About Staged Readings: Apartment Life & Road Kill

APARTMENT LIFE:

The play takes place in Claire’s new apartment. She has recently moved in. The play opens when Claire enters her apartment. As she walks in notes start coming under the door from her neighbors. When Claire starts reading each note the neighbor who wrote it appears onstage and speaks the content of the note. Through the notes, Claire learns of all the problems with the building, the neighbors, and a murder of a neighbor by another is revealed. Claire is left alone, afraid and in the dark in her apartment.
