is a junior Biblical Studies Major from Jasper, Indiana. His past roles include Narration, Wedding guest, John, Jesus, and Pharisee from John, His Story, Dwayne from 9 to 5, Potsie from Happy Days, Knight Ancestor from Addams Family, John Brooke in Little Women, Mother Parker in A Christmas Story, Sam in Elf the Musical, Kratnoff in High School Musical and an ensemble performer in Mamma Mia, The Best of Broadway, and several smaller children’s productions. He has also won state awards in high school radio advertisement and video and media production. Simeon’s hobbies include writing, running, and other forms of creative expression.

Rebecca Spencer
Stage Manager
is a Senior, majoring in Music Education and Biology. She is the President of Alpha Psi Omega, the Delegate of Alpha Chi, and the Vice President of the Euzelian Society. Previous roles: The Leader of the Pack (Assistant Stage Manager), The Taffetas (Assistant Stage Manager and Assistant Prop Master), Little Women (Assistant Stage Manager), Arsenic and Old Lace (Assistant Stage Manager), Amahl and the Night Visitors (Stage Manager), One Act The Trifles (Mrs. Peters), and One Act Steel Magnolias (Annelle). Also, Becca has worked backstage, lights, and sound for many senior projects, recitals, and showcases.

Christi Mitchell
Director
is in her second year as Assistant Professor of Speech and Theatre at Blue Mountain College’s Fine Arts Department. She has directed Amahl and the Night Visitors, John, His Story, and Oklahoma! She is also the director of the BMC Drama Team, IMPACT. Christi was born and raised in the Wild West of Wyoming. She earned her BFA with honors in Drama from the University of Montana-Missoula and her Master of Fine Arts in Acting from Wayne State University’s Hillberry Repertory Theatre program in Detroit, Michigan. She also lived in Los Angeles, where she wrote and performed one-woman shows, acted in professional plays and appeared in films, earning her Screen Actors Guild card. Before moving to Mississippi, she acted with St. Louis Actors’ Studio and St. Louis Shakespeare. She has one vivacious three-year old daughter, Vivian, and she thanks her wonderful husband, Josh, for all of his support. She gives the Good Lord all the credit for the blessings in her life.

Set & Props Designers
Donna & Blake McGaughy
Donna, originally a Wisconsin native, moved to Cleveland, MS in 2000. Blake is a native of Ashland, MS. Most recently Donna & Blake assisted in creating sets for the BMC productions of Amahl and the Night Visitors, Oklahoma! and The Importance of Being Earnest. Donna helped with props and costumes for BMC’s production of John, His Story. Blake is currently helping assist with the BMC Stagecraft course. While in Cleveland Donna & Blake were active in the Cleveland Community Theater assisting in various productions with costuming, props, and set construction. Since moving to Ripley in 2011, Donna has been a board member for the Ripley Arts Council and has worked with costumes, props, and sets for several productions at the Dixie Theater. Blake, currently a board member for the Ripley Arts Council, also has worked with set construction for several productions.
