The Little Mermaid is the 6th musical Mrs. Macklin has directed here at Bellmont. When still performing, Mrs. Macklin performed in over 30 productions here at Bellmont, in college, and on the Fort Wayne stages where she won 2 Anthony Awards. During the summers in college, she performed at Six Flags Great America north of Chicago. While she still gets nervous for the kids, she loves opening night and hearing the audience reacting to the action on the stage.

Jamie Razo graduated from Bellmont High School in 2018. She is currently a Junior at Purdue University, and plans to major in General Studies and Minor in Psychology and Sociology. At Razz M’ Jazz Dance Studio, she has been apart of the competition team for 15 years and has had many groups place first at Regional Competitions, 1 Teen solo National Champion, 6 duet National Champions, 8 group National Champions, 1 group win 2017 First Call Large Group of the Year, and 1 Teen Duet of the Year. Jamie also works and travels for a dance competition and dance convention. This will be Jamie’s 5th helping choreograph for the Spring Musical.

Sydney Christner graduated from Adams Central High School in 2019. She is currently studying dental hygiene at Indiana University Fort Wayne. During high school she swam for 4 years, danced at Razz M’ Jazz Dance Studio for 17 years, and was a dancer in 3 Bellmont High School Musicals: Annie, Mary Poppins, and The Music Man. At Razz M’ Jazz Dance Studio she was apart of the competition team for 13 years and has had many groups place first at Regional Competitions, 2 duet National Champions, 5 group National Champions, and 1 group win 2017 First Call Large Group of the Year. She is now helping and teaching at Razz M’ Jazz Dance Studio. This is her first-year choreographing for Bellmont’s Musical.

Rick has been designing, building, painting sets, and teaching students how to do all of this for several years! His past shows have included Annie, Beauty and the Beast, Phantom of the Opera, Shrek, The Sound of Music, and The Music Man to name a few.
