radio. Music is the thing that makes her lose track of time that she could talk about for hours on end. 17yrs, Junior, Corvallis High School.

Sullivan was born in Texas and moved to Oregon at 7. He likes video games and technology. 10yrs old, 5th grade, Husky Elementary.

Isabelle has been singing and acting since age five. She studied for her part playing the Gluten Free Vampire while hanging out with her four dogs on her family’s mini farm.

Veronica has loved to sing and make up songs ever since she was a baby; she is inspired by walks in her neighborhood, Into the Woods, inventive books, surprising costumery, and the idea of Paris. 6yrs old, 1st grade, Franklin Elementary.

Lola has been playing violin for 8 years, and her teachers have included Robin Silver, Anthea Kreston, Penelope Wolff, and Shari Ame. 13yrs old, 8th grade, Linus Pauling Middle School.

Emma has been in 17 shows in 17 years! She plans to pursue musical theatre as a career in her future. Her favorite musical is "Catch Me If You Can"! 17yrs old, 12th grade, Crescent Valley High School.

Landon is in 3rd grade at Corvallis online. He loves robots, reading and relaxing. 8yrs old, 3rd grade, Adams Elementary.

Everett dreams of being a chef and has already spent many hours in the kitchen learning to cook. He also loves reading and games of all kinds. 10yrs old, 4th grade, Corvallis Online.

This is her first play performance. She enjoys reading, playing outside, and learning to play the viola. 8yrs old, 3rd grade, Adams Elementary.

Annelise fell in love with live theater in grade school, and since has performed in many local productions. During the 2020 COVID pandemic, they picked up short-film making with two other young artists. 13yrs old, 8th grade, Linus Pauling Middle School.

Lucy has loved music since she was very tiny. She loves singing with bravado! Her favorite song is All I Want for Christmas is You, regardless of the time of year, and her favorite movies are of course musicals, The Sound of Music and White Christmas. Lucy also enjoys making up her own lyrics and songs to record. 6yrs old, 1st grade, Wildcat Elementary.

Elliette has been involved in musicals since she was 8 years old. Last summer she decided to use her time in quarantine to teach herself to dance. Thanks to YouTube tutorials she is figuring it out. 14yrs old, 9th grade, Cresent Valley High School.

Asher performed in CATS, Beauty and the Beast, and Mamma Mia. After watching his sister practice dance, he asked her to teach him. This is his first dance performance. 12yrs old, 7th grade, Franklin K-8.

Torin plays trumpet and soccer. He is proficient in both those categories. 13yrs old, 8th grade, Cheldelin Middle School

Samantha has always loved acro and being upside down. She has been constantly on her silk during the quarantine, learning new tricks and having fun. 12yrs old, 7th grade, Cheldelin Middle School.
