Michael Myers (Narrator/Mysterious Man)
Michael Myers, a junior, plays the role of the Narrator and the Mysterious Man. His previous shows at CCS are You're a Good Man Charlie Brown; Harvey; and A Christmas Carol. He is involved in IHL, Vocal Ensemble, and A Cappella and plays basketball and soccer. Michael’s future plans are to attend college for mechanical engineering. He would like to thank his parents for driving him to practices and all the people who have helped him grow as an actor and singer. One of his favorite quotes is "Learning is a gift, even when "Pain" is your teacher.” -Michael Jordan
Haley Lebermann (Cinderella)
Haley Lebermann, a sophomore, plays the role of Cinderella. This is Haley’s first show at CCS, but she has been in several other shows at her past school and community theaters in the area, including Godspell Jr., The Wizard of Oz, and Seussical Jr. Haley’s hobbies include hiking, fine arts, singing, and performing. She would love to thank the CCS community for welcoming her with such a friendly environment. She would also like to thank her family and friends for their loving support. Her favorite Bible verse is 1 Peter 5:6-7: “Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.”
Charlie Hill (Jack)
Charlie Hill, an 8th grader, plays the role of Jack. He first appeared on the CCS stage in The Miracle Worker, but he has been involved in many community theatre productions. He is a part of the Fine Arts Club, band, and MS choir, and he plays the piano. He would like to thank the cast for all the fun they had together and his family for how tolerant they have been of his crazy practice schedule. His favorite Bible verse is Proverbs 9:10, which says, "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and knowledge of the Holy One is understanding."
Elizabeth Stoltzfus (Jack's Mother)
Elizabeth Stoltzfus, a junior, is playing Jack's Mother. Previously, she has been in The Secret Garden and The Miracle Worker at CCS. She is involved in IHL, Vocal Ensemble, and the Fine Arts Club, and she enjoys photography, art, and music. She plans to go to college for Psychology. Elizabeth would like to thank everyone in the musical for suggesting that she audition for the part she has and for making the show an overall wonderful experience, as well as all of her friends who have supported and encouraged her through it. Her favorite Bible verse is Romans 8:28 which says, "And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose."
Laura Lambert (Milky White)
Laura Lambert is a 7th grader who plays the role of Milky-White. Her previous shows include Zeros into Heroes and Oh, Jonah. She plays volleyball and basketball, and her hobbies include biking, hunting, fishing, and crafting. Laura would like to become a radiologist when she gets out of school. She would like to thank her family for their support and help. She would also like to thank Kristen and Mrs. Stone for making the show happen. A favorite verse is from 1 Corinthians 10:31, which says, "So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God."
Sam Garrett (Baker)
Samuel Garrett, a junior, plays the role of the Baker. His previous shows at CCS are Godspell; And a Child Shall Lead; Narnia; A Christmas Carol; You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown; Harvey; The Secret Garden; and The Miracle Worker. He is a part of IHL, A Cappella, Vocal Ensemble, and the Barbershop Quintet; he enjoys writing poetry and hanging out with Brooke. Samuel plans to attend college for Analytical Chemistry. He would like to thank his brother Nate and Christopher Lee Beck for making him the man that he is today. His favorite verse is 1 Peter 2:17, which says, "...Fear God. Honor the King."
Joyelle Watkins (Baker's Wife)
Senior Joyelle Watkins plays the role of the Baker's Wife. At CCS, she has previously been in Godspell; And A Child Shall Lead; Narnia; A Christmas Carol; You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown; Harvey; and The Secret Garden. She was also the student director for The Miracle Worker. She is also involved in worship team, IHL, Vocal Ensemble, and A Cappella and is a part of the Fine Arts Club. In the fall, Joyelle will be attending New York University to major in Educational Theatre and minor in American Sign Language. She would like to thank her family for pushing her to chase her dreams, her amazing friends for coming alongside her through everything, and Kristin for being an amazing director and for making her the actress she is today, and she would like to give God glory for giving her her passions. Alyssa Dosch (Cinderella's Stepmother/Giant)
Senior Alyssa Dosch plays the role of Cinderella's Stepmother and the Giant. Her previous shows at CCS are And a Child Shall Lead, Narnia, A Christmas Carol, Harvey, The Secret Garden, and The Miracle Worker. She is involved in yearbook, and her hobbies include painting and photography. Alyssa plans to take a year off school before attending college for Graphic Design. She would like to thank her friends and family for their support, her parents for their help in her busy life, and the cast for being an awesome theatre family. She is very thankful to have worked with all of you! Her words of wisdom are, “Do what you love, grow in your gifts, and give God the glory in all you do.”
Jane Lambert (Florinda)
Jane Lambert, a freshman, plays the role of Florinda the Step Sister. Her previous shows at CCS include Technicolor Promise, Narnia, and The Secret Garden. She is involved in IHL, worship team, volleyball, and drama, and her hobbies include painting, baking, and singing. Jane would like to thank her parents, directors, and friends for supporting her through this musical production. "The only thing better than singing is more singing." -Ella Fitzgerald
Emmalyn Foxx (Lucinda)
Emmalyn Foxx, a freshman, makes her debut on the CCS stage with the role of Lucinda. At CCS, she is involved in the Fine Arts Club and IHL, and some of her hobbies are singing and dancing. She would like to thank the cast and her parents for being so supportive. Her favorite Bible verse is Jeremiah 29:11, which says, “‘For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.’”
Annalise Foxx (Little Red Riding Hood)
Annalise Foxx, a junior, is playing the role of Little Red Riding Hood. Her previous shows at CCS are Harvey, The Secret Garden, and The Miracle Worker. She is also a part of IHL, STUCO, worship team, A Cappella, and Vocal Ensemble, and she is the president of the Fine Arts Club. Her other hobbies include photography and playing guitar. She would like to thank her family for their endless support and time they have graciously poured into her. She would also like to thank Joyelle Watkins for helping her realize her love for the theatre and never failing to make her smile. Emily Rader (Witch)
Junior Emily Rader plays the role of the Witch. She has been involved in many shows at CCS including: Godspell; And A Child Shall Lead; Narnia; A Christmas Carol; You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown; Harvey; The Secret Garden; and The Miracle Worker. She is involved in IHL, A Cappella, Vocal Ensemble, Worship Team, and the Fine Arts Club. Emily plans to go to college for musical theatre. She would like to thank her family for their endless support and for encouraging her to do what she loves, as well as her cast mates for being fun people and making this show incredible. Her favorite Bible verse is Matthew 11:28-30 which says, "Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."
Carolina Cabreja (Cinderella's Mother)
Carolina Cabreja, a senior, plays the role of Cinderella's Mother. Her previous show at CCS is You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown. She is involved in IHL and Vocal Ensemble, and her hobbies include singing and piano. Carolina plans to attend college for nursing. She would like to thank her parents for bringing her up with a deep love and appreciation for music; her best friend, Julia Engel, for bringing her countless moments of happiness; and her boyfriend, Daniel Boyer, for his support in every one of her aspirations. Her words of wisdom are, "Every person you meet knows something you don't. Learn from them."
Dawson A. Carter (Cinderella's Prince)
As a junior, Dawson plays the role of Cinderella's Prince. No stranger to the stage, Dawson has made appearances in Charlotte's Web; Godspell; A Christmas Carol; Narnia; You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown, The Secret Garden, and The Miracle Worker. Within CCS, Dawson is involved with TSA, IHL, NHS, Fine Arts Club, HBU, STUCO, and the Chaplains Team. Outside of school, he enjoys high adventure sports, listening to music, and creating new projects. He plans to pursue a degree in engineering. He would like to thank the “bois” for all the shared memories, his parents and Brynn for all their support, and his dog for keeping him company during the seemingly endless nights of work. A favorite quote is, "Dream with your head in the clouds and your feet on the ground."
Tae Um (Wolf/Rapunzel's Prince)
Senior Taehee Um plays the roles of Rapunzel’s Prince and the Wolf. His previous shows at CCS are The Secret Garden and The Miracle Worker. He is involved in CCS worship team and is about to graduate as an international student. Taehee plans to attend college for Media Arts. He would like to thank the whole cast, especially Rapunzel for her leadership, the Mysterious Man for his friendship, and Prince Charming for his companionship. His words of wisdom are, "Always build one another up with humility."
Emily Wenger (Granny)
Emily Wenger is a sophomore who takes the role of Granny. Her previous shows at CCS are The Secret Garden and The Miracle Worker. She is involved in TSA, Vocal Ensemble, IHL, worship team, and STUCO and is a chaplain for her class. She would like to thank her family and friends for helping her through this busy year. One of her favorite quotes is, "When one door closes, another opens. But we often look so regretfully upon the closed door that we don’t see the one that has opened for us.” -Helen Keller
Lea Brenner (Rapunzel)
Lea Brenner, a junior, plays the role of Rapunzel. She has previously appeared on the CCS stage in The Secret Garden, Narnia, Godspell, and Charlotte's Web. She is involved with IHL, Vocal Ensemble, volleyball, and worship team. She is also the head of the banquet committee and the 1st grade teacher's aid. Lea plans to attend college for Early Childhood Education and Special Education. She would like to thank her mom for all her love and support and Kristen, Mrs. Stone, and Mrs. Hertzler for all their hard work to make the show possible. A favorite verse of Lea’s is 2 Timothy 2:3-4, "Join with me in suffering, like a good soldier of Christ Jesus. No one serving as a soldier gets entangled in civilian affairs, but rather tries to please his commanding officer."
Jared Stratton (Steward)
Jared Stratton, a junior, plays the role of the Steward. He has previously been in The Secret Garden at CCS. Jared is involved in IHL, and one of his hobbies is writing music. He plans to attend college for something related to law. Jared would like to thank his parents for the support and transportation. He would like to leave you with the following words of wisdom: "No matter how many lasagnas you stack on top of each other, ultimately it’s always just one lasagna."
